Don't shop here...absolutely no return policy. I had purchased a lunch box for my son. As would everybody ...brought to home and washed it for its use. However...after realizing the box was too small. I had repacked it using the original bags...bubble wrapping paper..etc and asked for the store credit. The employee inspected and scanned the item under the light scanner and noticed a water spot that was noticeable using the light. Because it got washed...they rejected the return nor the credit. Biy from Costco people. Learned my lesson here.

A little bit of everything. Mainly Korean goods. Lots of inexpensive and expensive goods including Japanese and German brands. They do have a second floor with clothing, electronics and other items. It’s worth a stop just to browse. They do have parking.

After asking questions and taking time to consider a purchase, we ultimately decided not to buy the item. As we were walking away, the sales associate (older man with black rimmed glasses working on the second floor) began talking trash about us--loud enough to hear. That kind of behavior is wildly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Customers are allowed to browse, ask questions, and decide not to purchase without being mocked or insulted. If someone can't handle that basic part of retail, they shouldn't be working with the public. I won't be returning, and I strongly recommend management address this immediately before more customers are treated with the same level of disrespect.

I purchased a product priced under $200 from this store, and my decision to purchase was based entirely on misleading information provided by the salesperson. Prior to the purchase, the salesperson clearly confirmed that the product met the specific purpose and requirements that I had explained. Relying on this assurance, I proceeded with the purchase. However, after actually using the product, I was very disappointed to find that its performance fell significantly short of what was represented. I have already discussed this issue with the store supervisor and requested either a return or an exchange for a different product. Unfortunately, my interaction with the store manager was extremely disappointing. Despite calmly and reasonably explaining the situation from a customer’s perspective, the manager did not fully listen and repeatedly denied my request without any meaningful discussion or consideration. The manager relied solely on store policy and made no effort to address the issue in a fair or professional manner. As a result, the level of customer service provided was inadequate and unhelpful, and it became clear that further communication with the store would not lead to a resolution. For these reasons, I am seeking mediation and assistance through LA County DCBA.

Please tell your korean family members not to buy blankets and home accessories from korea when they visit you bc things are not cheap in Korea and they have everything at Kim's home center. Its clean and it is very korean inside but I did notice several non korean customers. Good service and good items.

I really enjoyed shopping here. They had everything you could possible imagine at reasonable prices. I don't live in LA but, I will make sure to shop here next time I go back.

Interesting store with a variety of items from home goods to electronics. Like a $0.99 store and Best Buy all wrapped into one :) except they focus on Asian brand name products from what I saw. Large assortment of rice cookers from $20 to $500 😮

If you're Korean living in LA, you know Kim's. It has been around for DECADES, and before there was Daiso, before there was Amazon, before there was such a thing called the internet, there was Kim's. You can find everything from facial products, to crazy kitchen gadgets, to Korean underwear, to fancy kitchen appliances, and even Korean blankets. BTW, Korean blankets are way different and use different material. They have summer blankets and winter blankets. My Mom always lectures me on how important it is to use Korean blankets, but I digress. You would think that since we now have Amazon and international products are easier to find on the internet, Kim's would have slowed down... but nope. It is still very crowded on weekends, and sometimes even hard to find parking. My Mom has bought many, many items at Kim's over the years, as have so many other Ktown ladies... it's practically a Ktown institution. Hopefully it will be around for many more years to come!

I've never heard of Kim's Home Center, but my husband has been coming here since he was a little kid with his family. They have everything! All sorts of nick knacks. I entered, with the plan to buy some high quality Korean visors and chopsticks. But we ended up walking out with multiple visors, chopsticks, as well as kitchen cooking ware, slippers, and more. We even looked online and compared prices of the cooking pan we got, and it was cheaper here than the manufacturer's website. My husband's family has also given us many amazing high quality Korean blankets from here. They also sell hanboks for decent prices. This is a great place.

I stopped by here because my mom asked me to get her the broom with the dustpan set. I found some cute mugs with a teaspoon and lid (see my check-in pic!!). It was a plus!! The price was $5.99/each!! Can't beat that price!! It was well worth it!! They have a wide variety of stuff for a great price!! You really can browse for hours!! They have a small limited parking lot in front and one across the street. This place has great service, selection and value!! Come check it out!!

This place is wonderful for buying quality items for the house at good prices. We buy a lot of our kitchenware and bedding here. It's like a high quality target with a Korean flare. A must go to in my opinion.

I was able to buy what I want and need. Helpers were very knowledgeable. Prices were good.

The Korean BakHwaJum at LA's last remaining department store is a true gem. They offer the best selection of Korean products, hands down. The store is thoughtfully organized, making it easy to navigate the products, and every item had a clear price tag. The environment was clean and well-maintained, with everything in order, and the staff were both friendly and accommodating. They were proficient in English (as well as Korean), which made the shopping experience even more accessible for a diverse clientele.

The have everything you need for your home. It's incredible how organized and packed this store is. They have many employees in the floor if you have questions or need help finding something. I bought a couple uv hats and home slippers which are hard to find in non Korean retail stores. Parking can be tough during their busy hours.

Every thing you need for the home, especially if you are Asian/Korean. All the goods are meticulously organized with home goods on first floor and electrical goods on second. Their blanket collection is second to none. And so are their hot water thermos section. Think of this place as where you can get Asian goods that you can't easily get on Amazon. Good parking on site. Middle of Ktown LA.

Incredible selection if not a bit crowded. Got an awesome blanket and also one of those foldable mattresses that is very comfortable.

This is the place if you, your mom, grandma, etc want to stock up on Korean home goods. They have a bunch of stuff that you can't really find on Amazon (or the price would be much higher) and would have to go to Korea for. From cookware to clothes to toiletries, you may end up spending more time here than intended just looking through all the things. My MIL who lives in the DC area said that the prices are better here than there. They also have plenty of parking across 2 parking lots.

This place has been around since I was a little girl - so many home goods! The stuff is good quality and priced well. The kids goods are great - although they didn't have much selection on toddler pajamas (the soft cotton relaxed fit), the blankets were warm with cute designs. I want to get rid of my whole kitchen and start over with a shopping spree from here! So many things you can see in person - similarly priced to Amazon. They are nicer to Korean people but it's probably because they don't speak English.

One and only original LA's last remaining The Korean BakHwaJum ( Department Store). They have the best stuffs from Korea hands down. We mainly went there for the advanced steam rice cooker. Now there are only two different companies competing for the Koreans who still loves high quality steamed rice. This store carries all available models and the sales ladies who are so well informed and friendly! You won't find any stores with major league helpful saleswomen like they have at Kim's. We got the one with so many welcoming features with Porridge, White, Mixed, Hyunmi Bop, Bean Sprouts Rice, High pressure cooker called Cuckoo with the forty years of making one thing, The Rice Cooker. The more expensive competitor is Cuchen. It's about $50 more from the base price of $550. We had to buy some warm cotton pants, nail trimmers and several other items. It would take us one whole day to see everything, but we had little time today. Next time I want to see the Hepa Air Cleaner and steamer.

If you see a fun Korean product in a vlog or social media, chances are you will find it at Kim's. I was getting into the Korean clay pot-smoked pork belly videos and found the Korean clay pot at Kim's. They have rice cookers, kimchi refrigerators/appliances, pots, pans, bowls, chopsticks, bedding, etc... I have to restrain my wife from picking up nick-nacks while shopping here because it can get out of hand. This is a long-standing business in LA's Koreatown and it's a trusty store for the community. They have 3 parking locations (right in front, below the building, and across the street). It gets crazy busy during the Christmas and New Years holiday, so plan ahead.

Found this place from TikTok. I decided to make a quick stop before we head back to SF. The store is much bigger than I though. It has EVERYTHING! Bedding, kitchen gadgets, home goods, clothing, cosmetics, and appliances!! I bought two buckwheat neck pillows. One for me and one for hubby. They are exact the same as the one I see at Korean market in San Jose. But, they are at least $10 cheaper per pillow. Score!! I also bought a paella pan for $11. I know it's a bit odd that I buy a paella pan in a Korean store. But, it's so cheap and it looks like the one I see in other stores that sell for $80. Why not! I will certainly come back when I am in LA next time!!

I've been aware of Kim's for the longest time since I often drive by on my way to work. I started following them during the lockdown and see on their Instagram of all the cute and useful home items they carry -- with a Korean twist! All the while, they've made safety a huge priority on their social media, which reassures me it's safe to shop there. So I finally had a moment where I really needed some house supplies this week. Kim's is comparable to the merchandise sold at Bed Bath & IKEA, but I want to support not only a small business, but an API business. So i went over around midday and it was already hopping! They have two parking lots that a very proactive guard oversees! He helps customers since these lots are small and narrow, so it's easy to get in a jam. He's great about that. Did I mention parking is FREE? Bonus points! Kim's is full of Korean families which I just love to see. I love how daughters are helping their grannies pick out items; mamas holding their babies this is truly a community affair! For full disclosure, I only shopped on the ground floor but will say there are lots of home items: for the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, some pet supplies plus ladies' gear such as lingerie and clothes. Even some traditional Korean souvenirs like pouches and purses great for gifts! I found what I needed: a little trash can, some mats for cat bowls, fruit fly deterrents, a spray bottle to water my houseplants and some coin pouches. I know now that when I'm in a pinch, I'll come to Kim's from now on and get my home goods!

A must stop when you're visiting Koreatown in LA. They have literally everything you need and more! There are two parking lots which make finding a spot fairly easy, especially on a weekday (tons of spots). Checkout the blankets here (super light and tons of options available), and great basics (under garments, toiletries, kitchen supplies, everything you need). Note: you need to bring the receipt when returning items

Inner pot of Cuckoo rice cooker is peeling. Kim's Home Center does not sell inner pot anymore and they give me a telephone number where I can get it. What a inconvenience ! Kim's Home Center should sell it or order for customer. Be aware to buy Cuckoo rice cooker.

The best place for Korean cookware and home goods. Kim's is a staple of koreatown and has been around for so long. I recently came by to check out their rice cookers. There are lots of employees here so it's very easy to find someone to help you. I was recommended a Cuchen rice and pressure cooker and it was on sale. The prices here are very competitive. I also purchased a few glass food containers as they always have the best selection here. They have everything you need for your home and kitchen!

The Korean IKEA, but better. Kim's is the GOAT. Want to have a gogi party at home and need a portable gas stove with a grill? Kim's. Trying to get lit and need soju/shot glasses? Go to Kim's. Rice cooker? Kim's. Not sure what to do for date night? Make your way over to Kim's! Just watched Squid Game and want to do the dalgona challenge in the comfort of your own home without having someone watching over your back? Kim's got you. If you pretty much need something for your home, there is a 99.9% chance that Kim's has what you need. There are probably items in this store that you didn't know you needed or even existed. The options are endless. Stop shopping on Amazon and support your local small business. Kim's has better quality stuff and it's probably at a better price. There are 3 parking lots (FREE!). The staff is really nice and I've been fortunate enough to meet the owners, who are also very kind. Was really excited to see Kim's Home Center myself after hearing about it from friends and family. You can find just about anything you need for the home, and clothes and accessories from Korea as well. I was able to find something for myself and others at such a low price! The workers are super helpful in every department as well, and don't follow you around like other Korean stores. They have two parking lots which is really helpful in a place like K-Town.

I'm gonna call this a Korean department store. It's pretty cool and has decent prices on most things, great prices on others. The store is well laid out, by products, and everything was clearly priced. It was clean and orderly and the staff was friendly and accommodating. English was spoken as well as the expected Korean language. So, if you're curious about Korean goods and you want an authentic Korean experience, this is the place for you. Think of all the money you'll save on airfare to Incheon Airport!

Visited first time yesterday! It's like a department store, all kinds of items! I bought a summer blanket and a Zojirushi Toaster Oven. Very nice customer service, very helpful. I only wish they had a small area with drinks so we could stay longer and shop! Parking was great!

* no changing tables * elevators available but, it's pretty packed in there, I wouldn't recommend a stroller I think I just found the Korean version of Ikea & I'm in love with it! It's a two story building filled with everything you could want; pans of all kinds, utensils, clothes, bedding, mattress heaters, drying racks, and so much more. The prices can vary from cheap to way out of my price range. All the employees are very nice and helpful. Most were either Korean and this one Hispanic guy. (I really cracked up when the lovely Korean woman helping me busted out some Spanish. I love seeing the best of a cultural melting pot.) There seemed to be lots of parking when we got there but, people were lined up outside before opening. It might be safe to assume that it fills up fast.

Went back and managed to score a Zojirushi rice cooker for $120 and a Victorinox vegetable cleaver for around $70--both a steal at the price. Parking is not a problem, people are really helpful, and the selection is mind boggling. Go.

I found a nice priced Zojirushi water bottle and bought it. I researched for the price I paid for and found that it was cheaper than Amazon or Ebay- Yay! But found that they do not gift wrap the merchandise anymore which they used to for free previously- bummer.

My favorite place to get blankets And bed heaters. They have a good selection of skincare and makeup products too.

As a fellow Korean, I've been going here since I could remember. This is the most popular Korean home shopping center in LA, where you can find all your household needs, esp kitchen, bedding, and other needs. Good price (much cheaper than LA), quick simple service, and quite fun to come here. Don't forget to go upstairs to checkout the electronics.

This place has excellent customer service always someone around to help you. Their prices are competitive I bought a rice cooker it was less than Amazon and no waiting for it to arrive

While on our visit to Koreatown, my wife gave me a shopping list of household and kitchen items. This store was recommended by a waiter at Genwa as the go to place for housewares. They have a busy parking lot with two attendants. Considering that they sell no food and only housewares, this place was busy. You can find virtually everything you need to outfit your kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom here. They have everyday use items and specialty items at reasonable prices. I found wooden spoons for under $2 and kitchen shears for under $4. Metal utensils are also available. Blankets, comforters, and other bedding are available in a wide selection.

Has everything korean product you need for the home from home supplies to electronics. Definitely check out the amazing rice cookers they have such as the Cuckoo brand! They also have on-going promotions for free gifts when you spend a specific amount of USD. The expensive items are definitely high quality and built to last. Not all the products are high quality, if you find an item here for extremely cheap, you can probably tell the quality is low. Many of the items are made in Korea such as blankets etc. 2 issues are parking and layout of the store. The parking may be limited, but they have parking across the street in the lot as well! They have A LOT of products in a small store so the lanes are quite small compared to lanes and aisles at stores like Target.

My mom likes to come here. They somehow manage to fit a lot of products in a relatively small space. It's amazing when I think about it. But that also results in really narrow aisles that are difficult to navigate when the place is even half full. The ajummas are not shy about getting around people so it doesn't seem to bother them, but it kinda triggers the claustrophobic in me. Anyways, they have everything from clothes, hair products, kitchen knickknacks, bedding, even electronic goods (upstairs) - rice cookers, vacuums, etc. A lot of it is unique and I imagine not easy to find elsewhere, especially under one roof.. Parking can be a pain when crowded even though they try to address that with security staff that guide people in and out. I don't even try to park in the front lot and just pull straight into the one across the street. Saves a lot of aggravation.

They carry lots of great and quality product and might run into cool stuff at times :) Help is always around you, great customer care. I definitely recommend this place.

I went here yesterday and bought two onggi jars for $12.99 each. I saw similar ones on Amazon for about $40 (I get it, the price of shipping and handling breakable items and the potential for customers to fraudulently claim damage jacks up the price online). Anyway, Kim's has almost everything to make your Korean life at home more enjoyable. Prices are very good.

Evidently, Kim's Home Center is THE place for all your Korean housewares. I had never heard of it until my Korean friends told me about this place. My Korean friend's mom was looking for a certain item and so all of our Korean friends suggested coming here first. This place certainly is filled to the brim with many housewares, electronics, and etc. I did not purchase anything so I cannot attest to the quality of the products or the price. There were 2 separate parking lots for a Saturday visit, across the street from each other. Parking lot is tight but there is someone in the parking lot directing where one could park.

Loved this place, they follow you everywhere and they send random workers to stare at you and follow you around without asking a single question. I feel like an idiot for spending money but I wouldn't go back.

This place has so many home accessories that you didn't think you would ever need, but once you get them, you wonder how you ever lived without them? This is one of the only places I go to besides amazon for my kitchen and home gear because there is the luxury of just looking around to see what else is there (that you can't do on Amazon). However, their return policy is Korean, which means, "almost" all sales final, no returns unless it's not working because of a manufacture defect, maybe within 3 days to the store? I'm not sure. But the Korean people I went shopping with told me this. You have to be sure you will keep it. That's how it usually works in Korea. That said, I got an electric pressure rice cooker that halved the cooking time to like 15 -20 min, kids training chopsticks, super lightweight ceramic plates, bowls, small dishes for korean side dishes, and comfy cotton blankets and pajama for kids (on amazon it's hard to find 100% thick cotton blankets for kids and this place has some with cute designs)

I love their quality cotton flower cover omg I bought several even for my mom. I will go back and buy more very unique quality. I bought several cups and face masks too i enjoyed.

This place has all sorts of cool and useful tools to make you lives much easier. I personally really like their kitchen items because they have unconventional tools that will make your life so much easier whether you are cooking, cleaning, and/or just re-organizing. I've never had any issue finding stuff that I need here. Upstairs, they have cool electronics that may be worth checking out. Price wise, I'd say they are pretty fair. Some items are expensive but you pay for high quality though. Overall, I recommend you stop by if you are nearby and just check it out for yourself. A lot of Asians here so if you are non-Asian, don't be hesitant. Everyone here is nice and welcoming.

The korean bed bath and beyond! I seriously love this place. I used to come all the time as a kid with my mom and had a chance to stop by again with my grandma who needed some stuff. And my has it changed so much since I was younger! Very brightly lit and clean with LOTS of appliances and goods for your home. Parking Theres 3 lots that are available for parking, but it seems like it can be like a madhouse on the weekend! I was here on Monday around 3pm and the first and second lot were pretty full.

I simply love this place! We made it a routine to shop there while we were in LA. The staff work there looked very serious including the parking lot duty. You can get almost any thing you need for your kitchen and bed there. I love their spoons and pillows! And they are all very very affordable!

Hooray! Here you can find items not found on Bed Bath and Beyond, etc. Rice cookers and other home improvements. My brother recommended this place to me a couple of years ago and I am glad he did. That time I bought a 20-cup Zojirushi rice cooker that I love (and barely use, Lol). And I have decided not to buy my future rice cookers anywhere else so this time I came back to buy another Zojirushi rice cooker and rice dispenser. I am very much satisfied with my purchases from here.

Loved coming here! It's a mini department store for all thing Korean. They sell undergarments, dishes, blankets, jewelry boxes etc. You could spend hours looking! I bought a pretty lacquered jewelry box for wedding gift and pair of brass spoon and chopstick set for the couple and the cutest spoon and chopstick rest in the shape of ducks which are symbolic signs of fidelity! The store has great parking space in the middle of Ktown too! I'm going to go there as often as I can make the 90 min trek.

Without a doubt, this is my favorite store hands down. If you need anything for your home, seriously anything, they will most likely have it here. From kitchen needs, blankets, fans, rice cookers, yoga mats, refrigerators, skincare, face masks, mixing bowls, pots, grills, belts, slippers, fans, you name it. There can be a line sometimes to get in on weekends, but they're never too bad. 10-15 min wait tops. Parking can get a little crazy, but just know that they have their main parking lot, lot next door, and one across the street. They give you gloves and ask you to put them on before you enter the store. There are two floors and their bathroom is at the entrance. Everything is clean and stocked away. This place is the one-stop shop for any of your home needs.

I've been wanting to get a Korean foldable wood table for a long time. I almost even got one on Amazon because I didn't know where to get one in LA. My friend asked her parents and told me she called this place and they have them. My husband and I love our new table! I debated checking out other tables in KoreaTown, however we agreed this is most likely the only place since I called another furniture store but they only sell blankets... We ended up getting more than just a table here. We also picked up a coat hanger, large noodle bowls, and chopstick stands. Whatever you need, I feel like Kims Home Center will have it!
