Kim's Place Seafood Restaurant

Waitress/server was very friendly as we cycle past at around 9.30pm asking if they are still open. Ordered the famous Hokkien mee and they also recommended the Thai sauce fried chicken and tapioca leaf dish. Taste was superb!! HKM is wet version with a lot of pork lard and also chilli was served separately. The Thai salad was very fresh and chicken was crispy, and this is also the first time I tried tapioca left without frying with chilli! These 3 dish are recommended!!

Okay big portion for $8 but not soft enough. Chilli is good service can be improve. RIP Mr Kim!

This is one cozy place you must visit. Great place for friends gathering, family dinner. Business meet up. Renovated with air conditioning. Has a wine bar to chill out, Enjoying food with the best wine at reasonable price. Service is fantastic. The Boss shared a secret of making an additional dish with 2 bowls of rice. How? 😀. Go check it out. Strolling distance from Eunos MRT. Very easy finding your way to the place without a car.

Had a great catch up with my friends at this place which use to be a big splash. Hidden gem. They have a live solid singer who sang a lot of classic songs. The chilli crab not too bad and is not too spicy. Cereal prawn is good and the omelette is tasty.

Ordered several zichar dishes including their signature black pepper and chilli crabs and hokkien noodles and pork ribs. Taste overall was mediocre, crabs were not fresh with mushy meat. Waited 30min for food. They definitely can do better with cleanliness. I wiped their kid’s plate with a dry tissue and it ended up black. They gave me a bowl of hot water in a dirty bowl. Aircon area had a smell the moment I stepped in. Though I live really near, it’s my first and last time there.

My flavour local restaurant. The black pepper crab & the crispy chicken are the best! I revisited recently in August 2022, food is still amazing! I have tried more dishes, they are all good. Highly recommended. Must go!

Good local cze char food. The prawn paste fried chicken is crispy on outside and juicy inside! Braised bee hoon in crab comes with super flavourful. Owner and wait staff team are friendly and helpful.
