Kin Ha Tulum

I had a wonderful stay at Kin Ha Hotel Tulum. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. The apartment was very clean and smelled lovely, which added a lot to the comfort. The garden is quiet and peaceful, yet the hotel is within walking distance of the lively, cozy area with restaurants and shops. It’s the perfect balance between calm and energy. Definitely recommended. I would happily stay here again.

Gabriella and Carlos (at reception) are super helpful and kind. They gave us lots of information and helped us plan activities before arriving. There is also a fantastic cheap laundry place just behind the hotel. The rooms are lovely, location is ideal. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay, it was a pity I could stay for one night only. the hotel and the room were extremely nice (I loved the patio on the rooftop), the staff was really welcoming and even offered to keep our luggages for the whole afternoon after our check-out while we visited the ruins in Tulum, which are only 5/10 minutes far by car. the breakfast was very good as well. I’d highly recommend staying here!

I had the best experience with Carlos! such an amazing human being, he took his time to explain the rates, even got me a better one than the websites, also showed all the available rooms to me to choose the one I like, and gave me many tips to get around the city and place to visit. Mainly he made the difference in choosing a place to stay! It's a nice little central place close to where things are happening. nice clean rooms with a rooftop patio. It might get a bit noisy because of the festivities around if you need your quiet time to sleep but I did not mind it.

I recently visited with my friends, we shared two rooms with single beds. Our rooms both had fans and air conditioning so we were always comfortable despite the humid climate. There was also water coolers so we could easily top up our water bottles at any time! All in all we couldn’t have had a more amazing experience. The staff was always accommodating, they even remembered our preferences for breakfast after a couple of days. We received a lot of helpful (and really really great tips) on where to go, explore and eat. Some of our best experiences were from Gabriela’s recommendations! In addition we rented bikes for almost our entire stay. It was very easy and stress free all organized by the hotel. It’s about 30 minutes bike ride to the beach in one direction, and the cenotes in the other. Personally I think the location of this hotel is fantastic. It’s smack in the middle of the city center, very close to the Pueblo, which allows you to get the most authentic Tulum experience 10/10 would stay here again.

Kin-Ha provided a simple, clean room with a nice breakfast served under the rooftop palapa in a quiet, perfect location. The staff is kind and accommodating and the property has parking. I would stay here again and highly recommend Kin-Ha Tulum.

We had a lovely stay at Kin Ha Tulum. The hotel is ideally located, in the center of Tulum; an area with shops, bars and restaurants. The place is very cute and has everything you need; we loved the terrace for breakfasts. You have access to unlimited drinkable water (believe me, it’s a game changer;)) & you can rent bikes directly from the hotel. I must say, the best part was the kindness of the people, which work hard to make your stay as pleasant as it can be, we are very grateful for all the recommendations. We definitely recommend this place and we will come back. ¡Muchas gracias!

Beautiful place with amazing staffs and location. My bf and I loved this place so much and will come back to stay in the future. The rate was so unbelievably affordable and the quality service & room were perfect.
