Stressful Booking, But an Unforgettable Cruise Experience! I had to repeatedly follow up with them on Messenger just to get a confirmation because their responses were so slow. It got to the point where I thought their service wasn’t good—they couldn’t even give me a clear answer a few days before the date we wanted. I finally received their confirmation at around 8 PM the night before the reservation, when my partner and I were already searching for alternatives. Thankfully, we checked Messenger again and caught their message about the required 3:30 PM arrival time for the sunset cruise. I originally discovered this cruise on TikTok through some great influencers, so I really wanted to give it a try. Despite the frustrating communication and the hassle of securing a reservation, the actual experience was worth it. I didn’t want one of those overly crowded cruises, and this one felt more exclusive and comfortable. Their service onboard was top-notch, and the food was incredible. So if you’re planning to book here, just be patient—they seem to be strict with reservations and may limit tourists for the sake of local exclusivity. Don’t give up on following up with them, because once you’re on the cruise, the experience truly makes up for the stress!

This riverside restaurant by the Chao Phraya is one of my all-time favourites, and I find myself coming here often, especially with my family. The food is consistently delicious, the service is attentive, and the atmosphere is truly relaxing. If you’re lucky enough to get a table on the balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Rama VIII Bridge—perfect with a cold beer in hand. Every dish I’ve tried has been wonderful, but the seafood stands out the most. I’d highly recommend making a reservation in advance, as it can get busy. Overall, this place never fails to impress me. It’s still one of my top choices whenever I want to celebrate a special occasion with my family.

I(Indian) visited this riverside restaurant on 24th November with my girlfriend(Thai). The place looked nice and food was a solid 3.8 out of 5 but the experience was honestly disappointing. We were first seated near a loud fan by the stage(add to it a 3-person band playing), which made it uncomfortable until we requested a change. The real issue happened during payment. My card was charged instantly on my app, but the staff claimed it didn’t go through. Instead of handling it politely, the waitress told me maybe I didn’t have enough balance, which felt rude and unnecessary. As an Indian in Thailand, it came across as judgemental and made both of us very uncomfortable. When we spoke to the manager, she kept blaming the bank and didn’t address the behavior at all. The view was good, but the service left us feeling disrespected. I hope the management improves this for future guests.

Food taste was disappointing. Apart from the fried prawn cake which tastes decent, the rest does not meet the standard I've expected from a restaurant with 4.4 star Google review. The fish was not properly scaled and it's the worst experience ever when eating a steamed fish. To make things worse, the food weren't even hot when it was served to us. Most of their dishes were put outside for quite some time before they were served (probably due to manpower issue). Definitely not coming back again for the poor customer experience and quality of food. It's just not enjoyable and this meal was meant to celebrate my parents' anniversary.

Great food and always crowded by locals. As of the many guests service time was somewhat slow which but is understandable. Good bands that mostly performed in english (popular ballads and hits) which makes a nice change. Great location and view. The dinner boats (these can be skipped btw. expensive buffet style) make their turn after the bridge which makes some nice sights. Recommend this restaurant.

Perched on the Chao Phraya River, we genuinely found this gem accidentally whilst wondering around Bangkok. The food was delicious, staff are attentive, and the views are unbeatable. They had live music too which just added to the atmosphere. If you want somewhere with awesome food and vibes, this should be at the top of your list 😍💚

We availed the cruise and ordered food from the restaurant. Since the food was already in place before we boarded the boat, it wasn’t hot anymore and most of the dishes were soggy and dry. The dining experience was not enjoyable but the cruise however was nice. Maybe for those interested to try, just eat in the restaurant then have their dessert during the cruise.

Great atmosphere! Be sure to make an advance reservation and specify whether you’d like to be seated on the boat or in the restaurant so they can accommodate you accordingly. The staff are friendly, though the food may take a bit longer to arrive, especially on weekends. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience.
