Kinam Hotel

Location is fine however customer treatment at entrance is a disaster. Zero respect and they bully you as a customer

A friend recommended Kinam to me and I am so happy I listened. The premises is beautiful, clean and inviting. Security is amazing...never felt like I was in danger. Haitian music was playing throughout the hotel that really made it feel like home. The room was very clean. It was missing a fridge but once I let the front desk now they brought one up immediately. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Vladimir in the restaurant was great. His smile brightened the room. About the food... the complementary breakfast is ok but you can order whatever you want through the waiter. Now for dinner...whoa!!! Everything I had on the dinner menu was delicious. The accra! The grilled goat! The griot! The pain patate!!! 😋😋😋

Went to eat there a few times and it was always pleasurable! Great staff, amazing service. Really nice atmosphere, never too crowded and always some good Haitian music for the customers. The food is pretty good, depending on what you’re having. Overall, I like it! I’d say this is a nice place to have some relaxing time to yourself or with others.

My husband an I stayed at kinam for 6 days. The service was great. The front desk team was very nice and professional. The Food was great and the waiters were extremely friendly and professional,especially EMMANUEL he was the best! The management team(Benjamin and Roobens) were very polite and professional. Our niece's wedding was held there and the event coordinator(Mme Anglade Leslie) was very professional. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Kinam to family and friends. Nous avons rencontre un jeune homme qui s'appelle FREED qui est tres talentueux/ he is very talented he was very helpful to us. We appreciated his service. We enjoyed the live music pour la Saint- Valentin! Only the gym needs some attention. The driver was nice and we felt safe with him. ||Very nice place!

I went to Kinam in May with my friend and we had a fantastic time. The hotel was clean and the decor was modern. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The bar had a familiar feel. The highlight was the front desk staff especially Jeffth that provided us with prompt and excellent service. It was service with a smile.Don't miss the breakfast buffet its worth it.

I went there this past weekend and must i say, amazing! It was my first time going to Haiti and they made the trip worth while. Stephanie lafortune Edmond, the manager, she’s definitely my new best friend lol. She was so kind to us and made us feel very welcomed. The whole staff was simply amazing. I can’t wait to return to Haiti because this is definitely my go to spot.

My significant other had treated me to a night at one of the best hotels in Petion Ville for my birthday. I had a good time. This hotel is very luxurious, clean and the view on the balcony is pretty nice. I will definitely come back.

A nice place only stands out when the ones who runs it make it stands out. When you have one to two people whom supposed to be there for you at your request and they seem not to care, it takes away so much from the experience especially when you used to be in their shoes. I used to go above and beyond to provide excellent service to my clients and I expected the same where ever I go. Try to explain that to the breakfast staff. Let them know the clients are the reason they there and make the clients feel such way. I'll just stop here because I was really not happy with the service at the restaurant.
