Excellent architecture, loved visiting. The color schemes and elements to the environment are remarkable. Mostly crowded but well maintained and relaxing. There are a variety of things one can do and plan here. The staff is cooperative and well behaved.

The museums, library, and exhibitions are top-notch and incredibly engaging. Highlights: · Stunning architecture (perfect for photography). · The library is a quiet haven with a vast collection. · The Energy Exhibit is fun and educational for all ages. · Constantly hosting international events and workshops. · Impeccably clean and staff are very helpful. A must-visit for any tourist or resident in Saudi Arabia. It's a true beacon of knowledge and art.

I visited Ithra on the first Wednesday of the month when entry is free. The architecture is stunning, and the whole place is very clean and quiet. It’s the perfect spot for book lovers, students, researchers, and anyone interested in arts, history, or gaining knowledge. The open spaces are large, providing plenty of room to read and study comfortably. It’s more of an educational and cultural hub rather than a family picnic spot. Highly recommended for anyone seeking inspiration or a peaceful environment to learn.

We were there on the Founding day holiday and they had many activities going on. The building itself is an architectural masterpiece with its curves and geometrical shapes. We visited the various sections including the library and gaming zones. Everything was well organized and professionally arranged. We had fun and enjoyed our time.

Ithra is an iconic place in khobar and a great value for families, entertainment, learning, and fun. Daily and diverse activities are always available. Membership prices are very reasonable, but you should frequently manage to visit and follow the activities updates. Basically, if you live in the eastern region, you should visit this place at once.

King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture - Ithra doesn’t need any special introduction. Its a must visit if you are in Khobar. This place is extremely well curated. One visit is not enough as its loaded with massive information and details. Saudi culture, its heritage, its technology, its history and its future vision all are well documented and displayed here categorically. The staffs are trained professionals and they communicate and guide visitors with care and respect. My latest experience at ITHRA is better than the previous one. You don’t need any special entry pass. Car parking is free. Some of the museums have fees for adults. But they are worth of visits. Kids have also free as well as paid sections. Many food options are there. And the stunning mosque is a must visit. Interior of this beautiful mosque is breathtakingly spectacular.

Quiet, well lit, with high ceilings and bright colors. The science-y play area is a bit run down, and Pattis, the cafeteria, must be avoided, but the staff are polite and helpful, and the multi-level library is well provisioned and tastefully designed. There's also children's story time. Nice cultural landmark — worth a visit.
