King Boutique Hotel

Hotel staffs were superb and very friendly (special mention to Jac & Ei). Its my first time travelling solo and they certainly made sure my stay is comfortable. The hotel location is also convinient as it is only about 8 mins walk to the night market and 10 mins walk to the pub street. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was not much though. They clean the room but i feel like they can improve more on that as it seems like its not really being thoroughly clean. I saw one staff though cleaning the pool today :) other than that ill recommend the place.||We only had two days in Siem Reap and had Mr. Roben as our driver. He helped us planning our trips to the floating village, Angkor Wat and other sightseeing spots around Siem Reap to make most out of our time. He was always on time, is a very safe driver and also did the airport transfers for us. When he was prevented for one trip, he organized a substitute driver who was also really good ||We highly recommend his WhatsApp:+855965212576

Budget hotel on a very busy street. 3 floors ... no elevator. Airco works well , tv works, matresses soft, but no hot water in the shower. When we asked about it they just said : sorry, no have :(

Very basic hotel with pool along a main road. Not too noisy at night and walking distance to Pubstreet. TV and safebox were for display in my room, not functional. Soap like a size of chewing gum, shampoo in sachet, thin toothbrush provided.

Please!! Do not stay here!!! This shouldn’t even be available to people…|Dirty, full of bugs.||After the check in we proceeded to the room where we found the room in the condition you can see on the pictures .||Communication was difficult and we are still trying to get the refund. Nor the hotel nor the platforms that sell this accommodation are willing to do anything to help. (Booking and agoda)

The only thing in favour of this hotel is location and the pleasant staff. It is perfect for Old Market, Pub St and Night Market.|The hotel is NOTHING like the pictures on the internet. Dingy rooms, windows barred, aircon was ineffective, shower didn’t work, towels were threadbare, no breakfast or breakfast room just a single bed in there, toilet roll needed to be asked for, electrical wires and lamps in the pool where we entered, no sign outside so taxi drivers couldn’t find us. The list goes on and on.|The travel certificates displayed inside all date back at least 10 years.|How on earth this hotel gets a rating above 2* is beyond us, ideal for back packers!! Cheap and drearful ||We’re sure the photos of this place have been photoshopped as they are nothing like reality!!

Good place to sleep if you need the minimum. Price/quality is ok. The pool is dirty I don’t advice you try ( I came during low season, I believe it’s clean during tourist season 😉). AC works well, only 2 electricity plug in the room be careful if you are 5 in the room lol.

On the plus side, great location, friendly staff, the rest, well very tired rooms, shower had 2 wires tied together over the top, lots of unwelcome guests ants cockroaches , maybe to be expected in this climate, window didn't close, latch broken, air con control didn't work, possibly preset? Only there for 3nights to get head down. Bed comfy, bedding clean, room cleaned every day to some extent. Don't believe the photos, they don't match at, pool dirty with floating light attached to wires! Lots of rubbish behind gates at side of hotel. Big shout out to staff who where helpful and polite. Ok if you are prepared for it at the price.

Unhappy with room, no bacony they put us at down floor room is very small. the blanket very dirty . The pool water is dirty. Tv,no working,they are no friendly with guest. It's look like family house.
