Very spacious clean room and good toilet layout. Beds are wide enough for twin room however mattress a little too soft. TV don't work and is a negative point especially if staying for several days. How I wish the rooms have a refrigerator and a coffee maker. There's no elevator but the stairs are wide and steps low profile so walking up seems easy to the 2nd floor.

We've stayed in some janky places, but we chose not to stay here. That's saying something!
Insects everywhere, mould, rot, run down.
There were stains on the bedsheets that were being fed upon by ants.
The location is ok if you like being close to the night life, but we walked out without staying even a single night.
Naturally, we weren't able to get our money back.

I stayed for 6 nights and had a great experience. The location is perfect, close to everything. The room was clean, and the hot shower worked perfectly every time. Free water and fresh towels were provided daily, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I’d mention is that the air conditioner could be improved. Highly recommended!

Visiting King Boutique Hotel in Siem Reap felt like finding a peaceful retreat that balances comfort and convenience. Located just a short walk from Angkor Night Market and Pub Street, it offered easy access to the city's vibrant attractions while providing a tranquil haven to relax.

I do not recommend to this hotel. The service is very poor. I already booked and paid but when I arrived the hotel they said the room was sold out. No responsible, I’ll never booking this hotel again.

An OK place to sleep for a night but not much more. Rooms are rather old and there isn’t even a fridge. Beds are comfortable and seem clean enough. The AC is working very slow. The bathroom is pretty smelly, fortunately there is a fan, I kept it running all the time. The tiny pool is located directly by the street staff is doing their job but not much more. The location is central enough and if you’re OK to walk a little bit, you can reach everything on foot.

TRIGGER WARNING ⛔️ ||Death/blood||||This review may be shocking for some. My late father visited the king’s boutique on October 24th 2024 for a short stay. As a seasoned traveler was comfortable there however a danger went unnoticed.||On the afternoon of November 1st 2024 he tragically lost his life after seemingly losing his footing and colliding with an unsupported mirror in the wardrobe door. He went on to bleed to death in his room. Once discovered most of his valuables /belongings were gone ||My father was a British citizen since this tragedy has happened We have not been contacted by anyone official not the hotel, not the embassy we had to find out of my father’s passing by a stranger on Facebook !||I have tried to contact the hotel through different platforms to express my concern of the unsafe mirrors within their property to no avail.||I would simply like this danger rectified to avoid this tragedy happening to anyone else.

Apart from having a room with bed and toilet, a failure as accommodation. The room are minimally cleaned and maintained, Air-con has issue, no hot water, no appropriate car parking space, poor customer service. TV exist as a decoration and not working is just another shame. While the price is slightly lower than most, you definitely wouldn't want to ruin the mood of your trip to save extra 5$ per night.
