Delicious pizza. The crust was perfect, crispy and not greasy. You could hold the slice in your hand without it flopping. Nice view out the front for people watching, and great service. Under $10 for a meal...love it!

Google
King Slice has amazing pizza, but what truly makes the experience special is their outstanding customer service. The lady at the counter — dark-skinned with long curly hair — is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. She greets every customer with a warm smile and ensures orders are handled quickly and correctly. Her friendly attitude creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes each visit enjoyable

Google
The pizza was godly, loved it. The shop gets too hot so be prepared. The pizza is perfectly done. 1 slice is good for one person but we all got 2. We tried margherita and arrabiata both of which were really good. Will absolutely go again!

Google
I stopped by King’s Slice Pizza downtown and was pleasantly surprised. The Arrabbiata slice was excellent — perfectly thin crust with a satisfying kick, baked just right. The staff were friendly and quick, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. That said, the indoor space could definitely use better ventilation or air conditioning — it was uncomfortably warm and not ideal for dining in. Still, for a quick, flavorful slice and great service, it’s worth a visit — maybe just opt for takeaway on a hot day.

First time here but always passed by this place. Open late so there's always a crowd late night. Big slices here, super thin and very crunchy bottom! The only thing I didn't like was the fact theater their dough is very chewy. It's not light and fluffy as you might hope or expect. Even though it's thin crust, I found myself taking A LOT of chews to down the crust. But in the bright side they have this garlic oil that they spread over your pizza, very good!! Loved that oil! Overall might return for some more slices (wasn't too salty). I still would recommend this place to those who haven't tried it before, you might be surprised!

Google
Much much much better than badiallis.. less wait time. Better grease and taste.. underrated winner... Slices are around 7.5 each.. got the pepperoni and aribiatta both of which were amazing... Loved it... Would be back again for it... The garlic sauce is amazing that they put on top.... Very delicious...

Google
Fresh, thin crust, limited specialized menu - speaks to what they do best! Tried the Arrabiatta and Margherita pizza slices. Made perfect. Do ask for their garlic oil drizzle (no additional cost). At around 6 pm on a Sunday there was no lineup. Would go back for a good fix in the T dot! Will try their salads next time.

I recently checked out King Slice in West Toronto after hearing quite a bit of buzz, and it definitely lived up to the hype. I opted for slices instead of a full pizza so I could try more varieties and ended up going with the margherita, deluxe, pepperoni, and arrabbiata. All four were excellent, but the margherita and arrabbiata stood out as my favourites—surprisingly so, since I usually lean toward meat options. The slices are massive—literally hanging off the plate—and the sauce was rich, flavourful, and tied everything together nicely. The arrabbiata, in particular, had a great balance of ingredients, including mushrooms and jalapeños, with just the right amount of heat to make it interesting without being overpowering. The spot is perfect for a casual grab-and-go meal, especially if you’re heading to a park or want to enjoy a laid-back bite outside. The quality, portion size, and flavour make it a place I’ll definitely be returning to. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving great pizza.

Yelp
I came here for the first time on a Saturday morning around 11:00 a.m. I was at a pop-up event across the street and decided to try out King Slice after hearing so many great things about it. plus I love supporting local businesses. Since there was two if us, we decided to go with two different slices and share. We got the Pepperoni & the Arrabiata slices both with the garlic oil. They were really tasty, but I think I'll skip the garlic oil next time. It honestly made it really greasy and hard to enjoy. But it was super filling. I even had leftovers later that night and it reheated up pretty well surprisingly. Our total was around $25 and it was a pretty good value for money especially considering it's downtown. Overall it was a great pizza option for the area. I can definitely see why this is a late night favourite.

Yelp
Probably the best late night pizza spot in the city. Worth the wait in line and huge portions. Would recommend!

Yelp
Oh heck yes, grab yourself a supremely satisfying, crunchy, chewy, greasy slice from this classic Toronto hole in the wall -- perfect for your drunken late night craving.

Yelp
Great pizza by the slice. Had to double back for a second try cause it's just that good. This location open later than others, so that's a plus. Pro tip: get the sauce!

Yelp
The pizza here is pretty bad. I have had way better pizza before. So first off the crust is not crispy but instead it was chewey. The pizza itself looked flat. It was not even cheesy at all. Flavor was bland. I just know that if the pizza was left till next day, I don't think it would even taste good. I am definitely not a fan of their pizza.

Yelp
Pie review: One of the best 2.5-3.0-star pizzas in the city. Sitting a few doors down from a 'Pizza Pizza,' both on West Queen West (which is a stretch of Queen street popular for social-oriented businesses). What makes this place's pizza stick out, is it is consistently busy with walk-in customers from the locality, which makes the pizza worker's skilled faster and provides fresher ingredients (including dough). Ordered 18" plain with extra cheese, nearly well-done, thin-crust ($19.75 for 18" + $2.50 for extra toppings, before tip). Asked for half tomato and half pesto for base sauce. The dough "airiness" was nothing memorable, nor was the flavour ("not bad"), but held up very impressively well for an almost-well-done baking (no dryness or black spots). The edges were cooked wonderfully (very nice crispiness) but the inner two-thirds weren't equally crispy. Still, most slices didn't flop down. Would highly recommend asking for a well-done pie as their dough handles it superbly well. Tomato sauce had traces of off-putting pronounced sweetness that was interlaced with a very light tomato savouriness. The pesto-base I would not recommend since it evaporated and left salty residual flavour to the cheese. The highlight was the cheese which had bounce to it like a fresh cheese curd and had a nice slight 'umami' tinge to it. They also offer garlic/herb-oil for free as a topping (I applied it to the edge only), which was nice. They do a 26" for $55 (and I believe this is the pie they serve their slices off of), and slices are not displayed on the front counter (instead on display on a table behind the counter). They close 4 AM Fridays and Saturdays for the late-night socializing crowds. All other days they close midnight. Overall, decently good pizza for pies in the area, which is being increasingly gentrified. Other location is 1598 Bloor St. W. outside Dundas West station.

Yelp
Hours are comepletly wrong. Terrible customer service. Need to fire the white bucket in the back. Don't waste your time coming here late night.

Yelp
Hands down the best pizza in Toronto. I've been coming here since I was a kid, and King Slice has NEVER disappointed me. The slices are BIG, the dough is delicious, the sauce is delightful, and the garlic oil is to die for. The service at both locations is stellar, and the ambiance is relaxed and friendly. King Slice is a Toronto staple, and whether you live here or you're just visiting, you gotta try a piece of this pie.

Yelp
It's been a long time since I've had a slice of pepperoni pizza at King Slice. The last times I'd been there, they weren't good experiences ... their slices sitting around waiting to be reheated weren't great. I stopped in a couple for lunch and asked for a pepperoni slice. It was a 5 minute wait as they were still in the oven. Right on! Hot and fresh and worth the wait.
google avatar

Abigail G.

Yelp
I've only ever come here very late after a night out but the fact that they stay open so late is amazing. There are long lines late at night but it's expected. Their slices really are the biggest i've seen in the city and well worth the price. After a night out, it definitely hits the spot. The only thing I would say is do not get the sandwiches, the one we got did not look or taste good - stick to the pizza.

Yelp
After a troubling phone order attempt where the staff member abruptly hung up on us, we were compelled to place an order online. Upon doing so, we were informed of a one-hour wait time. Despite our predicament, we opted to wait for the order and arrived in person for pickup. Upon arrival, we sought assistance due to the excessive wait, but the worker on duty was unhelpful and displayed extreme rudeness. Despite our request for cancellation and the absence of a cancellation option on the platform used, the worker insisted on a non-existent app cancellation, engaging in a confrontational manner that was both disrespectful and unhelpful. Moreover, when we approached the worker in person seeking assistance or her name to address our concerns, she was uncooperative and refused to provide any information, including the manager's contact details. When we received a notification on our phone that the order was ready, she assured us it would take only a minute longer, but it ended up taking an additional ten minutes. As customers, we value timely and respectful service. This experience fell significantly short of those expectations, leaving us feeling not only inconvenienced by the prolonged wait but also deeply dissatisfied by the lack of support and professionalism displayed.

Yelp
After see a recommendation on TOBlog I knew I had to try. Being from Niagara Falls we lake slices and quality pizza. When I want pizza it's south bound to Buffalo. So I thought TO has slices and they must have some quality pizza. King Slice didn't disappoint. At 6.40 a slice I thought a little steep but the slice is huge and has Uber quality ingredients. The crust is nice NY style thin and chewy. The sauce is a sweet marinara that doesn't overpower the rest of the ingredients and the cup and char pepperoni comes standard not like some places that up charge. It's a fairly busy place, so a bit of a line .. no more than 10 min. I added a garlic sauce topping the just sent the flavor to the moon. Bravo King Slice you make an outstanding pizza. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Never in my life have I been offered garlic oil on my pizza at any pizza establishment ever. This is the greatest invention since anything.

Yelp
Great pizza! Ordered a medium pepperoni piZza. Loved it. I love the way it was not soggy. Perfectly done right.
google avatar

Jazzmyn R.

Yelp
This is the absolute best slices of pizza I've ever heard. The service is quick and steady. One minute you're in line and the next you're not. They have a pretty efficient system that people can just fall in line. This is my second time visiting on this trip! When I return to Canada, I will def be visiting again! The low lights make it a vibe for lunch or after hours. Top tier x2

Franz E.

Yelp
Decent slice, at 8,25 for pepperoni. Thin greasy, not terribly crispy at all. What more can I say?
google avatar

Frank L.

Yelp
The pizza is very fresh and the garlic crust is delicious. I recommend ordering a full pie, you might have to wait 15-20 mins but it's worth it. They make the pizza from scratch and considering how busy it is they make it fast. The staff are friendly!
google avatar

Matt W.

Yelp
Was a bit underwhelmed to be honest. Pretty good pizza, not bad, but not memorable to the point I'd recommend it when friends say they're in the mood for pizza. Even the prices, not cheap, not overly expensive, but very reasonable for the quality of the pizza. There was more crust then I'm used to for pizzas but maybe thats their style. The chicken pesto pizza we ordered was more cheesey then pesto-flavored, and the portions were definitely generous, however if you're looking for a never-forget pizza, for me this wasn't it.
google avatar

Reh L.

Yelp
One of my favourite pizza spots in the city! No frills, just good pizza at good prices. Their slices are huge, so I love to bring a friend, grab a $5 slice which when split in two is plenty for two people, then go across the street to the park and enjoy. Their pizza is overall very good, but the one thing that sets them apart is their herby garlic oil which they brush over the crust and pizza - it takes the pizza to a whole new level. Overall, would definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area and craving a slice of za!

Yelp
***update!! original review posted below*** i loved coming here for the longest time and always recommended it to everyone i know. however, my last handful of times coming back here has not been great at all. it almost seemslike their entire staff has changed. not sure if ownership/management are the same or not, but the pizzas are nothing like they used to be. staff is not friendly at all. no one knows how to smile, pepperoni has been changed, pizzas are drier, the parsley oil barely has parsley anymore, they have ass brush your pizzas and it gets all over the box - which when they hand to you it gets all over your clothes. thank you the napkins - wait, they dont even provide that anymore either. want extra sauce? thats going to cost you now too - which is fine but the guy who took our order flat out said no. so we had asked the other guy packing the orders if we can get extra sauce (which is advertised as "free"), said it woukd cost $1-$2, and we already said yes, that is fine...however, we just left w.our dry pizzas and decided that was our last visit. i hope things change, and the staff at least be friendlier. i mean, youre now asking for tips at a qsr style place, but youre rude, unfriendly, & miserable towards your guests... i dont see the value of the tip for your stellar service. best of everything king slice! the old you is greatly missed. ******************** been too long since i made my way back here! its still delicious and fresh as always! great service, amazingly hot and fresh pizzas, and with covid right now they do have safe protocols in place. make surr you get that garlic oil (with chopped parsley) brushed on the crust! ******************** stopped by last night for classic slice of pepperoni here! holy ball sacks of goodness!! the dough was pretty good! crispy w.a very nice chew. they do their pepperoni slices w.double pepperoni!!! a good heaping of cheese and sauce! 11.5" can be quite satisfying for your mouth!! oh, dont forget to brush it with their crack like garlic oil!! nomnomnom id drive down from scarborough for one of these bad boys!! thx king slice!! keep em comin!!

Yelp
QUALITY & QUANTITY PIZZA. For $5 you get 2 giant slices as seen in the photo! Arrabbiata was delicious! It had a nice spicy kick to hit due to the jalapeños. Would definitely order it again. Aside from the king slices the staff was very friendly & the store was packed at 1am. It's the perfect late night snack since they're open till 4:30am on Fridays!! This is definitely a place to visit if visiting Toronto!

Yelp
First things first, I got this recommended with an lyft driver. and Thank God that he did, because me and my wife ordered this and we can't believe that the size of this is really full filling, the toppings is legit real, not processed or out of the can. I swear this is the best pizza I have tasted here in Canada. Nothing can beat this not with domino's or pizza hut or pizza pizza. Even we didn't finish it that night, we ate it the next day without even heating it up, and it taste amazing, and very soft not hard. I very much recommend this place. Also, we ordered in DoorDash.

DaeLuvsHim ..

Yelp
This pizza was soo good. I lowkey wanted to order a second slice. But the initial slice was so big and hard to finish in one sitting. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
In Toronto there are two staples for eating at night. "Street Meat" (which is the colloquial name for hot dog carts) which seem to have disappeared, and pizza slices. I was impressed to find this place in the shadow of Pizza Pizza, whose infamously bad pizzas usually drown out the competition. The pizza slices here are big, well priced and very tasty. They are everything I am looking for after a few drinks because the local brewery mysteriously closed their kitchen at like 8pm.

Sherry Q.

Yelp
If you don't eat pork this is not a place to buy your veggies pizza. I was very surprised and disappointed when I observed the man making one large pizza , half veggie and half pepperoni and when my friend and I asked if it was a private order; his response was "no we always make our slice pizza this way to maintain freshness." it was hard to believe that any gas food restaurant would have such disregard for allergies or religious observances. Prior to this knowledge when ever I went to order pizza I would decline the oil that they put on the pizza because I realized it was the same brush and oil used for veggie and pork pizza. I will never by here again. They should have a sign to indicate that meat and non meat pizzas are crossed contaminate. it would make the veggie options together and pepperonI separate . if you don't eat pork don't buy here
google avatar

Owen R.

Yelp
Very good and larger slices Only negative Quite often out of MAIN slices (pepperoni) Kinda lazy, right?
google avatar

Elaine O.

Yelp
For what you get, this place is definitely worth their cheap, quality pizza! Only heard about this place from a friend but their slices are huge and for $5! They do not have a wide selection to choose from, but regardless, what they have is still good. It's a good spot to opt for instead of your regular pizza pizza, and is definitely better! They add a pesto sauce on top as well which adds to the flavour, would recommend if you're wanting pizza and in the area!!
google avatar

Venesa C.

Yelp
Huge slices and their menu is small so they focus on their food which makes it delicious and authentic
google avatar

Selena C.

Yelp
great location and place to stop by and grab a large slice of pizza. they will heat it up for you on the spot and ask if you want the oil on top (say yes). A slice comes to $6.50 including tax, so super budget friendly too. It's more of a grab and go, especially pre or post drinks but that's the beauty of it. There is a small park nearby that you can sit and enjoy too
google avatar

Clara C.

Yelp
The pizza at king slice is HUGE! I got the deluxe slice with basil oil (~$5) and it was equivalent to probably 3 regular sized slices. The quality of the pizza is not amazing, but it is definitely better than the common chain pizza places like pizza pizza or little caesars. For the price you pay and the amount of pizza you get, this place is for sure the spot.

Harry H.

Yelp
This particular individual working at Queen street location is always in a grumpy mood and for that reason I will be not returning. How can I trust a grumpy person with my food.
google avatar

Michelle N.

Yelp
Tried the Arrabiatta and it was quite mediocre. Nothing special about this slice at all. The pizza was a bit soggy and had way too much tomato sauce. They also add garlic oil on the crust which is a nice touch.
google avatar

Tish K.

Yelp
Great pizza! Tried the Margherita & Arrabbiata slices! Very crispy yet dense and fresh dough. Slices are huge! Make sure to get the garlic oil on the dough. The chilli flakes on the side are HOT!
google avatar

Alex I.

Yelp
Let's give it up for King Slice, one of the best pizzas around for a take out and you know what?! When I order the 15' x 21' big bad boy special pizza I damn well feel like a KING! When it comes to pizza they are like Kevin James to sitcom TV, The King of Queens (see what I did there) the pizza is great quality and holds a solid cheese to sauce ratio which I appreciate and the toppings are second to non, simple pepperoni is just great! Also, holds up very well the next day!
google avatar

A.D D.

Yelp
We used to love king slice and support the Bloor location for many years. But, since this year everything has gone downhill. Last two times, we asked for thin crust to only get home and find out it's thick crust (again!) this time we got a pizza and made clear to be thin crust, woo hoo got it on par, then my slice of course, margarita was raw near the crust. We love to support this business, but raw pizza is a no no for a place specializing in it! Were not ones to complain but a raw slice!
google avatar

Naomi S.

Yelp
Absolutely love this pizza spot!! Super cheap. Delicious. Huge slices. They've got this garlic basil type of oil that just makes the pizza even more savoury. You're looking at about $6 and the portions are more than enough! Def recommend this spot to anyone that's in the area or even after a night of partying!
google avatar

Oliver B.

Yelp
A slice and a soda come to about one dollar more than the same from Pizzaiolo - but boy do you get your extra dollar's worth. The slices are large, the ingredients taste fresh, the cheese is especially nice, and they're served quickly. They offer garlic oil for your slice, along with the usual chili flakes etc, and you'd be wise to take them up on it. The music they play there is also high quality, and the general feel is cozy & clean. It's like something between the usual franchise places and a nice restaurant. I can't wait to come back and try one of their sandwiches!
google avatar

Ada L.

Yelp
Good slice of big pizza if you're super hungry. Dropped by lunch on a weekday and was greeted by friendly staff. Better than the big chain pizza places; I believe the place services only 4-5 kinds of pizzas. Would come back for more if I'm around the area!
google avatar

Wilma R.

Yelp
King Slice is the ultimate bang for your buck with its huge (seriously HUGE) pizza slices for $5ish dollars a piece. The pizza isn't gross, either; it tastes fresh and well-made, as good as you can get for the price point. This is a great place when you've got an empty stomach but also close-to-empty pockets.
google avatar

Mj S.

Yelp
I cannotttt feel my mouth. Covering the pizza with their home made chili flakes, was probably a bad idea. But it was so good; I may not feel my lips for a while but that was so worth it. Their slices are HUGE. Think twice the size of your norm' pizza pizza slices. Drenching your pizza in their garlic oil is a must. I've never been so excited to devour pizza crust. Nothing beats their panzerottis. Loaded with cheese, sauce and just about anything, packed with flavour - you can order any of their pizzas in panzo form. Their pastas are pretty bomb too. King Slice has been my go-to since I've discovered them. This place is legit. Beware, the arrabiata packs a mean punch. Their staff is super chill and friendly, and you will ultimately give birth to a food baby after eating from here. Gotta deduct one star; I've always alwaysss had terrible experiences with their delivery service. Otherwise, definitely would pick this (and their Bloor location) over any of their franchised competitors!
google avatar

David T.

Yelp
Tried the king slice special medium size. The toppings were generous, as well as the cheese and sauce. It was a pretty good pizza albeit a little soggy at the bottom maybe due to delivery. We enjoyed it and will probably order again soon. But it's a little pricey compared to dominoes but the ingredients like the cheese and sauce tasted higher quality. I would eat this any day over pizza pizza but vs. Dominoes it's a toss up due to price.
google avatar

Cindy L.

Yelp
This place is quite popular for a quick cheap bite. Pizza was generous in size we got the margarita. It's good bang for your buck in Toronto but my pizza was just a cheese pizza with slivers of basil here and there. I'm sure if you order the pepperoni slice it will taste much more authentic. The basil oil they add to the pizza is quite tasty.

Jim T.

Yelp
I've been searching high and I've been searching low for a decent slice reminiscent of my child hood delicious slices. So i checked the reviews on here and I drove from the east end to the west end and finally found a great slice in King Slice. Dough was perfect with the right amount of give, delicious sauce with the a good amount of pepperoni. I rarely have any reason to cross Yonge but now I do. Thanks King Slice
google avatar

Brittany A.

Yelp
Stopped here after an evening with many many many drinks involved ('tis the season!) Ordered a deluxe slice and it was massive! Love love love the basil (?) garlic oil they will slather on the pizza if you ask. Prices are super reasonable. It was under $10 for two slices (one for me and the bae). Pizza tasted very fresh and delicious, I will definitely return! I believe it may have even saved me a bit of hangover for the next day ;) Great option for a quick, cheap bite!

Yelp
YES. If you're trying to decide between KING Slice and Pizza Pizza, pleeeease just go to King Slice. This tends to be a spot for good drunk food because of where it's located, but I'd happily order from here any time of day if I lived closer. Each slice is $4.85 and it's bigger than your face. Thin crust type of za... and when they ask you if you want the garlic, say yes. Service is fast, turnover is high so the pizzas come hot and fresh. The guys working here are super friendly too. There are a few tables you can sit at so you can eat the slices while they're fresh out the oven. This pizza is so dope... if you're thinking about trying it, stop thinking and just go!

Johnny B.

Yelp
Very crunchy, slices are huge!! Definitely one of my most favourite pizza's in Toronto! And its open until 4am so that's amazing!!!
google avatar

Jay M.

Yelp
Big awesome slices, perfect for a cheap yet filling lunch or an after-bar nightcap snack. Admittedly I've been a few times where things were a shit show in the store (usually late at night) and the pizza was not as good as usual, but most of the time this place is a reliable stop for some oversized slices. Cover it in Garlic Oil for extra tastiness.
google avatar

Heather C.

Yelp
This place feels like it should be between your chains like pizza pizza and dominos and restaurant pizzas at non-specialized restaurants (i.e. not restaurants that only do pizza). The setting is very much fast food, with the exception of the nice open front that they can open during warmer months. The pizzas always taste fresh, and hot and the slices are large. The staff are friendly, but not overly special. Service is fast, and I think they have to deal with a lot of drunken people, so kudos to you for keeping a level head while drunk people yell orders at you. If you're looking for a quick place to eat, this place is fairly priced, fast and fresh!

Frank D.

Yelp
I ordered a deluxe slice, it had 4 dime sized pieces of pepperoni on it. I asked the counter person about it and they said it was under the cheese. I got home, lifted the cheese up, no pepperoni. THE STAFF LIED TO MY FACE, this is unacceptable behaviour.
