What a beautiful mall, intimate and wonderful atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist. The mall is very clean and never full. Each store you walk into you’re made to feel like you’re the only customer inside. The employees always greet with a smile and ask if you need assistance with anything, even if you ask for advice on items you’re interested in. Most stores even offer some refreshments. It’s going to my second home, absolutely love it here

Well its good that the metro station is very near to the tower but, I was surprised in the ticket price , its my first time to visit but i would recommend to go in other spots like boulevard world, riyadh zoo, or etc. It’s true that the view in kingdom tower was breathtaking and mesmerizing but the ticket price with 138 riyal with no freebies even a bottle of water its not good .
