We stayed here because our original reserved resort room was a mess, and we refused to stay there. There happened to be a vacancy at the King's Alley, and we grabbed it. The room was very comfortable, the desk staff was very considerate and helpful, and the hotel is very centrally located. The only down-side is the lack of a parking garage. But we were able to get a good parking space on the street every evening without too much difficulty. We would definitely stay here again!

I love the convenience of the location in Christiansted town. Steps away from the beautiful boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. The decor of the rooms are nice and the staff are accommodating. I slept well in a beautiful king size mahogany bed.

This can be considered a boutique Hotel. 3 floors total, and no elevator. You can get a king bed or rooms with two full size beds. Located on right on the Christiansted pier you have access to many bars and restaurants. The rooms have refrigerators but no microwaves. You can make yourself some coffee with the in room Keurig or get yourself a traditional bucket of ice from the machine on the second floor. The room decor is pretty nice always clean and fresh. Bathrooms are a commode and a shower with glass panels. The vanity sink is just outside the bathroom along with the closet. Each room has room has a faux balcony where you can open French doors to get fresh air if you don't want to use the provided A/C unit. In room entertainment gives you the choice of Dish TV, wifi or screen mirroring from your smartphone on the LCD TV. Overall the accommodations are nice and the experience is truly unique. Book early because they are always booked.

Comfortable hotel in an excellent location. The front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are a mix of Caribbean décor (tile floor, dark wood furniture, view of the ocean) with a few modern touches (frosted glass bathroom door). Rooms have typical amenities (television, alarm clock, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, soap, shampoo, lotion, shower cap, hair dryer, iron and board), as well as a few unexpected ones (teak bathroom seat, small tank water heater in each room). Second- and third-floor rooms have views of the alley, boardwalk, harbor, and Caribbean. Plus it's within easy walking distance from Fort Christiansværn and the Christiansted National Historic Site, plus all the boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants that make downtown Christiansted special. I would definitely stay here again.

King's Alley Hotel is perfectly located on the Boardwalk in downtown Christiansted. This makes it super easy to self explore the historical sites, experience the rich culture, take a water taxi to Hotel on The Cay, enjoy local foods, and have an authentic Crucian travel experience.

Good customer service but I went to my room found hairs around the bathroom sink and seemed like someone did a number 2 in the toilet😒
