18% surcharge then wait an hour for a burger and teriyaki chicken .Not even close to busy with no apologies, just excuses own your incompetence.
The burger was disgustingly greasy & didn’t finish it, what a huge disappointment.

So just let me start by saying after 30 years in my own business I’m the last person to say the customers always right. Not true.
I posted the first ever one star review while sitting at the table after getting our meal. $81 for a burger ,Thai chicken and rice , a coffee and a can of coke.
Now one of the waiters must have been paying more attention to the reviews coming in than the customers and thought he should give me a spray after we got up to leave.
So here’s the best chance to help sort a very bad experience for a repeat customer ,but instead he decided to have a go at me .
I would’ve thought you’d own up to a very very bad day and help sort out a solution but instead your smart arse employee thought that he’d take the low route and give me a spray . Well done 👍 what a true genius.
I would’ve happily taken down the review if I’d seen some sort of action from the manager who I spoke to about the meal and the actions of his staff member,but nothing but smart comments from the bar staff.
You so deserve this review.
