Great place to stay. The host is very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and had a real at home feel.I highly recommend!

Such a cozy homey space, lived in and comfortable. Welcoming proprietor who anticipates every need. Can rent a scooter or get info about boat trips, transportation etc...convenient to beach, pier, bus, markets. Laundry service in house (nominal fee) Will definitely return.

This is without a doubt the funkiest hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. It's cluttered with huge heavy wooden furniture and artwork. It looks like it's held together by tape and staples. There is no pool as shown in the picture. The lady who runs the place is friendly and can speak limited English. It's close to the night market, 711, and eateries. It's in a maze of small streets. It's hot as hell. Remove your shoes before entering

We were happy to find this place which is down a small street. Staff was really welcoming and friendly, we only stayed one night but they were nice enough to get our laundry done quickly so it would be ready for the next day's early departure. Value for money is good when comparing to other accommodation. Our room was dark but our friends had a brighter room, bed was comfy and we were so happy to have a swimming pool! Close to the market and bars. We'd stay again.

What a lovely experience! After travelling around for 10 days we found ourselves in Hua Hin and when we reached Kings Home felt like we were at a relatives house. Its a true Home Stay. Its not a hotel so don't expect a hotel. However, you can still keep to yourself, come and go as you please, ask advice or just carry on. Aruna is very kind and will help if you need it. The room and bathroom were clean and the added bonus of a laundry service. Thank you Aruna. Jane and family.

The room is clean. Bed is more than comfortable. Solid 5G Wifi. I feel like I am staying at my close relative's place. Doesn't feel like a guesthouse at all. Better. I travel around many Countries in Asia and Thailand is famous for their friendliness and hospitality yet this one is by far the best guesthouse experience for me. This guesthouse makes you feel like you are staying at home in Hua Hin. The kind lady who is the owner in this photo really take care of details. Washing the bedsheets and blankets herself also the rug and carpet. I saw she cleans everyday I stayed. The place has their own Clothing dryer+steamer which is a great investment for guesthouse this small size so yea ! They mean business and try to take the best care of their guest. The cleanest of guesthouse I have been to so far. No bed bugs. If you have trouble with the shower or the fridge. Just tell her and she will take care of it. All my best wishes.

This family run guesthouse is located close to the Hua Hin beach and the night market. In other words, the location is great. The place is cozy with with an antique feeling to it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool was ok and the aircon worked really well. For this price it,s a great guesthouse. Well worth it.

Very interesting place to stay at with so many decorations and art pieces from all around the world. Looks like you're sleeping in an antique art gallery. Apart from that the rooms were clean, had air-conditioning and the owner was friendly :)
