Nice staff. Very friendly. Very outdated room for the price not worth $180 a night. Very noisy can hear everything even other guest having showers, using the microwave ect. Got hardly any sleep. Hear all of the traffic. Had police turn up from a man going off. Close to the hospital within walking distance. Cat bus stop out the front. So it was convenient if you had to go to the hospital. I wouldn't recommend staying in this motel. Unfortunately.

Booked a Standard Queen Room through booking.com decided to go day earlier rang motel was told two separate payments on arrival and can Upgrade the room so we don't have to move rooms the next day. From a spacious standard queen room to a small twin room with a toilet suitable for a child not adults. Very noisy wall's like one brick not double brick as neighbours disrespect others after midnight with giggles to crying domestic.|Our booking.com was cancelled by a staff member without our permission and money taken from our account straight into the motel account.|Romantic Suprise turned into Total Disappointment......

Fantastic location, lovely staff both at reception & cleaners. Room was awesome. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows, all amenities. Will definitely stay again when we are in Perth.

Kings Park motel Very dated (worn wooden furniture - even an old radio from the 70s in the bedside table) Smelly room - possibly from AC Really noisy every time you run the water (shower, toilet or basin) for a short period. Very clean. Every inch of the room was spotless). Quiet (even though it was fully booked) Comfy (small sized) bed Terrible pillows Kettle Microwave Toaster Bar fridge Cutlery and crockery AC TV Seperate bathroom Really small, extremely low (child sized) toilet. Weird!! Good sized shower with the most amazing water water pressure. Best shower I've had in a long time. At least half the rooms up a flight of stairs, which aren't good for those with mobility issues. The pool looked ok but we didn't use it. Not much around the area but it was quiet. Short drive to Perth city and shops but nothing within walking distance. Had to drive 10 min to even get a bottle of water. Supplied lots of tea and coffee and some toiletries but only 1 roll of toilet paper. Had to pull bed out to access power points for phone chargers. Parking was ok. Close to rooms. First in best dressed but ample spaces. Smoking area in right next to the parking area though. Staff were friendly and helpful. Limited office hours.

Great hotel will try to book again when we come to Perth Nice 10 metre pool and room spotlessly clean and shower was better than ours at home. Very helpful at reception too

Friendly staff. Good room. We stayed here for one week. Very convenient for Kings Park and Central Perth. Bus stop for free bus (purple CAT) just outside. Room overlooking pool. Some rooms might get road noise, ours didn't. Shops within walking distance.

Had to come up to Perth from Bridgetown for surgery, and decided to book into the Kings Park Motel to make getting to the hospital the next day an easier experience. The hotel is a little on the older side, but couldn't be more perfect for someone needing accommodation near Sir Charles Gardiner and Hollywood Private. The rooms are extremely clean, but the bed was a little soft for our tastes, but there's a great range of local restaurants who will deliver to the motel and it's generally quite comfortable.

Great location - with parking! Bonus was when we discovered the Purple Cat stops on the corner! Will be back.
