I had the pleasure of dealing with Andy and his wonderful team during the sale of my late mothers property. I live 250 miles away so made several appointments of Kingsbridge agents from random listing's including Kingsbridge Estate Agents. From the get go Andy just came across as a "no problem" sort of guy. As I'm so far away I needed a totally managed sale from my agent. Andy organised cleaners, house clearance people, and gardeners for me and managed to make the house clean and saleable. He then proceeded to market the house at a fair price and it was sold within days. His team were always available to chat things through and a real pleasure to deal with.
