We bought our new home through Kingsbridge Estate Agents and from when we first viewed it until the day we moved in, they were brilliant. Any questions we had about the property or to the sellers they were very efficient and got back to us quickly. We asked for a few viewings to let our little girl see it and they were always happy to help. Thank you for making our buying experience so easy, looking forward to the next chapter in our new home.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Andy and his wonderful team during the sale of my late mothers property. I live 250 miles away so made several appointments of Kingsbridge agents from random listing's including Kingsbridge Estate Agents. From the get go Andy just came across as a "no problem" sort of guy. As I'm so far away I needed a totally managed sale from my agent. Andy organised cleaners, house clearance people, and gardeners for me and managed to make the house clean and saleable. He then proceeded to market the house at a fair price and it was sold within days. His team were always available to chat things through and a real pleasure to deal with. I always felt he had my back and was pushing for me at all times. The day before the sale completed I drove down to Kingsbridge to say goodbye to the house and I popped into the office. Emma and the team at Kingsbridge estate agents are wonderful, myself and my partner were looking for a new rental property for a good few months before finding the property we are in now and dealt with these guys twice, both times they were so helpful and really took our needs into consideration.
