My cappucino was pretty bad, but I give 4 stars cause I've seen in other photos they can make a good one. I guess anyone can have a bad day and make a mistake, no big deal.

QUALITY! Literally *the best* hot chocolate I have ever, ever, ever had. The coffee is phenomenal. Italian baked goods, sweet treats and tarts are amazing. The art curation is excellent. The store has lots of unique and interesting items (baking accouterment, coffee table books, kids toys etc. really, really glad this place exists!

I live around the corner and this was my first visit. Drinking Chocolate and Italian pastries are amazing. They also have excellent curation of house goods and art. The staff and owners were also very friendly with me. It's very clear they care about their business and their clientele.
I wouldn't put too much stock in the other reviewer. I think other folks agree with me. It had a good crowd at 4PM on a Saturday, but not so big that there was a line. I was served immediately.

It is perhaps THE most pretentious place in Ulster County. The food is "eh," and they like other places in Ulster have no idea how to make a cappuccino, although of course they think they do. Rude.
I will say the store is designed very well and done if the art is quite lovely, depicting good artistry, but that does t compensate for an attitude, ( and cappuccino) which is anything but welcoming.
