Feels like this place is running a bait and switch SCAM. We booked a 4 person room, and when we arrived were shown to a double room and told we would have to pay the same again for a secound double room and there was not 4 person room available. The owner was super rude about it the entire time and would just walk away while we were trying to sort it out. It ended up costing us DOUBLE what we were supposed to pay. It's also a full 20min drive into town instead of the 10min as advertised, and the rooms look nothing like the pictures online - no fans, no colors, and stained sheets.

What a lovely vacation stay! My wife and I spent three days here during the rainy season, and we loved every single aspect of this hotel. First, let me talk about the amazing owner Cortney, he is such an incredibly charismatic man, was so many fascinating stories to tell. This is the kind of man you could definitely learn a lot from, especially about Jamaican culture and heritage. We really enjoyed our room, the beds were comfy, but of course, the best reason to stay at this hotel is because of the spectacular view. It was so fun to wake up every morning and to look out onto downtown Kingston, and to look into the blue mountains, it was almost like waking up every day in a rainforest. Even though it rained a lot, there were still parts throughout the day where it was sunny, Which allowed us to wander around the area and do some hiking, and explore The Neighbor and roads. Just a suggestion if you are staying here, if you wanna go for a nice walk, when you exit the property, immediately go left and stay on that road for a good hour and a half, and you will see some of the most beautiful views in Jamaica. Breakfast every morning was also nice, and shout out to TJ who took really good care of us as well. Also if you like cats and dogs, there are several on the property and they are all very loving and fun. I would definitely stay here againmy girlfriend and I really loved it,

Booked a last minute room, unfortunately only for one night. We had the bird view room with a nice balcony facing the mountains. Next to the pool(-to be) you have a wonderful view over Kingston. Courtney is a nice and welcoming host, always open for a chat. We’ve enjoyed our meals with a cold beer.

Perfectly pleasant place to stay, the rooms are clean and comfortable without being ostentatious. The host (Courtney) is very amiable and full of chat. Wasn't impressed with the food but it didn't affect the whole ambience. If you're into Birdwatching it's a great place to stay if you're heading to the Blue Mountains and Hardwar Gap.

Well. Let's just say that this place is beyond unique. A bed and breakfast in the country side. It don't get more rural than this. A 2 star hotel yes. But what would you expect? The proprietor is a really lovely guy. Very engaging. No restaurants in the area though, and the breakfast part is simply breakfast. To get there, a sedan would get you there. Best to go by at least a Cross-over in my opinion.

I stayed there last week it was very calm and beautiful, the owner was also very nice and we loved talking to him. The rooms are clean and so are the bathrooms, the breakfast was good and they have a bar where you can pick up some drinks and dinner. The views over the blue mountains and Kingston are very impressive and magical. I would definitely recommend coming here as he also offers to pick you up from the airport in Kingston.

What a fantastic find! The views were spectacular, bed was comfortable and the staff was great. I stayed in a room with it's own bathroom and it was perfect for what I needed. The sunset views and night views were equally matched by my morning views. Bar scene was laid back and comfortable, wifi worked well, water was hot, bathroom/shower were modern. I will certainly be back!

We were set to arrive late and upon calling the host, I should have surmised from the annoyance in his tone that there was a huge problem. We drove on a lonely road which was not lit and filled with potholes. I tried calling the host to ensure we were on the right path and he did not respond. This booking felt like a complete scam as after driving 5 minutes in a deep rural area, we decided to turn back. I never felt so unsafe in my life. I do hope that no one has this experience. Just don't book this place.
