Kinn Guesthouse Bay View

Very comfy and well organized accommodations from start to finish. Communication from the owners was excellent, and should anything arise during the stay needing attention, they are very attentive. We liked the location, in a laid back area right close to downtown and not far at all from the waterfront. The kitchen was a very nice feature, and the coffee was excellent. All areas were immaculately clean, housekeeping does a great job. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

Location was perfect. Rooms so nice. This is my second stay at this location. Rented 2 rooms for a friend’s birthday. The fridge in the kitchen was out which was a bummer, but we also had the suite so that had a fridge in it too. I have a small car and could not park in the lot because it’s on a small incline and not plowed- so parking was difficult. I kept spinning out so I had to find street parking and lug all the stuff a half a block in the slushy snow. Seemed the whole town was not plowed though. Other than those two things, I would still stay with kinn House again. I love the rooms, location and layout.

Kinn Guesthouse in Bay View is a great option for people looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay, in an area with some excellent restaurants (Room Service, Goodkind), and at a really good price. Suite 1 offers excellent light and space. The free parking behind the building was an added bonus.

We love this place! It’s in a funky, eclectic neighborhood of Milwaukee with some good restaurants (including a great Italian restaurant under the hotel) and very close to downtown. I love the chef’s kitchen at Kinn Inn, which is a great place to make breakfast and linger over coffee by the fireplace. The owner’s are very responsive to any questions that may come up during your visit. We've stayed her multiple times and will be back!

Whenever I'm in Milwaukee my first choice of places to stay is Kinn Guesthouse Bay View (love their downtown location, too!). It's perfectly located within walking distance to many great restaurants. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable with reliable WiFi, cozy beds, and high end bath products. Communication directly with the Kinn staff and the booking company has always been easy and seamless. I highly recommend either location depending on where you need to be in the city for work or fun!

Room was modern, well appointed and comfortable. Common area had coffee, tea, cereal with a a microwave and common use fridge. Very comfortable and convenient to nearby restaurants. Only eight units. Ver quiet and felt private. Highly recommend.

Great room with lots of light and very comfy beds and stylish decor. Was very clean. Nice to have a Nespresso machine and breakfast options in the shared kitchen area. Enjoyed having a laundry option across the street and parks nearby too.

Everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen and communal area is great! I stayed at the downtown location a year ago, which was a much more walkable location. My only complaint is that there are hooks to hang things, but no hangers. I was trying to steam a dress for an event I was attending outside the hotel, and had to get creative to make it work. Bring hangers! Overall great- both locations are comfortable, very clean, well-stocked, and luxurious without being stuffy.
