Kino Šiška

This former cinema has been transformed into a top-notch event location, and I recently had the pleasure of catching a band performance there. First of all, the venue itself is stunning. The main concert hall is spacious with great acoustics and a modern design that perfectly complements the building's historic roots. The stage is large and provides an excellent view from any spot in the room. Plus, there are plenty of bars and restrooms so you never have to wait too long for refreshments. But what really sets Kino Šiška apart is the quality of events they host. I recently saw a band play there, and the experience was unforgettable. From start to finish, the sound was crystal clear and the lighting was expertly done to create an atmosphere that perfectly complemented the music. The crowd was energetic and friendly, and the staff made sure everyone felt welcome and comfortable throughout the show. Overall, I highly recommend Kino Šiška as a must-visit event location in Ljubljana. A very pleasant place with friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere feels relaxed and well-organized. There’s a wide variety of products and events offered, and you can tell the people here put their heart into what they do. Overall, a nice visit and definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area.

First time for COFESTIVAL and I'm very excited! This is the main venue of the festival. It's easy to come from the city center as many bus lines stop here. The reception is nice and warm, with a bar providing a variety of drinks. No food though. You can pay by card. There's a burek near the bus station if you are hungry. The seats in the theater are very basic. For the festival the seats are not numbered but you see quite well even from the last row. It's not obvious to queue either. Lastly, it snowed and the passage from the bus station to the theater glides a bit but it's the same in the city center. So you just need to be careful in case of snow.

Good place to grab a drink after the concert

A young, experimental, and vibrant contemporary cultural space, this urban cultural center brings together concerts, exhibitions, performances, street culture, design, and workshops. Originally a cinema, the venue was transformed into a city cultural center in 2009. While the exterior features a raw, industrial concrete façade, the interior includes a variety of dynamic spaces such as the large performance hall, the medium-sized black box stage, a gallery, and a lounge area—making it one of Ljubljana’s most energetic and forward-thinking cultural venues.

Great place and atmosphere, concert hall is just the right size and sound is awesome. I went to a Clutch concert and band rocked and made a great gig. I'm not sure but I think it was my 1st time visit to Kino Šiška, but for sure wasn't last. Rock on! \m/

Very nice concert hall, i just think there should be more toilettes

Amazing cultural centre just a bit outside of Lubljanja, been there for a concert, and it was the quickest queue ever to get in. Good sound, room not too big but well ventilated, beer is very cheap; the art exhibition was nice too. Earplugs and matches on the house
