Ah this place could have been so good!
The noodles were great, the bean sprouts were fresh, the chashu was delicious, and the portions were generous! Check, check, check! But… the SOUP. It was overwhelmingly salty. Shio was just too salty and shoyu was quite strong as well... Probably the second saltiest ramen I’ve had anywhere... Even if it was a strong level choice for soup, it crossed the line into being unreasonably salty. I really liked a lot about this place because so much of it works, but the soup left too strong of an impression.
