Kipling

The store is quite organized, seems minimalistic at first glance but it’s just well organized. They had a current sale of sorts where if you bought 2 bags (from their 3 racks of smaller purses) it would total up to $47 (before taxes) which I found decent so I got 2 for my cousins. Kipling store is located on the 1st floor to the east side from the parking lot. I’ve always liked Kipling’s selection and variety of colors so even without the purchase, it was fun to just browse around and see their new stuff. Staff were very informative, professional, and kind.

the manager was extremely rude and for no reason. i believe her name is kim because it was on the receipt. super unprofessional and made me uncomfortable to shop…

The most helpful staff I've encountered in a while! The manager was so kind and knowledgeable about the products. She helped me examine different carry on bag options, answering all of my questions precisely. Her input was truly helpful, and she ensured I got the best price available on the bag I chose. I was so pleasantly surprised by my shopping experience here -- the staff took an otherwise very stressful situation (bag breaking hours before an international flight) and made everything so much easier. I was in and out of the store in minutes. My last Kipling carry on lasted 17 years and I'm glad that I chose to invest in a new one.

This is my favorite place to visit for deals on Kipling products. I always get something every time I visit and I use everything I buy. Love the styles and quality. I was so pleased with how good the service was. Everyone went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for, which made my life so much easier. The store was very, very clean and the prices made it affordable for me! Also, I loved how their bags are super lightweight and high quality, with a durable zipper that’ll last a few years at least! I totally recommend this store!

The owner/manager (just to help to identify who I'm referring to, she was an Asian woman) was being extremely rude to her own employees in front of everyone and she was also really rude with me. I took a backpack from one place to another to compare with another backpack. There was a lady (a nice one) helping me. I asked for the prices and she said one had a discount of 40% and the other one 60% (she probably got confused and gave me the wrong amounts). I took the one with higher discount and when I went to the cashier this manager/owner said it had only 40%. I just wanted to buy the one with higher discount, so it was just a matter of taking the other one instead. However, that woman said I took the backpack from the 40% area to the 60%, kind of accusing me of doing this on purpose, which is rude to say the least. If you really want o buy something from Kipling, just go to another store or purchase online to avoid a horrible experience.

Super super SUPER CUTE! My wife comes here all the time, and we always find the perfect gift for family and friends. The purses are very cute, and the store, although small, is very clean very well put together, and the staff always looks like they will go the extra mile to try to help the customer.

First, the review has nothing to do with the products itself, which it is merely for the service that I have experienced in this outlet. Honestly, I should have just given no stars at all and the one star is meant for another sales girl that was more polite and professional. I was helping my friend to check for the bags she wants, and that I took photos to show her. Then one of the ladies came to me and told me off, "claiming" (I'm using the POLITE word) that I was not going to buy which before that she has already spoken rudely to me. I have told her really clearly that I was going to buy and yet she chased me out of the store in front of many other customers!! I can understand her point of not wanting people just come to mess around with them but, EXCUSE ME????? I have told you I'm here to buy and you kept disturbing me and being so rude to me! If its wasn't for my friend that I had to buy those bags for, I wouldn't even pay a penny for it! Also, as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, she should have been more professional and be more cautious of her wordings! I have been to more high end stores in many places and never encountered such humiliating situation! I couldn't believe such service in such place, what an IMPRESSIVE experience. After the purchase, she did not even apologise for what she had said and done to me, brilliant. GOOD LUCK TO THIS OUTLET, really, BEST OF LUCK!

Came to the store today to return an item that was gifted to me for Christmas and found out about 45 day return policy, so what am I supposed to do with this handbag now? Its new, never used, with receipt, purchase date is December 19th. Who would even have such a short return window? Definitely don't recommend this brand.

This store is a small one but they pack a whole lot of the good stuff in here. Today they were giving out 30-60% off of select items. There were so many to choose from. I love Kipling. So many pretty colors and styles. I have many types of bags and backpacks. The best item I own is the luggage with the four spinner wheels. Good for 3-4 days getaway and the essentials women take along with them just in case. Employees are nice and super helpful. If I'm ever back in Chicago, I'll be sure to make a stop here.

The store is super clean and staff here is so wonderfully friendly, patient, and helpful! They also had a lot of sales going on which was awesome! Got 2 bags (one small and one big) and a little monkey keychain for $108! Great deal! Bags are nice quality too. Super happy with my experience!

Ok buyer beware.....my wife and I bought a nice light weight backpack for 75.00 and thought ok great its super "lightweight ". That was enough until she tried using it and found that the exterior pockets only have one zipper meaning you have to open the entire zipper to get anything, two zippers would have been best so we decided to return it ( two weeks later) at the store I was told they only accept returns on items with all tags still attached! Maybe I don't shop enough but that seems like a good way for Kipling to ensure NO one makes returns or I'm just out of the return policy loop. I've never experienced this before and it won't happen again for my family at any of their stores.
