We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. First, we were greeted by amazing staff. Very kind and friendly. Felt like we came to see old friends. The room was spacious and clean. The view was amazing. The bed was especially great. Typically, we find our sleep at hotels not that deep, but the matress and pillows were of amazing quality and allowed us to have a great sleep. The hotel also hosts 2 beatiful cats and they added to the fun experience. Breakfast was very tasty as well and fresh. Really enjoyed it. The location of the hotel is also superb. Right next to the entrance to the botanical garden and in walking distance to a lot of the interesting sights and delicious restaurants of Tbilisi. All in all, we had an amazing and fun experience. Will definitely stay there again next time we are in Tbilisi.

I have been traveling around Georgia for 12 days and stayed in up to 12 hotels with similar prices. Without a doubt, the best one was the Kisi Hotel in Tbilisi. The building is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, offering all the services you might need. The staff is very kind, polite, and attentive. On top of that, the breakfast is truly excellent. Highly recommended.

I’d like to start with the few positive aspects of my stay. The hotel offers a decent breakfast, and the true highlights were the wonderful bartender and the housekeeping staff — kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. Without them, my stay would have been nothing short of a nightmare. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The room did not match the description or the photos presented online. The furniture was old and worn, the beds were shabby, and there were no mattress protectors on the single beds — as I later learned, they were simply not available at all. The windows were dirty, and there was a thick layer of dust on the bed’s headboard, suggesting a serious lack of cleanliness and attention to hygiene. The promised view from the room was nonexistent. Instead, I was met with constant street noise, which made it difficult to rest. The photos on the hotel’s page are heavily edited and do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property, which felt misleading and disappointing. What disturbed me the most was the unacceptable behavior of a young man at the reception. He was aggressive and rude — at one point, I genuinely feared for my safety. Although the manager later assured me that the issue had been addressed and disciplinary action was taken, it did little to ease the distress or make up for the emotional discomfort I experienced. It’s unfortunate that my stay was overshadowed by such issues. I hope this review helps future travelers make a more informed decision, and I sincerely hope the hotel takes serious steps toward improving both its facilities and the conduct of its staff.

What a lovely place to stay. Clean rooms, helpful staff, good position in the old part of town and an excellent breakfast. They have a bar area downstairs which was a nice place to chill with a beer. Airport transfer service if required. Would definitely stay here again if in Tbilisi.

The pictures do not match what is in reality. If you're ok with staying at a hotel that hasn't been renovated in maybe 20 years, then this is your place. Also, the hotel feels very unclean, a bit run down, probably has something to do with the old carpet and dirty walls. It's located right in the epicenter of the most touristic part of the old town, which might not be your thing. It wasn't mine. I was disappointed and the hotel just didn't have a good atmosphere. On the plus side, the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was, well, kind of inedible, compared to what other hotels in Tbilisi offer. I think this hotel is priced at a higher range mainly because of its attractive location. But not worth the money in my opinion.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Ask for Gia, the best guide and historian in Tbilisi. He can take you to/from the airport and any other place in Georgia. Breakfast is until 11 (and later) and is very healthy and delicious. We plan to come back again.

Google Review (English): I was extremely dissatisfied with the laundry service at the Kisi Hotel – it’s an absolute rip-off. I’ve stayed at many higher-class hotels around the world, but I’ve never encountered such outrageous prices for laundry. Allegedly, there was supposed to be a price list in the room, but there wasn’t. The shock came when the bill arrived… Upon inquiry, I was told that these are simply the prices, take it or leave it. What’s worse, the manager initially assured me that the actual costs wouldn’t be as high as the listed prices. Highly disappointing and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
