We stayed 10 nights here and it went very smooth as Staff were amazing, over night security making sure you have a safe stay They have a car that takes you anywhere in the SEMINYAK area, anything I requested the staff did there best to meet with my requests, overall super good and very happy with the villa and management. the staff put mosquito coils around the villa every evening so the mosquitos wasn’t an issue here. The villa it self was very nice and homey if you are picky there are some little things they could do with some maintenance nothing to serious as I am picky and didn’t have an issue. Overall very happy with this place would recommend and I would come back to this place as the staff were so good with everything

Stayed at Kiss Bali for 4 Days 3 Nights and the whole team of staff have been really nice and accommodating. They always try their best to fulfil our requests! The location is very near to a lot of famous bars and eateries, central. Absolutely a delight to stay, the staff were constantly around and we felt safe staying here.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this beautiful and spacious villa! The sheer size of the villa was impressive, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The complementary drop-off service was a delightful surprise that added to the convenience of our stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and set a great tone for the day. This place is truly a haven for relaxation. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay here, we thought location was great, they do drop offs and their service and friendliness of the staff was amazing. The major downside was they didn’t have coffee or tea. Lastly we personally felt one incident after our checkout deserved a major deduction (not particularly from the staff but maybe the management team). We were charged around 12usd for having coffee stains on the towel, which we were not pleased about as we felt like they took advantage of the situation. We felt buying a towel would cost less than that, and laundry would cost nowhere near that. So we were extremely unhappy about that. Overall, we were happy with the service but the last incident made me feel like it didn’t deserve the five star. They staff made the stay great, but the management team… not so much. Would I stay here again? Yes before the I actually checked out of the villa. No after it.

We arrived at the property and found it was so dirty, old and run down. We got to the property and were very disappointed. We didn’t even stay the night and left after a couple of hours after finding somewhere else to stay. There were still stains on the toilet and stains on the bedding and cushions. The tap in the bathroom wasn’t secure and moved from side to side. We were offered another room but this was just as bad.||The staff on the other hand could not have been more helpful in trying to accommodate us, they even took us to our next hotel. ||We only booked this hotel after reading reviews on booking.com which are totally inaccurate. It pays to read reviews from other websites as we found out too late!

Great choice of Villa either for family or couples looking for a peaceful and quiet retreat in Bali. The layout and design of each villa are equally luxurious though each has its own distinct feature and style. Staffs are friendly and accommodating, they pay extra attention to details while tidying up your room and take extra care not to infringe your privacy. The concierge is responsive to our call each time we needed help. Rooms are clean and well-equipped with the basic necessities. Eateries, pubs, convenience stores, and even disco are located within minutes of walking. We had an overall enjoyable stay and will definitely visit again!

The staff was very friendly, and the villa was located within walking distance to some good eateries and cafes. The downside was that the villa required some refurbishment and upkeep. The villa was also very spacious, and the indoor private pool was adequate for a relaxing time. For completeness, we stayed at the Deluxe Villa where the room is on a higher level with an outdoor kitchen/living area on the first floor. The fridge in the kitchenette area was faulty, but didn't mar the overall experience.

Once we arrived at the villa, we felt so welcome by the staff. The villa was so big, the pool was so nice. They provide drop off on the seminyak area. Location was near to a lot of restaurants, and a 20 minutes walk to the beach. The staff were so accommodating to our requests. Komang was so friendly, polite and sincerely. She always greeted us with a smile and always asked "how are you today?", with a smile and asked us if we needed the drop off somewhere around seminyak. Thank you Komang for your hospitality, we really appreciated.Just need to pay a little bit more for cleanliness details. Especially on the bathtub and toilet. As well when we arrived, the glasses were a bit dusty, it would be so nice if they have basic herbs, such a salt and pepper, cooking oil and sugar perhaps, for those guests who would like to cook something simple. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
