KISS BALI VILLAS, Seminyak

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this beautiful and spacious villa! The sheer size of the villa was impressive, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The complementary drop-off service was a delightful surprise that added to the convenience of our stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and set a great tone for the day. This place is truly a haven for relaxation. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Kiss Bali for 4 Days 3 Nights and the whole team of staff have been really nice and accommodating. They always try their best to fulfil our requests! The location is very near to a lot of famous bars and eateries, central. Absolutely a delight to stay, the staff were constantly around and we felt safe staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay here, we thought location was great, they do drop offs and their service and friendliness of the staff was amazing. The major downside was they didn’t have coffee or tea. Lastly we personally felt one incident after our checkout deserved a major deduction (not particularly from the staff but maybe the management team). We were charged around 12usd for having coffee stains on the towel, which we were not pleased about as we felt like they took advantage of the situation. We felt buying a towel would cost less than that, and laundry would cost nowhere near that. So we were extremely unhappy about that. Overall, we were happy with the service but the last incident made me feel like it didn’t deserve the five star. They staff made the stay great, but the management team… not so much. Would I stay here again? Yes before the I actually checked out of the villa. No after it.

Great choice of Villa either for family or couples looking for a peaceful and quiet retreat in Bali. The layout and design of each villa are equally luxurious though each has its own distinct feature and style. Staffs are friendly and accommodating, they pay extra attention to details while tidying up your room and take extra care not to infringe your privacy. The concierge is responsive to our call each time we needed help. Rooms are clean and well-equipped with the basic necessities. Eateries, pubs, convenience stores, and even disco are located within minutes of walking. We had an overall enjoyable stay and will definitely visit again!

The staff was very friendly, and the villa was located within walking distance to some good eateries and cafes. The downside was that the villa required some refurbishment and upkeep. The villa was also very spacious, and the indoor private pool was adequate for a relaxing time. For completeness, we stayed at the Deluxe Villa where the room is on a higher level with an outdoor kitchen/living area on the first floor. The fridge in the kitchenette area was faulty, but didn't mar the overall experience.

First of all I’d like to say the people complaining in previous reviews are all crazy. My partner and I had the most wonderful experience staying at KISS villa.|Accolades to all the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible always smiling and friendly attitude. We were welcomed throughout our whole stay!||The villa was cleaned twice a day, beds made, fresh towels, clean bathroom, fresh water bottles, mosquito sprayed and pool cleaned. Gardens are kept beautiful. Can not complain. ||The villa is relaxing and located in a quiet street and is close by to everything. I reccomend hiring a scooter though. We felt safe and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. ||I would stay here again for sure.||Ps we haven’t even checked out yet and I’m writing how amazing this place is. We don’t want to leave!! :)

My boyfriend and I stayed at the kiss villa number 2 for 5 nights and can honestly say we were so impressed with the service. The villa was exactly as the pictures had shown and everything was so clean. The staff came in with breakfast every morning and set it all up for us. The villa was cleaned everyday and our villa was set up for night time whenever we would come back after being out all day. They would turn all the lights on and set our bed up. ||The staff even gave us late check out since our flight was so late at night. Such a 5 star service and was such a clean, modern, luxury villa that I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We arrived at the property and found it was so dirty, old and run down. We got to the property and were very disappointed. We didn’t even stay the night and left after a couple of hours after finding somewhere else to stay. There were still stains on the toilet and stains on the bedding and cushions. The tap in the bathroom wasn’t secure and moved from side to side. We were offered another room but this was just as bad.||The staff on the other hand could not have been more helpful in trying to accommodate us, they even took us to our next hotel. ||We only booked this hotel after reading reviews on booking.com which are totally inaccurate. It pays to read reviews from other websites as we found out too late!
