Thank you Kalisha and the KBD team for your help with the counters for our kitchen project! We wanted either a granite or soapstone and Kalisha was helpful in sending us to the right stone place to find what we were looking for. We loved being able to template out the counters as well to have specific parts of our slap in specific spots of the kitchen. The install team was also quick and efficient!

Kalisha was professional and polite. She came to our home for measurements and design, arrived on time. The ordering of materials went smooth. There were damaged cabinet parts and the warranty process was fairly easy with a slight mistake (Not Kalisha’s Fault). I sent Kalisha photos and a detailed email and she communicated with Mastercraft to have the replacement parts shipped. I did get a call from Mastercraft for the delivery window and the delivery team was careful and courteous. Delivery of the original order took 4-6 weeks. Warranty delivery was approximately 2 weeks. I hired my own cabinet installer however Kalisha’s service quality did not change. The stone remnant template process went according to plan. The stone team was extremely professional and kind. No issues with the install. Overall my wife and I were very pleased with everything.

I not only got a great deal on surplus granite with install, but I also got amazing customer service assistance and guidance by Kalisha. She assisted with some minor setbacks and was prompt to escalate care and get me taken care of. I felt heard and supported through my countertop project in my kitchen and bath! I called to get an estimate for the countertop in my downstairs bathroom. Kalisha answered the phone and within the first minute, I knew I was in good hands. She was asking questions to me of things I had never even thought about. She really opening my eyes to the possibilities and options of what can be done. I really must say that Kalisha's customer service skills, and her knowledge in design has really given me a new positive outlook on this project. I'm enjoying this process and having fun with it.
