Kith Williamsburg

I order an hoodie through the kith app… they sent me a hoodie without the kith logo patch on( it looks like a regular 50$ hoodie with out the kith logo patch) I can’t exchange it because there is no more SIZE XS for this hoodie, and if I want to return the hoodie they only goin to send me 182$ after I paid 201$ with the shipping… but why is your team sending out items that are defective? if u guys know the refund policy your company has?? It’s ridiculous the service u guys are providing to your customer… I am a loyal customer to kith but this here is unacceptable… And by the way even if the owner/customer service is saying he gone give u back a full refund even with the shipping cost because is THEIR MISTAKE doesn’t believe them… is 🧢!

My roommate loves sneakers and streetwear so he has been planning to visit Kith Williamsburg location for a while. He was so excited and really enjoyed to shop there since the decor is cozy and the collection is various with full lineup. He would like to buy mini streetwear for our baby girl but I turned him down since she grows too fast. All I needed was ice cream so I headed to KITH Treats for their new flavor infused with churros and also had churros topping on it. We got The Churro Vanilla Ice Cream Swirl and the portion was huge. It looked adorable and also tasted great, rich & creamy. We loved the crunchy texture of churro cereal too.

Management needs proper customer service training. The experience was lacking and qdefinitely needs work. Second time visiting this location and it was very similar to the first time. Lack of attentive staff, hard to tell who is an employee and who is a customer. Outside of the treats employees and the very welcoming door attendant it was a sub par experience. Also very inconsistent payment experience , with select customers being requested to show ID with credit card payments. Nice neighborhood but it's 50/ 50 with the staff.

Such a great experience Arriving at KITH today with Security doorman to keep everthing clam And collective , To the Amazing assistance from Jonathan thank you with the knowledge and knowing where everything was that we were looking for getting the sizes we needed and fast, to the sweet girls at check out , only thing left was to grab some ice cream on the way out

Kith Williamsburg is one of my favorite spots. The store always has a solid selection of Kith pieces with plenty of sizes available, which is a rare find these days. I’m honestly surprised it’s never as busy as the Soho location, especially since this store is way bigger. The vibe is super chill, the employees are friendly, and the place is always clean. It’s a smooth shopping experience every time — easily one of the best Kith locations to hit up.

First experience there was mid, the space is cute itself though. Didn’t have sizes, and the one shirt they said they had, I waited in line only to be told they didn’t have it when I got to the front. The one in soho has better options and customer service.

Kith Treats’ desserts are amazingly delicious. Choose from either their preset combinations or make up your own blend from their ingredients. Cinthya, Elijah, and Charles are masters of their crafts. They are very informative and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. Keep on the look out for new additions to the menu, the limited editions are thought out with interesting concepts. This location also has an exclusive Stuffed Waffle filled with Black and White cookies…it’s a dream on a plate.

I recently shopped at Kith Williamsburg and was thoroughly impressed by both the large, curated selection of brands and the impeccable service. Aesthetically pleasing store for all your pictures. Being into streetwear as well, I was able to find exactly what I needed thanks to the manager Vivian who helped me out through the process. I can’t recommend her enough for a fantastic shopping experience!

Helpful staff! Grabbed great pair of boots. Dope ass warm hat for wife. Looking forward to visiting again next time I'm in Brooklyn.

Looks great I honestly love the design it's so futuristic but the staff there ignored me and my girlfriend. I don't know if it's because I don't fit the kith demographic. I personally like kith for ice cream anyway!!! Shout out to the Manhattan location they get it right but honestly that staff needs to stop thinking every black person in a black moncler puffer and Louis Vuitton winter hat is up to no good in the Williamsburg store because of recent store crime ... the stares you get like you shouldn't be in kith lol Kith??? and the door security didn't even want to get the door. Ha! Let me make this straight Williamsburg will never be Manhattan idc how many tech ceos live there and you better start treating the real people of nyc culture and people who actually make things cool with more respect. Never going back .. only Manhattan or rodeo drive and yes I've been to that location too and shopped there @ the bad staff in Williamsburg lol
