Non is an excellent host, I couldn't praise him enough for his efforts to ensure my stay was a comfortable and relaxed time. Any questions, he was on hand and informed you of his schedule but you could contact him anytime. I had a few free days In Chiang Mai, he advised me to rent a big bike as I have my license, then travel to Doi Inthanon and explore the national park. It was a fantastic day. If you prefer a quieter, off the beaten track place to stay, I recommend here. It's close enough for you to get into the centre and the place itself is so peaceful. Thanks again Non, I appreciate your efforts.

We originally booked just two nights here but ended up staying five because we loved it so much. The owner and his wife were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make sure we had a perfect stay. We were warmly welcomed and given great tips on what to do in the area. He even arranged a scooter for us, so we were fully equipped to explore. There was free water available, and the rooms were very clean, well-equipped, and quiet. When we asked for a vegan breakfast alternative, it was provided without any hassle. And the adorable cat was definitely a highlight! We’d absolutely come back again.

The owner is the most welcoming, friendly and helpful person you could ever ask for. He knows everything imaginable about tourist attractions and will go out of his way to help guests with anything — we had a strange mark on the bonnet of our hire car and he got some wax and a cloth out and got rid of it for us! The night we arrived he offered us his scooter to take to 7/11. Always helpful, yummy breakfasts and wonderful room. 10/10 on everything i have no idea how this is a 2 star hotel!

Highly recommend it! Excellent service. The owner is super kind, attentive and helpful. He helped in everything and more! (Tips for tourism, transports, Thai cooking course...) Many thanks for everything! :) The place and room are very clean and silent. We hardly recommend it! Only a remark regarding breakfast generally for everyone is the sausage and the toasts bread which we think could be rice or other thing for everyone (the fruit is watermelon is ok) and the coffee is "soluble", could have been made.

Stayed at the guesthouse for two weeks whilst I was training at Manasak gym. The location was perfect for accessing the gym, as well as easy access into the old city. Great parking for scooters too. The host was so helpful, and I felt really looked after during my stay. It was also great to have a fridge in the room and everything was super clean. The garden area with the pond is so relaxing. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay in Chiang Mai

Stayed here for four nights and the loft room was comfortable and spacious. The host at this guest house was also very nice and friendly and gave good recommendations for sightseeing around Chiang Mai. They also serve a simple breakfast. Location is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The garden is peaceful for a slow morning. However, the bathroom seemed worn down, with only bare minimum amenities provided. The light bulb kept flickering and water pressure wasn’t great either. The toilet made some weird plumbing noises.

Lovely quiet location with friendly staff. The rooms are clean and tidy and the breakfast was simple but nice. Was difficult ordering a grab at times due to the proximity to old town otherwise it is a 40 minute walk.

Thr owner (Nonh, I think is how you spell it) was the loveliest host. I stayed with my friend just for 2 nights but he made our time so incredible. We arrived quite early because we came from an overnight train but we were able to check-in well before 2pm. Nonh then helped us plan out our days and all of his suggestions were phenomenal. The room was simple but the AC worked, beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. Could ask for nothing else. Garden was cute, too! I had to do some work in the garden one night but I didn’t mind because it was super cute and the wifi was good. Nonh even came and out and lit something to keep the bugs away. I want to return to Chiang Mai one day and if this homestay is available, I will definitely be staying here.
