Kivotos Mykonos

Pure perfection! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and flawless professionalism. The property is breathtaking! A masterpiece of design, blending artful furnishings with opulent décor. Our suite was immaculate, with sweeping views of the Aegean and every modern comfort thoughtfully provided. At night, the experience was magical: the full moon rising before us, Orion’s constellation glittering above, and yachts softly illuminated across the water created the perfect atmosphere. The pool and private beach are extraordinary, striking the ideal balance between exclusivity and relaxation. Dining was another highlight! Refined dishes crafted with the freshest local ingredients, each meal an unforgettable experience in its own right. Kivotos is truly an unforgettable destination. Five stars in every possible way!

We spent a wonderful 12 days at Kivitos and had such a lovely time. The hotel complex is stylish, beautiful and surrounded by delightful views of the bay and well kept gardens. We had a junior suite which on the whole was nice though it had some signs of wear and tear and a faulty shower. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always happy to help and interested in your day. The service was on the whole very good, sometimes when busy you had to wait a long time but generally they were very attentive. Breakfast was included and there was a large variety of options. The pool is lovely as are the beds down by the private beach. The staff were always ready to answer questions and offer advice. Some of the staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable and we will always remember them. A small improvement I would suggest is that the pool bar staff walk around now and again to check if there is anything they can get for you. Though poolside service was quick I think this would be a lovely step up|In service. Our room was cleaned to a high standard every day. We explored the whole island as well as enjoying what was on offer locally. A highly recommended Kivotos

Great location and great staff. Amazing view. Clean rooms. Swimmable private beach. Good for a short stay. The hotel needs a little refreshing : the bathroom offered very little privacy and a lingering sewage smell. There was a lamp at head high in front of the patio door on which we hit our heads a few times. Not exactly what you expect from a 5 star in this price range but Mykonos is overpriced compared to the other highlands. Breakfast was good. Food was hit and miss with dinner being very good, in the higher price range and lunch was pretty bad. The view is gorgeous, the pool is deep pleasant and clean but the place feels a little isolated with no pleasant place to walk around. Going to little Venice is 80 Euro round-trip.

From the moment I arrived, the service at this hotel exceeded all expectations. Angelo at the front desk was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. He took care of everything with such professionalism and warmth that I instantly felt welcomed and valued as a guest. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, but what truly makes it stand out is the exceptional staff. Angelo’s dedication and genuine care turned my visit into an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended! Would come back for sure!!

The hotel is located in a privileged spot with a magical view of Ornos Bay. It is a hotel with a strong identity and a design that mimics a mystical courtyard where ancient gods might reside, decorated with statues and ornaments that highlight the island’s ancient civilization. The room we stayed in was impressively luxurious – a magical bed, a dreamy bathroom with jacuzzi, handmade rugs, chandeliers – along with a small private pool and a view of Ornos Beach. Excellent service and a gourmet breakfast, where I had the most delicious truffle scrambled eggs of my life.

This hotel is the perfect blend of traditional Greek architecture and modern luxury. Every detail is thoughtfully curated – from the handpicked furniture to the artwork throughout the property. We stayed in a room with a private pool and absolutely loved the sense of privacy. The spa services and restaurant were both top-tier. Kivotos has a truly unique atmosphere – you feel like a guest in a luxurious villa, not just a tourist in a hotel. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Kivotos for 6 nights and had a great time. The views, room, food and vibe were all 10/10. The best part about Kivotos though was the service and all the staff there. They were all amazing, happy and very helpful with everything. A special mention for Christina the manager who made our stay so relaxing, easy going and went way above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time. Thank you so much and we look forward to coming and staying again soon.

Overall we had a lovely trip at Kivitos. Upon arrival we were meant to have Prosecco in our room for our anniversary, but this wasn’t there so my fiancé had to go and ask for this. They then proceeded to give us 2 bottles and also another one when we celebrated our engagement a few days later, which was very kind of them and much appreciated!!||Staff are all really friendly, especially the lovely young man on reception of the evenings, always happy to help and so kind! And then the older lady serving breakfasts was very nice too.||Breakfast is table service. It was really yummy food each day, however the service was fairly slow at times and we felt that the older couples were much more favoured and attended to than we were being a younger couple.||WiFi is not the best and we struggled to get a good connection in our room. The cleanliness was okay, but not up to the 5* standard you’d expect. It was missing the finer attention to details throughout the hotel and we felt the pool area was quite run down and dirty, which is why I wouldn’t say this hotel was 5*.||Lovely location though, just a 10 min walk to Ornos beach and the bus stop to Mykonos town.||Overall we did have a really lovely trip to Kivotos, but would recommend some tlc to rooms and updated images on the site (which it appeared they were doing on our last day, as a model and camera crew were filming throughout the hotel).||Thank you Kivotos for a lovely stay! 🥂
