Kivu Resort

Went for Swimming with family, at the changing room I forgot my small bag. It had my skincare products and an old spice Roll on. Called back in the morning and they said the little bag was found and it's in the reception.I went and pick,I noticed the Roll on was missing, called them back and they totally denied having seen the Roll On. Assume it was valuable item??🤔🤔🤔. I can never recommend nor go back.

Best place for children games

The play area needs upgrading, most facilities are old. Nice gardens and friendly staff. Food is not good at all. We were served some very dry wet fry fish the kids could not eat.

Good place for enjoying and having lots of fun be it solo, with friends, family or even business trip,visit kivu resort for refreshing moments

Great place,lovely food, Wonderful pool area,friendly staff. The playground needs some touch up though the tree house is broken, the trampoline not working but still on site. Also it would be great to have some outdoor sitting area on the accomodation side away from the busy amenities area. All in all we had a lot of fun.

Welcome from the gate entrance-very warm.. Reception welcome- Courteous ,very informative and to detail.. Ground staff-Engaging and great customer care.. Swimming pool area-well managed Food-in time and hot ,variety available. Social distancing notice-Well displayed and adhered to.. Families enjoy this place.. All feel catered for.. Activities-For all age groups..

The hotel has a nice family package ,starting from swimming pool to a fun park with various games for children to pick from. If you want your family to enjoy this place ,them visit early in the morning for a full day fun activities. The food is also nice and your family will enjoy. The hotel is close to Lake Nakuru national park.
