Terribly below expectation. No value for money at all! The rooms are old, unmaintained and just a bad experience. The water in the toilet cistern leaked the whole night. I had to do some fixing for my family to have some rest. Door knob of the inside room was broken. There was no light bulb on the corridor area. In the morning there was no water in the bathroom and toilet. I had to go ask for them to check and restore. We spent there because we had paid beforehand, and the refund policy was ridiculous (they keep 75%). I will not recommend at all. Online photos that are maybe 5 years old can be totally misleading. The food in the morning was just alright. The wedges and fried eggs were cold. I have never been keen to checkout and leave for home. Not returning, and not recommending. Positives: The swimming pool is good, the kids had a good time splashing around. The kids area also has several activities for the younger kids. Overall experience was underwhelming, and below expectation.

Pitched my tent here at tje discounted rate of 500 ksh, original price is 1000 kah. Allowed me to use ome of the rooms shower as well. Super helpful and friendly staff...

A good place to relax and get lost in your own imaginatio. Too bad for their sound system as they need an upgrade

Very poor restraunt services, had to wait a long time for the food and the waiter forgot our order by the time they were arriving, they were cold.

A great place, charming and hospitable

Went for Swimming with family, at the changing room I forgot my small bag. It had my skincare products and an old spice Roll on. Called back in the morning and they said the little bag was found and it's in the reception.I went and pick,I noticed the Roll on was missing, called them back and they totally denied having seen the Roll On. Assume it was valuable item??🤔🤔🤔. I can never recommend nor go back.

We were welcomed well with right accommodation

The play area needs upgrading, most facilities are old. Nice gardens and friendly staff. Food is not good at all. We were served some very dry wet fry fish the kids could not eat.
