They’re definitely easy to get on and super nice in that aspect! But I got a lighter color and after awhile they got dirty as shoes do and I reached out and asked how to best wash the shoes and they gave me their company recommended way to wash the shoes which I followed to a T. Afterwards there were dark spots all over the shoes. I reached out to them and they essentially told me that although they told me something that caused damage to the shoes, it falls outside of what they have to cover on their policy so there’s nothing they can do. Horrible customer service and disappointing service.

Customers Beware: Kizik's Material Quality Fails Quickly Two different Kizik shoes ripped in the exact same place - the collar lining - after around 10-15 wears. This is not normal use damage. It's a consistent quality or manufacturing defect. Kizik denied replacement due to timeframe rules but did not address the actual quality issue. Sharing so customers know before buying.

I received a pair of the Lima shoe for my birthday and have worn them almost daily since (5 months). Despite what others are saying, the shoe has not just held up, but still look nearly new. I use the show for both work (I stand and walk around through homes for approx 6-8 hours per day) and casual use. I absolutely love them. The heel has held up, the sole has remained comfy, and the fit is perfect. Looking forward to buying more shoes in the future.

Beware this is a shady company. I’ve posted two negative reviews on their site and neither of them have shown up. Both reviews were regarding their terrible quality. I got a pair of the Madrid shoes for Christmas, and there is already a hole in the heel, just five weeks later. I had also bought a pair of Athens last June, and holes formed in the heels after a few months of use. I love the slip on feature, which is why I gave them the second chance, but I will never waste my money on this brand again.

I have been wearing Kiziks for a number of years now, these are the best shoe I have ever worn, love them, love the slip in feature, especially now that I am older. Comfortable, easy to use, last a long time, you cannot go wrong buying a pair of these shoes. Ordering has always been easy, shipped and received in just a few days.

I have purchased five pair two for myself and three for my wife. We love them and at least for us they have been great. My Limas have been worn multiple times a week for two years and just now are starting to wear. They do run 1/2 size small for me but not my wife. I would recommend them.

Having been devoted to Allen Edmonds for 25 years in a men's size 10, I was surprised to find that with Kizik, sizing up half a size was the perfect match. These sneakers are a dream to wear—premium comfort and outstanding quality that have quickly made them my go-to choice. Kizik has certainly won me over with their exceptional sneakers!

By the time these shipped I’ve had them for about 3 months when one of the top laces became unglued from the side. This lace really holds the foot in place as the main support for tension. This is not a standard wear and tear issue. The stitching is still intact and does not appear to have ever healed this in place. I reached out to Kizik about it, they didn’t want to work with me on an exchange, look into it, or seem to care. I was offered a standard 15% discount on a new pair of shoes. These have been discontinued recently, so I must have bought one of the final pairs. It’s clear that these shoes were never made to last and I’m seeing more and more similar reviews online of poor quality. As an act of good faith I asked if they would even do half off on another pair of shoes, they said no, so I started looking at other reviews. It starts with great first impressions, and then people realize these shoes are not made to last more than 3 months. I offered to send in my shoes so they can see the defect issue themselves, but they didn’t care other than offering the standard returning customer discount. Why would I want to buy another pair of shoes if this is the expectation on how long they last? They are hardly even broken in! Do your research, you’ll find a similar pattern.
