KK Bloom Boutique provided an excellent on-line shopping experience. My item was lovingly packaged, included my purchase receipt and a hand written thank you with initials of who wrapped it. As shopping becomes more popular on-line, and with as much as I shop, KK Bloom went above and beyond standard biz practices. Kudos to your team. I had a fantastic experience with KK Bloom Boutique. I bought a pair of booties with express shipping from them, and received them in 2 days. The shoes were packaged very carefully with a handwritten note and pretty pink packing paper. I also emailed them in regards to my shipping process, in which they responded quickly and courteously. I love KK Bloom! They have great clothes with amazing accessories to pair with. They have such good customer service and make you feel so welcome and don't pressure you into buying. The displays are always so neat and have a wide range of prices. Would totally recommend!!

I stopped by KK Bloom for the first time, while visiting family in Charlotte. This boutique is super cute. They have a great selection of trendy clothes and the customer service is top notch! I went into the shop looking for one very particular item. A coral, lace dress for my sister's summer wedding. Lo and behold, they had the perfect one! Not only that, but I found a second dress that I couldn't leave without. I will definitely be visiting again, next time I'm in town.

By far my FAVORITE boutique in Charlotte! KK Bloom Boutique always has exactly what I'm looking for. The store is absolutely gorgeous, and they have the best selection of designers, jewelry and everything in between. The owner and employees are always so sweet and helpful. I never walk out of this store empty handed.

This place is amazing!!! Great prices and lots to choose from. Today was my first time ever shopping here and I had a wonderful experience. The sales associate was very helpful with the type of dress I was looking for and once we walked the store she gave me all the space and time I needed to try on the items. I love that she was not overly accommodating. Sometimes people are a bother BUT she had just the right amount of customer service!!! I can not wait to come back and shop again!! I love all the options and colors!! I highly recommend this place as the prices and selection are top notch! Thanks for a awesome experience!

Ah Selwyn Avenue, you beckon me with your specialty stores, adorable coffee shops, and delicious bites. But let's not forget about the star boutique on this fab little ave - Kk Bloom! Yes ladies, Kk Bloom is where it's at for cute summer dress, comfy tees, plenty of accessories and super nice staff. You'll spy brands like Ella Moss, Splendid, Glam, Trinity, Aryn K and Wink. There's quite a bit of merchandise packed into these racks, so be prepared to spend a bit of time sifting through it. While some of these (like Wink) can be on the pricey side - think $200+ for dresses - there's also a nice selection in the $75-$150 range. I scored an adorable silk dress from Glam for about $100 here that I plan to wear plenty 'o times this summer. Parking can be a bit hairy, so be aware of where your car is and read all the signage. There's nothing worse that purchasing a great outfit and then walking back to your car to see a ticket. Not fabulous. Sorry, dear husband, I'm a fan of KK Bloom!

They have the BEST selection of jewelry in Charlotte. Whenever I'm wanting a new piece or need something to complete an outfit, KK Bloom is always my first go to. I do wish they carried more stuff in large and extra large. Because they have a lot of great pieces at semi affordable price points.

Why are you so expensive? The items were so basic and all of the material was the same...slinky silky which only looks good on about 3% of the population. I was enamored with all of the funky chunky jewelry but once I realized every piece was averaging $86 I quickly became deflated. I get that you are a specialty boutique and that some people are willing to pay $100 for a pair of earrings but I am just not one of them. So, for me...this place was brutal.

Cute store but the staff are not friendly or remotely helpful. I was the only customer in the store and not one word was spoken to me. Made for an awkward experience.

Kk Bloom has the best customer service! My dress was accidentally getting shipped to my house instead of in store pick up and I really wanted to wear it that weekend. Clay told me I could just grab one from the store and then return the dress that got sent to my house when it came! They also gave me a discount code for the mistake which was so nice and unexpected!

Terrible customer service. Terrible return policy. Bought something for my mothers birthday and turns out she has the exact same thing and they won't even allow you to return it for a full refund even though you have the receipt. My mom lives in California which makes it extremely difficult for her to come back to the store because all they offer is a store credit even with a receipt showing item was purchased within five days. Nothing like wasting $250

I follow KK Bloom Boutique on Instagram and recently purchased a dress (on sale) from them. They are somewhat pricey, but I had to brag about their packaging. Not only did they send me the dress I had ordered, but it came in a reusable shopping bag, a coozie was included and there was a personal handwritten note from one of the team members there. It was a great way to add a personal touch. I'll definitely be shopping with them again!

I gave five stars to KK Bloom because this boutique has been exceptionally kind towards customers and manages to stock brands that suit many women of my generation and socioeconomic level. I am 25 and I attend numerous social events (as do MANY people)- weddings, showers, bachelorettes, dates etc- and I can count on them to assist me in dressing for any of those occasions. They will tell me if the dress isn't right for me and direct me towards something more appropriate. The diversity of brands along with reasonable price range provides shoppers with a unique experience. Not only is the product great, but the customer service is inviting and personal! The ladies at KK bloom are extremely sweet and I enjoy the small business warmth. I would rather buy something from here because the chances of someone else having the same outfit is slim (typically don't see the same things at the mall). Most importantly, I enjoy supporting local businesses. It does great things for economic incentive and the location is booming with business! Love this boutique!!!

What a great local boutique! I went in to try and buy some things for my wife's B-day and they could not have nicer. The lady that helped me out happended to be the owner which i believe her name is Kendrick if i remember correctly. She was very sweet and my wife loved what she picked out! thanks so mcuh!!!!

Great boutique! Recently discovered this store with girlfriends on my lunch break at Nolan's Kitchen. Great customer service, friendly and helpful girls working. Beautiful and affordable jewelry and the cutest dresses. Definitely stopping in again!

I think this place is just OK, with potential to be great. I like wide selection of clothing, but they have sooo much shoved on the racks you can't sort through anything! I've been in many times, never bought anything because I can't see it all! Also, the staff is not always friendly, not always greeting you when you walk in. I've been in before when the staff had friends in the store and all they did was chat and hang out and pay me no attention. I felt awkward and out of place.

I came in yesterday looking for a cocktail dress to wear to an engagement party. There were so many selections of great dresses. I found the perfect one! The prices of certain items can be expensive but this isn't Forever 21. You are going to be paying for nicer quality clothing. And, it is always a plus to support local businesses.

KK Bloom a privately owned boutique in the adorable Selwyn Avenue area. The owner is originally from Charlotte and knows her audience. I recently went in and purchased an adorable top that looked like Anthropologie but only $60! WOW I was so excited to see such a great selection of adorable clothing at affordable prices. The jewelry is the BEST! Kendrick carries some local artist so you get a great selection. Get a great look with a staff that is knowledgeable in putting you together. Also check out this cute boutique now with an on-line buying site. Enjoy your shopping then stroll over to Reids next door for a great lunch or wine bar. Other adorable stores around KKBloom. I do love the cute little shops in Myers Park. I have gotten a few accessories for here. The people that work there are eh. They were really not helpful and kept pointing to the sale rack which was stuffed full of last season items. I was looking for highend dress for a wedding and ended up at Bevello. Also no online store.
