K+K Palais Hotel

I stayed at this hotel for a mother & daughter weekend break on our first visit to Vienna. It’s a lovely modern hotel in an excellent quiet location, but very close for visiting all the beautiful sights of Vienna. |Very helpful reception staff especially Robert. Great choice for breakfast and lovely clean spacious rooms.

Very convenient hotel. 5 mins walk from airport bus. 10 mins to sights .We arrived at 12.30 and our room was ready. Lovely helpful staff . |Very quiet area, comfy beds , great nights sleep. Rooms are average but adequate. |Breakfast again adequate. Fresh eggs on request . |Would stay again if going to Vienna

We have just returned after spending 4 nights here. Lovely hotel and great staff. | It’s really easy to get to from the airport. Take the airport bus from stand 8 as it goes straight to mortenplatz with no stops. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from there. | Breakfast is really good and sets you up for the day. The staff are really helpful with sorting tickets out for attractions. | The rooms are big and very comfortable. There are loads of bars and restaurants close by to choose from. | Overall a great place to stay and would recommend it.

Great location, its about 10-13 min walk to Stephansdom, nearby there is a supermarket and 5-6 min walk metro station Schottenring (Line U4 and U2) so its perfect to go either on foot or via mentro. The room was equipped with tea pot, coffee and tea, fridge, safe box , and every day they put a bottle of water after housekeeping. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful and supportive as we had a problem with breakfast ( the reservation er did from booking.com with breakfast was not fixed with that option , so the staff did a compensation for that bad experience) ! |Thanks a lot .

The hotel was lovely. Our room was quite small but had everything you needed and very comfortable and warm. The location is very central and could walk to most places within about 10-15 minutes. Great location for the Christmas markets, bars and restaurants. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, they were very friendly. When we arrived it was raining and you could borrow umbrellas which was very useful, and we needed them the next day as it snowed. Would definitely go back there, thank you.

Just had a wonderful stay at the K&K Palais, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes. The Vienna Airport Lines Bus (VAL2) stopped in the next street, €16 each return from Vienna Airport. |The rooms were very cosy and warm, breakfast was varied and tasty. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, speaking excellent English. The shower was one of the best I’ve used in a hotel and the beds very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to put USB ports next to the beds for phone charging. Other than that, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We booked for a 3 night stay. Arrived at 11.30 to drop our bags & advised a room ready! Top floor 606 nice room just sloped ceiling had concerns. Reception staff great and we had room 104. Oh my a fantastic room. Beautiful round window with statues either side outside and view of park.|Super to find Kettle & a bottle opener too . Handy as Aldi round the corne4.|Great shower and super big comfortable bed.||Breakfast superb choices and loved the freshly cooked Omelettes to order. A big b9nus Cheese boards loved Brie, Roulade, Roquefort, Emenentell, Meat platter plus streaky Bacon, mini Sauages, Scrambled Egs, Mushrooms, Cereals, Crossaints, Fruit etc. Everything fresh and a variety to choose.|Breakfast staff really friendly.||Location superb the U underground a few minutes walk great for Palace and getting link to City Airport Train , 3 day Bus, Tram, Train & return on City Airport €41 each, brilliant value.||We would recommend Toni's, Italian nearby and Delirium bar too, €15 for any meal and large Craft Beer.||We would thoroughly recommend this Hotel||.

Found this through Jet2 holidays. Good location on foot for central city, 15 minutes away. Small room but adequate. Bed OK. Good breakfast. No other food here despite what it says on website and their own TV directory. I could only get some crisps. Toni's, right out hotel, first right, first left, was very good for meals and drinks. Only about 100 metres away.
