Palais Rudolf

The hotel has been renovated and everything looked great. I stayed here in December during the Christmas season, and despite it being a very busy time, the service and overall approach were excellent. Every request and need I had was handled quickly, warmly and with genuine care. As a solo traveler, I also felt very safe in the area and around the hotel at all times. If you’re looking to stay centrally while still being away from the crowds, Palais Rudolf is a wonderful choice. For those who want a modern, clean hotel right in the city center, I would definitely recommend it. I walked everywhere during my stay — within 3 to 5 minutes of leaving the hotel, you’re already in the heart of the city, surrounded by major landmarks as well as Vienna’s most famous cafés and restaurants. Despite being so central, the hotel was very quiet, which made it easy to rest and sleep well. The room was warm, comfortable and well designed for a winter stay. Another lovely detail was the bathroom amenities: all products are from an iconic and characterful niche perfume house. It was a pleasant surprise to find one of my favorite scent from the brand across the full range of hygiene and personal care products in the bathroom. A special thank you for the warm, friendly and attentive service throughout my stay. Considering the location, comfort and service, the hotel offers very good value for money. If I return to Vienna, I would gladly stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and every detail feels thoughtful and high quality. The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and comfortable from the moment you walk in. Breakfast was great, fresh, well-prepared, and made with high-quality ingredients. Everything was served nicely and the whole experience felt calm, relaxed, and refined. The staff were genuinely outstanding friendly, attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. You can really feel that they care about their guests and put genuine effort into making the stay comfortable. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and will definitely come back. Highly recommended a fantastic stay in every way.

Breakfasts were delicious, and the avocado toast was out of this world. The hotel is new, beautifully designed, with a boutique vibe and really comfortable, stylish rooms. The gym is elegant, and the location couldn’t be better for exploring the city. Highly recommend — definitely a place you’ll want to come back to!

Weekend stay in Vienna, this is a perfect hotel, centrally located in a quiet square just a short walk from the centre. We had a suite suitable for a family of four. The hotel has been beautifully renovated and restored. All the staff we encountered were really pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended. We’ll be back again.

I came here for a few nights with my girlfriend for a weekend away. It was incredible. Room was amazing. Really well stocked. Lovely staff. Drinks were amazing! The Perfect Lady was our favourite. Food was lovely too. We will 100% be coming back. I came back to London smiling and relaxed.

The room was amazing with big ceilings and open space, like staying in a palace with luxury details in every corner. Clean, silent and comfy. The appliances in the bathroom stylish and functional with an amazing rain shower to walk through. The staff were super attentive offering us a drink during the check in and always ready to answer any query or doubt and special mention to the restaurant staff who catered our dietary requirements and they really took care to the minimum detail offering gluten free options like gluten free bread, waffles and cakes. Breakfast is prepared to the order fresh and delicious with sourdough bread, poached or scramble eggs and avocado. The beverages like coffee or tea were made as well to the order with that typical cream and comfort that you can find only on baristas coffee. The check in and check out was fast and seamless and we were offered the option to call a taxi if needed. The hotel is close to the city centre, and you can go easily walking to the main interest points (or Christmas markets). 100% recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Miiro Palais Rudolph. The renovation was beautifully done, with a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. The rooms feel thoughtful and comfortable, not generic. Breakfast was genuinely amazing – fresh ingredients, great coffee, and a calm setting to start the day. In the evening, the bar had a very nice vibe for a few drinks, not loud or rushed, just comfortable and well done. The team was friendly and extremely attentive without being over the top. The whole place has character and feels like somewhere you would recommend to friends. A great new spot in Vienna. Thank you!

Amazing location with a very friendly and helpful reception team! The hotel and rooms are fully renovated, especially loved the Le Labo toiletries:) Even in the middle of winter, the central location made it easy to walk everywhere. Overall, I highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a visit to Vienna!

As far as European Hotels under €100 a night go K+K Palais Hotel is pretty tough to beat. From easy check-in and check-out to a location on the Danube near local public transportation arrival and departure are flawless. Dated but cleanly one can expect small rooms but everything necessary including strong WiFi and good water pressure. Add in free bottled water, a well-equipped 24/7 gym and quality housekeeping and this is a gem in its category.

When I was researching hotels for my trip to Vienna I was adamant that I stay in a hotel chain that I've stayed in before like Novotel or Marriott. I researched many hotels and my number one priority was to be situated near Vienna's City Center or Inner Stradt. As mentioned in my review of Liberty Travel, I focused on proximity but from a price perspective most of the hotels were charging a double room occupancy which was a waste since I was going solo this time for Vienna. Truth be told this hotel truly was seven minutes away from City Center and situated near Vienna's Business District. My walk to the Inner Stradt was lovely: I passed many interior design showrooms and stores, cafes and interesting locals. The hotel itself is lovely and situated near a park. The design is warm and cozy. My room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. The most important qualification for all hotels I stay in is cleanliness and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The entire staff were accommodating, professional and friendly. They assisted me with my dude trips and gave me great tips on how to get to a particular must see in a quicker route. I highly recommend this hotel. Summary: Near to Inner Stradt Trams run through it Close to two metro stations: Schottenring and Schwedenolatz Lovely cafes and restaurants nearby Two supermarkets close: Billa and Hofster Very safe neighborhood/District

I would recommend this hotel but I am giving it a 3 stars because of the lady at the front desk. I did not get her name but she was not friendly nor accommodating. When I requested her help to call a local number, she seemed annoyed. She should be more understanding since guests from other countries are not familiar with the local phone numbers, etc. The hotel is in a great location, nice and quiet but walking distance to the main attractions.

This hotel was, for the money, probably one of the most consistently good hotels in which I have stayed. It's not the nicest, or the cheapest, but consistently good. The decor is up-to-date and nice, the rooms were clean and well stocked, the staff was kind and very friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast buffet offered a grand selection of items, looked and tasted good and items were refreshed often. My only hope is that all of K & K's hotels are this good, so I can rely on them when booking in other cities.

We stayed at K+K Palais Hotel, Rudolfspl. 11, 1010 Wien, Austria May 7 for 3 nights. Please beware for $200.00 plus per night (over $600) for three nights) make sure they don't book you on the 6th floor of the hotel. There is no window but you do have sky light that provides no view at all. Also if you sit at the desk provide the ceiling is only about 66 inches from floor to ceiling so if you are less then 5 ft 6 inches tall you will hit your head on the ceiling. Shame on K&K for even offering such a room.
