KLM Crown Lounge 25 (Schengen)

The lounge is quite crowded, The breakfast selection is fairly average nothing special, so don’t expect too much. Drink options are also limited. They should pay more attention to keeping the seating areas clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall it’s a decent place to wait, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Terrible food. The're using the cheapest ingredients which you can tell just by look which is confirmed by tasting right after. It was really unappealing to see server to re-fill vegetable soup by removing frozen vegetable from freezer and mixing it with hot water. I tried a lot of food but they were all the same. Another minus was dirty toilets and staff ignored garbages on floor. Why would you pay extra to get this? I will definitely not make the same mistake again. Like why do they offer this kind of service. Not Recommended at all.

The food options are great. The staff works hard and is helpful. The only annoying part is the staff keep asking to take my plate and cutlery very frequently. Customers need to be able to relax in peace.

This is a lounge, however the customer experience doesn’t reflect the national lounge in their home base country ! Need improvement to offer outstanding customer experience especially when this is your lounge in your country. As a customer I might think what KLM offer has lounge experience outside of their home country if home is not outstanding Busy lounge, at rush hour, good luck to find a place. Need a better flow, design and space Hopefully the KLM staff is kind and helpful

A very good lounge — spacious, clean, and comfortable! There’s a great selection of food and drinks, and everything I tried was delicious. The layout makes it easy to find a quiet spot to relax, even when it’s busy. The staff keep everything tidy and well-stocked, and the atmosphere feels calm and premium — exactly what you want before a flight. Overall, it’s one of the best Schengen lounges I’ve visited. Perfect for enjoying a meal, doing a bit of work, or simply relaxing before your flight. Highly recommend!

Nice lounge with friendly staff and tons of seating. It is huge. Only downside is the food and drinks are fairly basic. Also the wifi gets overloaded from the large number of people and slows down to be almost unusable.

Worst airport lounge I've visited. When you fly business class across the country, it's almost an expectation that once you get to a lounge there is a seat/food/shower. When I checked in, they pointed me to a kiosk to reserve a shower. The Kiosk didn't work (Photo attached), and the staff proceeded to argue with me until I proved it. Then they pointed me to the other side of the lounge to check in for a shower. Once I arrived, they said it was a two hour wait. The seating was impossible to find, and the food was mediocre. Fly another airline, don't travel through Amsterdam if you expect to use the lounge.

Big and spacious lounge. Very welcoming staff Clean and quiet atmosphere ~ our overall flight experience with KLM are great ! Both lounge and cabin crew offering excellent and pleasant service ! I would like to especially complement Ms. Havva at the front reception for her exceptional service. She goes above and beyond, and her assistance with my numerous questions has been incredibly helpful. Thank you, Ms. Havva!

We used KLM Crown Lounge 25 (one of two KLM lounges at Schiphol Airport, the other being KLM Crown Lounge 52) during our layover in Amsterdam. We had flown in from Las Vegas (9 hour and 5 minute flight, the longest flight I've ever been on so far) and were waiting to board our flight to Budapest to start our two-week long journey to Europe. I'm probably going to get a ton of heat from saying this, but this here was my first time traveling outside the United States, and Amsterdam Schiphol was the very first European airport I've been in (while this is true, Hungary actually ended up being the first European country I've stepped foot in). This lounge also wasn't a very far walk from our assigned gate. This lounge is huge and they have plenty of seating all around. While I didn't get the chance to try their food, I ended up trying their coffee, which will always be my go-to drink anytime I end up inside of an airport lounge. From what I've been told, the coffee in Amsterdam is really good, and being the coffee lover I am, I'm looking forward to it once we actually make our way back there. Using the coffee machine was a little confusing at first, but eventually I got the hang of it. Showers are included if you're just coming off a very long flight and require a connecting flight. The restrooms here, while smaller than the ones I'm used to back at home, are also clean and very well kept. We may return to this lounge on our way back home to Las Vegas, depending on what gate we may end up in.

A good functional lounge. Wish breakfast food quality was a little better though. Won't complain too much, happy to have an oasis in the chaos of the airport.

I stopped there after an overnight flight from SLC while waiting for my European connection and the only thing I was looking for was a shower. The lounge has 4 showers and one must first register by the front desk. Since there can be quite a wait, do this immediately after entering the lounge. The shower themselves are very small, I couldn't even find the space to open my carry on, so it would be best to prepare before going in. Overall, well worth it if you have a long enough connection.

This KLM lounge is the one on the internal flights within Europe side of the airport. Half of the food stations were closed and there was a long line for the one that was open so I didn't bother the last time I was there (August 2021). The bathroom has multiple doors but can get crowded if there are too many people in there. It's usually clean but not well ventilated at all. Common to these lounges is the make your own soup bar where they have a standard broth and you can choose what to put inside. I have tried it before and found it to taste quite bland. They also have a station where you can dispense your own soda, including sparkling water, and tap your own beer. You can also always get coffee and hot water for tea. The line is usually long for the coffee these days too. There is a lot of seating whether you want it to be a chair or at a table, but it has always been crowded when I'm there. The KLM lounge is very popular! It's nice having a place to get water, warm food and coffee, and a quiet place to sit down before the flight.

KLM operates two lounges at the Amsterdam Schiphol airport. The usual one for those flying to the United States and other international destinations is Lounge 52 but today my destination was to a Schengen country (France) so I got to enjoy lounge 25. You follow most of the same signs but this time, you're entering Lounge 25 in Concourse D. There are scanners at the entrance where you can wave your boarding pass, get a green light, and proceed. Inside the lounge, snacks, drinks (self-service wine, beer and liquor) plus soft drinks. It's a busy lounge but this time there was enough seating and I found one with a table that had an EU power outlet near by. I was here for about two hours until it was time to board my flight. Wifi worked fine. There are no flight announcements though there is a good murmur of background noise. A quiet room exists here but I didn't spot it. Also showers and a business center.
