KLoé Hotel

Second time staying at Kloe hotel and we returned because we enjoyed staying here the first time. Location is great as you are right in the middle of the city and you can easily walk to the malls nearby. Would recommend the courtyard rooms as they are quiet and you have a nice pool view. Really like the Aesop toiletries (would be nice to have the body lotion as well) Pool is small but adequate for a short swim session. Would think if the meeting room next to the pool be converted to a gym then that would be perfect.

I stayed at KLoé Hotel earlier this year, and overall, I really enjoyed the stay at this boutique hotel. The atmosphere was cozy and thoughtfully designed, and I truly appreciated the excellent service and warm attitude of the hotel staff, from the receptionists and ushers or security guards to the cleaners. Everyone made me feel genuinely welcomed. I loved the leafy greenery draping along the building’s railings, which gave the place a very calm, zen-like vibe. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and I had a comfortable, restful night’s sleep. It was also a nice touch that the hotel provided Aesop hair and body products. The in-room entertainment was great too, as Netflix and YouTube were easily accessible, and the TV felt relatively new. Another highlight was the artsy shop downstairs that sells local products, which was a lovely way to showcase local creativity. The downsides were the construction noise from the site next to the hotel in the mornings, which could be quite loud, though it thankfully stopped by the evening. At the time of my stay, the road leading up to the hotel was also under construction, and some drivers had difficulty locating the entrance, resulting in drop-offs a short distance away. Additionally, the room lighting felt quite dim, which may be intentional for ambiance but was a little too low for my personal preference. Overall, a charming boutique hotel with great service, a calming atmosphere, and thoughtful details. I would be happy to return.

My stay at Kloe Hotel was nothing short of delightful. I stayed in The Room To Draw and the room was amazingly huge! A dream space for anyone who loves light, room to breathe and creative freedom. The entire hotel carries an inspiring yet cozy vibe, where design, art and comfort come together effortlessly. Every corner feels thoughtfully curated and quietly uplifting. The front office team truly stood out. They were warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Their service was top-notch and made the stay feel personal rather than transactional. The café was another highlight..the coffee and food were absolutely delicious and it was a pleasure spending time there. I only wished there were a few more greens and fresh fruit options on the menu to balance things out. A small note for improvement, the paint brushes in the room could benefit from being replaced with newer or better-quality pieces to fully match the otherwise wonderful creative experience. Overall, Kloe Hotel is a beautiful, thoughtfully designed space that feels both nurturing and inspiring. I left feeling rested, creatively recharged and already looking forward to my next stay 💖

Very nice and modern design hotel. It’s a boutique hotel with all the necessary facilities and it super well located right in the heart of KL. We are just 7mins walking distance from PAVILION MALL and all the other restaurants and malls are nearby. Just opposite the hotel there’s a 7-ELEVEN convenient store. The hotel rooms are well designed and very practical, it’s not enormous but if in the right size that you comfortable. The staff are super friendly and are always helpful, any questions or suggestions they are here to listen or help. Lots of greenery on the hotel, which make the hotel very cool, even if it’s hot outside. It also has a nice swimming pool. I will say this hotel is definitely great value for money. Highly recommended

Simply the best kind of hotel I could've asked for. The only thing that could've been better was its location, but for the value and other qualities of service and facilities the hotel provides, I have no complaint. All the staffs were exceptionally helpful and professional, making my 5-day business trip in Kuala Lumpur absolutely hassle-free. The room condition is superb and so is the housekeeping class. Their breakfast is also a catch, not the typical buffet kind but a complete, proper plate with juice and delicious granola bowl coming with it. I'd love to come stay again if I make another trip to KL.

Book this hotel as I think I would enjoy walking through Bukit Bintang, but unfortunately the day that I arrived to the hotel it was raining. So I just spent my days inside the room. On arrival, I was greeted by Ron (Receptionist) and I had a splendid experience with him as he assisted me during checking in. He also allowed me to prolonged my check out time by 5pm and it cost me RM150+ and I consider it is a good bargain. I don't want to rush my checking out as I had a seminar on that day. The other staff that brought me the iron and ironing board also very nice. ... The room is splendid, the bedding, the pillows provided is great. The message across the television would welcome you when you enter the room and I felt elated. The snacks provided by the staff would evoke our childhood memories. I really love the owner's attentiveness. But the only lacking point for me personally is lack of lighting, it's a bit dim for my liking. I would love if there are light above our head when we step inside the room. But there are bedside lamps, and lights above the bed. And also, I would really appreciate if they placed the Qiblat direction in more visible place. There are Qiblat direction, but you need to be focus to search for it. Overall , I really enjoy my one night stay in this hotel. Would really recommend this hotel to my friends.

We had a pleasant stay at KLoé hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, the service reliable and delightful. Especially thankful for Ahmad who is always ready to help with a smile and Aliaa our amazing room attendant who left us a handwritten note and took great care of our room. Location is actually great if you want to walk to Pavillion, TRX, Fahrenheit88 and anything around those areas. There’s also quite a few eateries nearby. However, if you’re planning to travel out of the area by grab or car it might be difficult as there can be quite a jam during peak period both weekdays and weekends. Just avoid going out during those times and you should be fine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Kloe for your KL trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay here. The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and our room, the 'Room To Grow' suite, was beautifully decorated and very aesthetically pleasing. The food and service at the cafe were also of a very good standard.||We must commend the staff for their outstanding service. Ahmad, Aliaa, and the rest of the team were consistently helpful and attentive. The thoughtful touches we received for our anniversary—specifically the lovely decorative arrangement in our room, along with delicious brownies and a personalized note—made our celebration truly special and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel.
