I recently had the pleasure of staying at KLoé Hotel, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! Right from check-in, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms are beautifully designed, blending comfort with modern aesthetics. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I loved the cozy atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location is also a major plus, situated conveniently near local attractions and great dining options, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, KLoé Hotel exceeded my expectations, providing an enjoyable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and I can't wait to return for another wonderful experience!

Absolutely fabulous. We stayed in the Room to Listen. Good space and beautifully designed. Perfect for lounging and listening to Nina Simone or any other vinyl available depending on your mood. Breakfast was delicious! Over 3 mornings, we had the eggs florentine, Turkish breakfast of yummy runny eggs, yogurt and sourdough toast and the pastrami brioche. Excellent coffee and beetroot juice too. |Bed was very comfortable, pillows were fluffy and Aesop toiletries all around. What else could one ask for?

We enjoyed our stay here so much that we were genuinely sad to leave! Other hotels should take lessons from KLoe. Every single staff member was professional, friendly, and welcoming. Just like the lobby and reception area, our room was chic and comfortable, very spacious and cleverly designed to make the most of that space. It was spotlessly clean. We loved the box of complimentary local snacks, refreshed every day. The food and drink in the Lucky Cafe was delicious and fresh. The hotel is centrally located and a short walk from the TDX mall and MRT station. There are plenty of good food options nearby, from the hole in the wall with delicious local food to fancy restaurants. We can’t say enough good things about this hotel—if you are in the market for a boutique hotel in KL, you can’t go wrong staying here.

The hotel is absolutely amazing! The design is incredibly unique and creative — I love hotels that stand out like this. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the room was beautifully designed, very pleasing to the eye and super comfortable. The pool is also lovely, but could use a little extra cleaning. The staff were all friendly and kind — thank you for the wonderful experience! The location is perfect too — just a short walk to Pavilion, great restaurants, and the new mall Exchange TRX.

5 star hotel for much cheaper price. Would much rather stay here than at a sterile 5 star hotel room. This place has so much personality and thought about design. The most lovely staff who go above and beyond. The most beautiful rooms. Great pool to sit by and relax. The only downside was that we didn’t book for longer.

My partner and I had a lovely stay here. The hotel is gorgeous and welcoming. I loved our room - although it was small there were all these wonderful design touches and decorated very well. We loved the snacks! The staff was friendly and helpful. We both came down with colds while we were there so we needed to ask the staff to deliver items to our room frequently, which they did promptly and cheerfully. The living room/lobby area was inviting and comfortable. Every time I hung out there the staff would bring me water, which was a nice touch. I loved seeing people from all over the world seated at the communal table, working, relaxing, chatting, giving. I would definitely stay here if I was a digital nomad. One word on the noise. Our understanding from other reviews is that the rooms facing the street get a lot of noise from motorcyclists at the gas station on the weekends. We requested a room facing the courtyard to avoid this. We still heard some of this noise, but were able to use earplugs to avoid being woken up. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, KLoe!

I stayed 5 nights in February due to good reviews on website. However I found this hotel totally unsuitable for leaving. THE HOTEL IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE VERY BUSY PETROL STATION, WHICH VERY POPULAR WITH LOCAL MOTORCYCLISTS.So there no peace or quiet day or night. The sound of motorcycles engine running is constant. The window curtains are not closing right in the middle , i was lucky to have a few safety pins to close the curtains for the night. Bathroom amenities of good quality and that's is the little comfort. The hotel corridors do not have a properly closed walls made with exposed grey concrete rather with the gaps which making unsafe for kids. That also contribute to extra noise level . It is look more like a construction site than hotel. The swimming pool is only knee deep and was dirty and full of fallen leaves. The walking location to the Pavilion is either through the back of the hotel and traffic lights or front of the hotel but much longer walking trough traffic lights that seems to be never changing to green light and where drivers still driving and it is too dangerous to cross the road. I have not try any food at the hotel and not used housekeeping , being perfectly capable to look after myself. I need to iron my t-shirt and the hot iron burned my shirt completely, because it was too hard to read the meaning of the signs on the iron with the right temperature. I ruined expensive t-shirt worth of $50 instead i was offered a coffee voucher. I would never stay in this hotel again because of very busy and noisy petrol station just below the windows.

At first, I booked the hotel for only one night, then later decided to extend for another day. The first thing I noticed about this hotel is that all the staff are very friendly and helpful. They treated customers with good energy and respect. The hotel environment is so unique. It's a hotel with shared living space and a coffee bar, just like a hostel, but this is actually a premium hotel! When I entered the room, I was impressed by the retro loft-style decoration. The cute colorful postcard on vintage wooden desk. The closet was very practical and useful for women outfits. It also had a separate compartment for shoes and used clothes for laundry, which was super convenient. The bathroom was stunning, with Aesop toiletries and a large separate dry and wet zone. It’s very suitable for couples, with two bathrobes provided. I didn’t see a shower cap and hair dryer tho, I’m not sure if it’s provided upon request, but I didn’t see it in the room. In the shower room, there’s no shelf to place soap, which is a bit inconvenient but acceptable 😅 One unexpected and heartwarming detail was the TV—it displayed my name with a very warm welcome message. That little touch upgraded the whole experience and made it feel so personalized and thoughtful. My favorite part was the stunning view of KL. It’s not the classic panoramic view of the city center, but it gave me space to chill and breathe. I could watch how the neighborhood moves and how the locals live—everything through that giant window. The bed was large and comfortable with great cushion support. And of course, I have to mention the unique snack box—I looooove this creative little idea! It brought back childhood memories with old school toys and Chinese Malay snacks. It made me feel so connected as an Asian traveler. Big plus for the evening cookies from housekeeping too—thank you for that warm touch! I wish I had more time to try out the swimming pool. Definitely next time! This stay really left a good impression. I hope this kind of creative and thoughtful experience will continue to grow, bringing even more local charm to travelers. I truly enjoyed every bit of it and can’t wait to come back and explore more of the city again! 💙🌃🇲🇾
