KLoé Hotel

This hotel was great! It was a good location in Bukit Bintang, but a few minutes walk from the busy areas which was nice. The hotel staff was very warm and welcoming. We stayed in a courtyard room which was nice but small - we were 3 people though so we knew it would be a tight squeeze. The best part was the staff and their service. We had a change to our itinerary and the staff was very accommodating and helpful in assisting us with an early check out. The supervisor who helped us was very professional and friendly. This hotel takes hospitality seriously. I also enjoyed the front lobby area which was a nice place to relax and unwind after a long day.

I stayed 5 nights at this modern and trendy hotel in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, and it was a fantastic experience. Kloe Hotel is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in the world. They're centrally located and the staff is incredible. Everyone is so friendly and they make you feel like family. It's great to be greeted with so many smiles every time you walk in. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable. There's a comfy coffee shop/cafe in the lobby too! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, boutique hotel that feels like home.

Stay was comfortable and proper. Staffs were very friendly and accommodating, it was also easy to get around central KL from KLoé. We love the products provided from Aesop 😁 Yes, during weekends, there were more noise from motorbikes roaming the area, but it was manageable.. maybe we were too tired from walking around so it didn’t bother us too much. Would stay again!

Wonderful hotel. We are impressed by the staff, they are so nice and helpful. The food and the coffee they surf are delicious. The rooms have such a cozy atmosphere, they can really make you feel like home. It is very clean, they change the towels every day and when you check in you have devious snacks for free, water is also free. We fell in love with this hotel. And the location is very convenient, really close to Pavilion Mall.

KLoé has been a hidden gem! Glad we found this for our first visit to KL, they’ve treated us well! Friendly service, cool clean rooms. Cute cafe in the lobby. Close to TRX and Pavilion. Loved our stay. A pity we didn’t get time to chill by the pool - might have to do that the next time we visit!

Chic hotel with urban industrial decor and a great unique feel. Very relaxed. Nice pool. Decent options for breakfast. Rooms well designed and clean. Only downside was a disappointing lunch at the cafe and the fact that the hotel is some walk from main areas of interest in KL. However this is probably reflected in the price of a room compared to more central locations.

It was a pleasure to stayed here. Everything was amazing. It was my last minute 1 day trip to kl. customer service was superb. The room was clean & of course the beds is really comfort me very well. For my next trip for sure i will still choose this hotel to be stay. 😍
