Klymeni Traditional Homes

Great location on the mountainside. Which gives you great views. Not far from the beach, castle or downtown. It is family-run and the staff is very helpful with information. Beautiful stone buildings with traditional Victorian-style furniture. Ample parking.

We lucked into Klymeni when we had to explore outside of the old town for a place to stay. It was a great experience. We had a car so were very happy to have parking onsite. So quiet and peaceful up on the hillside. We had a one-bedroom cottage all to itself and had everything we needed. Friendly and helpful staff, well-outfitted kitchen, clean and comfortable. Loved the porch with the view of the hills. Quick drive to get to downtown, and to the entrance to Palamidi and to nearby beaches. Highly recommend Klymeni to avoid the crowds and noise, and have more space to enjoy Nafpliou!

This is a beautiful property. The rooms are very well appointed and have great vibes. We stayed here as a party of 3 families and took 3 rooms in one of the buildings. Got very nice views of the Palmidy fort from the breakfast area. On the service side, I would expect that the property would include daily provision of 3L of water for each room given the room rate and the fact that the tap water is below optimal. Its not a biggie but its a miss. That said, I would positively suggest this property to anyone visiting Nafplio.

Excellent rooms. Extremely clean and well equipped. Friendly and welcoming people. Lovely traditional design. 5 minutes from Nafplio downtown. Amazing views.

Klymeni is the epitome of Greek hospitality and friendliness. The hosts were both caring and competent, making our stay highly enjoyable. Always happy to give expert advice - going above and beyond to provide detailed information for our travel and Nafplio activities, saving us both time and stress. The facilities are high quality and plentiful (free bottled water available). I would 100% recommend!

We spent 4 nights at Klymeni Traditional Homes and we loved our stay. Located outside of the busy old town and new town areas, with fabulous views of the water and the castle, this was a welcome retreat after our busy days of sightseeing. Our large room had a living/dining room and a separate bedroom and we had a terrace with a table so we could sip coffee by overlooking the city. The owners/innkeepers are amazing and were available for any questions we had. They gave fabulous recommendations of where to eat and what to see. I would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Nafplio.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Klymeni Traaditional homes. Our room was beautiful inside and out and we felt very much at home the moment we arrived. We loved the view from our room overlooking the port and the castle and were happy to be away from the busy areas of Old and New town. The owners and operators were very kind and helpful and we will be back if we ever go back to Nafplio.
