Knights Inn Huntsville, ON

No-frills Inn/motel with basic facilities. The room and bathroom were decently clean. It included essentials like a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and coffee powder. They didn’t provide bottled water, which was a bit of a downside, but otherwise no complaints. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a decent place to stay for the night.

The paint was peeling off my ceilings and browning. When I first checked in they gave me a room that already had someone in it. So I walked right in in them. The bathrooms have drop ceiling tiles. It's gross. If you have an issue at night good luck. The front office is closed.

The location is beautiful! The room was not spotless but it was relatively clean. As another guest had mentioned, there was a used towel hanging on the back of my bathroom door so that’s still a work in progress. I was there three nights and had to ask for coffee for the next couple of nights, but it did eventually arrive. Service was friendly. Very strong scented air freshener of some kind in the lobby area, if you are at all scent sensitive you will have a very tough time in there. I appreciate the staff I met who are obviously making an effort .

We have been staying here almost every summer for 15 years. Rooms are clean, staff are pleasant. Nice and quiet. We’ll be back!

They do not offer breakfast as advertised. The room reflects the price. Microwave plugged into a power is a fire waiting to happen. Beds were clean the bathrooms were surfaced clean with no attempt to clean scuffs on the wall or dirty finger prints around the door. The heater doesn't appear to be maintained properly and is loud but in all fairness it is minus 30 outside so good luck keeping anything warm. I watched as someone got a frozen can of pop from their pop machine and wanted a refund and they just said no, it's not there pop machine. Which maybe true but it's there to provide amenities on their property. Last, I see the review and them replying that they take them seriously and apologizing. I see the replies which is great but I don't see any accountability. Spend the extra few dollars and go elsewhere.

This motel is not pet friendly at all. The sheets and bedding were filthy dirty! Stained and burnt! They asked for a hundred dollar deposit. I made them do a walk through inspection and demanded my security deposit back. Do not stay here worst motel I've ever stayed in!

Not pet friendly. Not a Canadian experience. Customer service is non existence. Room keys stopped working on a daily basis. I fell in the parking lot twice , they do not clear the snow or salt the ice to prevent accidents.

Stayed for the night and explored Huntsville. Short walking distance to downtown. Clean and comfortable rooms. Bonus EV (NACS) charger! Can't beat the price.

A great affordable option near downtown Huntsville. You can only expect so much! There is a bit of weirdness but that is more of a northern Canada thing than particular to the hotel.
