This place is getting more and more disgusting day by day. They started bringing Section 8 people in units since they are struggling to rent it to working people. They do not take care of the apartments, old stinky carpets inside, if you need something fixed or repaired they take months, to get a parking spot in reasonable distance from your unit is mission impossible.

I lived here for three years and had a great experience. The community is nice and the location is very convenient. The office staff are friendly, and Joe from maintenance team was always really helpful whenever I needed something fixed. The facilities are well maintained, the Amazon locker on site made package pickup easy, and the neighbors were all very kind — it really felt like home.

Reading me, the reviews means a lot to myself and my wife because we are in the midst of filling out the application to this location. I spoke to the Manager, which she is awesome and the leasing manager as well and he’s awesome too. Hopefully we get excepted into this community, but if not, From what I read, I would recommend anyone to apply to this community because the management is friendly. the community is clean and it’s close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. My neighbors are great and one of the reasons I renewed my lease last October. My apartment was fully renovated with stacked full size washer and dryer. Parking is good, the spaces are big so you don't have to worry about your doors getting dinged all the time. There is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. On the downside turning onto Knights Rd, mostly left turns, can take some patience.

I've lived at KnightsBridge for a little over 2 years. It's a nice well maintained community. The office staff are very professional and responsive to any concerns or complaints I've had and the maintenance staff is quick to respond and repair anything that's needs fixing. I highly recommend this apartment complex. I've lived in apartments most of my adult life and Knightsbridge is one of the best ones.

As a resident at the Knightsbridge Apartments since 2020, I want to give a special shout-out to Joe, our cool and friendly maintenance guy! He's prompt and attentive to any maintenance requests, resolving issues swiftly and effectively. What makes Joe especially awesome is his consistent presence around the complex - he's not just fixing things, he's actively contributing to our community's positive and well-maintained environment. Thank you, Joe!

Yelp
Please don't bother. I live here with my family. We thought it would be a nice community, but was sadly disappointed.  I wish we could give zero stars. This place is very disgusting, including the staff.  The property manager Shaivanie is the rudest person I've ever met and the maintenance person is very lazy,  They send emails out complaining about people's parking, removing things from balconies, etc,  but don't clean up the property. They let used dog trash bags hang from the trees in back like Christmas tree ornaments. Then send emails to the residents about not doing it, but don't try to clean them up or provide a dog trash bag disposal. There is 1 recycle and 2 trash dumpsters for the whole complex. So if you live all the way in the back, you have to either drive or walk 10mins to it. Then when you get there you see the below pictures. Very disgusting!!  Never cleaned. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors coughing or whatever. Definitely not worth almost 2k for a 2 bedroom. So if you don't mind roaches, mice, filthy trash area, overpaying for thin walls, dog trash bags thrown everywhere and horrible staff, then by all means come here. If not, then PLEASE STAY AWAY!

Yelp
A year later and I'm sitting here sweating like a pig this is so unfair that I pay 1675 a month and I can't even have my son here I have to send him away because it's unbearable hot in here. I put a maintenance request in over a month ago and I haven't gotten any response. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy all they want is your money I am so angry right now. I don't even wanna put one star but I have to do it to post this review

Yelp
I lived at Knightsbridge apartments for 4 years in a renovated unit. Yes the walls are thin but aren't all the apartment complexes? I came from Village Square up the road and this was a far better experience. Barbara was always quick to respond to my emails. Any maintenance requests I submitted were taken care of immediately. They always took resident complaints seriously. Pest control services was included. Where do you get that? They continuously work hard to keep the property looking like an enjoyable place to live. I recently moved out to be closer to work. The move out process was so smooth. I didn't have to do much, just clean the place. Barbara was so sweet during my walk through. I would highly recommend living here! They treat you well!

Yelp
I really enjoyed my stay at Knightsbridge. The leasing team is super helpful and will do their best to meet your needs as you transition into a new living space.

Yelp
I'm am grossly disappointed with the staffs ability to handle conflict, and communicate in a way that demonstrates common sense and compassion for the apartment community. We had no issues for over a year, and then all the sudden we're being accused of noise when we're not even home (we didn't have a dog at the time). And then another residents child goes into OUR trashcan and pulls out dog poop, and suddenly we're the ones to blame. The parking is absolutely terrible if you get home anytime after 7. If you live in the center court yard you have to often park around the other side of the building, and in the middle of winter, that's ridiculous. I was happy when we moved in because our apartment was freshly renovated. However, the installation of things was not handled well. Both our sink fixtures came loose within weeks, we had to tighten ourselves. They are not quality. Our stove was not leveled correctly so when we laid one of our pans down, the surface cracked. The fixtures in the shower are rigged to not allow it to get hot enough, so we had to fix that too. There was spackle all over the walls that they didn't even bother to paint. I've never in my life wrote a bad review, but because of the lack of personableness I've received, I feel strongly about warning you about what you're getting into. I've never experienced such pettiness in my life. I am EXTREMELY frustrated that our lease is not up until October. We will certainly be looking to relocate.

Yelp
Very expensive place to live and the appliances are crappy considering how much you pay for an upgraded apartment. They either rust or don't work. You ask them to come for repair they don't show up and they have to keep calling to have them to show up and fix something

Yelp
All previous posts are accurate. I moved in last February-- I loved the updated features. However like everyone else said it looks great but was put together as shabbily as possible. I wish I would have known HOW THIN the walls are. I'm on a downstairs unit and the girl above me works nights. I've slept through the night a handful of times in the past year. I have a sound machine and ear plugs yet her stomping in at 4 am still wakes me every night/morning. I've complained to the office who again like others say are basically useless. They give you 24 hours notice That they will be entering your apartment multiple times a year. For awhile it was 3-4 times a month. I refuse to lock my dogs up while I'm at work so I've had to board them or drive them to my parents after getting a note on my door at 6 pm that they'll be there the next day. Driving for an hour is exactly what I want to do after working all day. Maintenance guys are great. Always helpful and friendly. Even helped me out of a snowbank my car was stuck in one morning. At the end of the day, there are no perks to the complex. They Finally finished the gym a year after they said they would with maybe 5 pieces of equipment and a 7 foot ceiling that's suffocating. You're off an extremely busy highway and the kids basically play in the parking lots. But beyond all the other negatives about this property I can't stress enough the thinness of the walls. The girl above me is a heavy walker that strolls in at 4 am every day which does worsen the situation but even when she has guests over I can hear their conversations at a normal inside voices. And when she puts on heels it's amplified so much by the complete lack of insulation or sound proofing you feel like your head might explode. Do not move here. Do not think maybe you won't have someone who walks heavily. They might have kids running, dogs barking, wear heels in the morning, play video games loudly, guests over at night etc and believe me you WILL HEAR IT.

Yelp
Wish I would have done my research on this complex before signing a lease. If you are a family of young children, like we are, look elsewhere. I began complaining about my above neighbors drug use and underage parties in July of 2016. I was told to continue reporting every incident to police as well as management and the problem would be handled accordingly. Problems such as marijuana smoke coming through my vents almost daily, young teenagers vomiting over the balcony only my porch, yelling and throwing things off the balcony at 2-3-4 am. After the third and fourth incident reported, we expected our neighbors to receive an eviction notice like we were told they would after three reports. But to our disbelief, that was no longer the case. To make a long story short, it is now the end of February 2017 and our neighbors are finally coming to the end of their lease, but not before making our lives hell. My 10 week old son has been breathing their second hand smoke since birth , and with nowhere else to go, staying has been our only option. Save yourself the greif of living and dealing with the people of this community and look elsewhere! Management is absolutely useless and looks out only for themselves and not their tenants.

Yelp
there in not parking space, they say that they dont allow people that have cars with other state license plates but i saw cars from NY, NJ, VA here while i have to park my car a mile away, but when they say that they are gonna check the parking permits on the windshields the parking lot is empty, smh

Yelp
Do not set yourself up for failure by staying with Knights Bridge Apartments. The property manager is a complete moron. Many of the units are renovated, but upon move in you will notice how they were slapped together. The company has no consideration or loyalty for their tenants. My neighbor vehicle was broken into and there's a few residents that don't belong at the property. The previous property manager did a better job. The pipes and venting system were not cleaned or changed. Walls are paper thin, so expect to hear even the slightest bit of noise like a toilet flush or low conversation. The parking lot is always full of non residence vehicles. They don't tow or enforce the parking permits. Knights Road is always busy and its dangerous getting in and out of the complex, especially when it snows. The entrance set up needs to be re done. Do yourself a favor and keep looking! It may look nice, but it's a disaster.

Yelp
Knightsbridge was my first apartment so it was an exciting experience. I was so impressed with the outside look of the complex. The day I went to walk around the complex to initially check it out, the leasing office was closed. A maintenance worker said he would let me in an apartment to look. (Weird) but anyway, the apartment was beautifully refinished and modern. When I came back to get an actual tour I was so impressed with dawn the woman who helped me, I was back and signing a lease within 2 weeks. Within the first week of living there the kitchen sink neck fell off, the bathroom blinds fell off, and my closet doors fell off track. It looked beautiful, but was put together carelessly. The walls the walls the walls should've been made out of paper. You could hear everything. I actually had the neighbors below me call the cops on me, at 8pm on a Friday because I had music on while I was cleaning after work. No joke. Maintenance I promise you was IN my apartment abut 1-2x a week for the year I lived there. It seemed they always had an excuse to come in. I reviewed notice of them coming maybe 25% of the time. Knightsbridge decided to pave the parking lots (which ended up looking great) but during the span of doing so there was NO parking for the remnants. I couldn't stay at my apartment for 3 nights because of the fact that the closest parking spot was in a shopping center down the street, and it's not the best area to walk around alone at night. The oven never worked properly, and our power even went out for a few days for no reason. Moving out of that place was one of the best things to happen to me, EVER. don't let the pretty appearance fool you. "Don't judge a book by its cover"
