The food was very nice here. The place was very busy here. Customer service was nice. Little bit expensive side. Nice place.

Went up to a hike and lunch on Anzac Day. Burger combo at $20 including a drink was amazing value. Very tasty too. No surcharge even on a public holiday.

This is a tricky one to review! The views are extraordinary. Five star for the views. And the food is good. It’s not very good. It’s not great, so three stars for the food. Overall, this is four stars. We certainly enjoyed the experience. And we would come again just for the exquisite views! Some observations. 1. Even though it was still ski season, they had stopped offering some of their hot beverages just the day before. Hot beverages should stay through the end of ski season! 2. Speaking of hot, I wish they had more soup offerings. 3. It would have been wonderful to have had a ceramic bowl for the soup rather than the disposable plates/bowls. 4. My husband had the butter, chicken, and it was good, but it wasn’t very good. Still, the food does not have to be great with a view like this, but if the food was fabulous, this could really be an incredible place! I’m thinking of award-winning restaurants with views like this, and this could be a destination restaurant with that view! It doesn’t have to be fancy food. They could specialize in upscale sandwiches and soups, or beer and upscale pub food, but and a little bit more creative menu and… Wow… this could be such a special place.

We had booked high tea in advance, as they said it would be busy. Photo says it all. The young lady serving us was very nice and very apologetic as they had no English breakfast tea and the option for prosecco was also unavailable. Poor start. Not her fault. Two teir stands were served. If you don't like cheese, you have a problem with the sandwiches and savoury items. It's all cheese based. Almost everything else was cream based apart from the scones (which were average) and a couple of cake slices. Overall, very disappointing and definitely would not recommend. Nice view tho.

Food was just alright, I can eat hot food in here surrounded by snow I’m grateful for that. The cashier wasn’t friendly. I ordered cappuccino but the barista didn’t put chocolate powder on top of it. The kimchi sandwich didn’t taste a kimchi.

Paid $180 for a family pass up the gondola with burgers for lunch as part of it. Two kids burgers were edible. Two chicken burgers were absolutely dreadful. Mine had literally a mouthful of chicken in it. They must have run out and cut it into smaller pieces rather than just asking us to order again. Chips were nice. Ordered a flat white afterwards which tasted like it was run though an ashtray. Do the gondala, checkout the beautiful scenery. Take your own food.

This cafe is a perfect spot to warm up with a hot coffee while enjoying breathtaking 360-degree views. We loved how we could sip our drinks and watch the skiers in action simultaneously. A must-stop for anyone looking to combine a cozy break with stunning panoramas of the skiing excitement!

Staff was very helpful and patient. Food was ok, could’ve been better. Not the best Fish and chips or Chicken nuggets and chips I had. It was just OK. However it is understandable amount of people they are catering too. It’s was fully packed. People were waiting for tables. But overall a good experience
