Knowledge Tree

I like coming here but I'm gonna need the cashier to ring me up and not question if I can afford an item. Saying this is expensive,are you sure you want it. Lady I would not have put it on the counter if I could not afford it. Racist much🤔

As an educator this is a resourceful store and one stop shop for all my needs in the classroom and out! Lots of options for items to support special needs classroom or learner. The customer service is of a high level! Staff always very helpful on the phone or in store. Items can also be bought online, shipped to store or otherwise. My fellow colleagues shop here as well! I appreciate your customer service over the years of being a patron! Thank you.

Went with my Grand for story time which was well prepared and presented. Lots of fun toys, games, etc. which will keep the kids away from screens. Halloween (or other holidays, I assume) items in a display as you come in. Also, there was a sale going on! The employees were all super nice and helpful, too.

I always love Knowledge Tree but this year they were very limited on some items. They usually have a great bulletin board selection but today it was very skimpy! The pandemic seems to be taking its toll on teacher supplies as well.

I love Knowledge Tree. When I simply can't bear to go to Target to buy Legos for my son, it is a great alternative. The staff is polite and professional, you can park right by the door - plus it's on Summer Avenue. Everything you will ever need is there on Summer

Nice store but nothing for students older than elementary. I was not wanting to buy anything online and to support a local business.

Good study for school, and fun toys. Their bathroom had no door, the lights were off, and the floor had gross dirt on it. Their store hours are very limited.

If I could give them less than one star I would. The main person that handles the School Boxes has not been in the office since COVID-19 (March) and yet to return. I've sent emails and had/have to follow-up on more than 3 occasions to get a response. I call the location and they refer me to the email, well I wouldn't be calling if someone would answer the freaking emails. One thing I know for sure is I WILL NOT use them in the future for school supplies, plus did I add overpriced. So many people always say shop local, support local THIS IS WHY it's hard to SHOP LOCAL. There is NO accountability and not even a person to answer an email or simple question for something I paid for months ago. Let me guess someone will mysteriously see this post and respond, " We apologize for your experience, we work hard to answer every email"...yada, yada. Spare me the textbook response and address my issues in a timely manner like most businesses in 3 days or less.

Good lord. And I thought the smaller Knowledge Tree was awesome and filled to the brim with the tools of knowledge for kiddos. This is an enormous store, disregard the 'suite' in the address, as it's really like a warehouse, filled with more of what's included on their website. Basically everything that you'd need to furnish your own home school or classroom. Books, board decorations, calendars, attendance ledgers, and many, many learning tools.

I was looking for a present for my new granddaughter, a raccoon puppet. I called and a very nice woman offered to go look and see if they had one. They did! Upon my request, she held it for me. It was perfect, and reasonably priced. I looked around and marveled at the selection. There was decent traffic for the day before Christmas Eve, but not the insanity that ToysRus would have been. The store is amazing for new teachers. They have posters, games ,manipulatives for practically every subject. The store is huge. There is also tons of school supplies. The people are super friendly and helpful. As a veteran teacher, the store can be frustrating especially if you are looking for school supplies because the prices are way too high. Rulers , markers, tape, glue etc is way cheaper at Walmart.

We absolutely love this store!! They have anything you could possibly want or need pertaining to kids education and play. We love to get birthday gifts there. Their pricing is good as well. Competitive with big box retailers as well as other online retailers. You will love the women who work there. So sweet and helpful! My three year old asks to go there all the time!! I have bought preschool educational resources, birthday gifts (they have a huge toy selection), books, and have used them for laminating as well. They beat the prices on lamination at Kinkos and Office Max by a long shot!
