Knuckles Mountain Range Guide

We had a very nice two day trip with Rane and Sunil to the Knuckles Range, down to Knuckles Base Camp - where we stayed for the night - and further down for a nice bath at a beautiful waterfall the second day. Everything was planned well, on time and as described before. Got some good explanations about plants and some animals on the way. Overall a good experience that I would recommend.

We went on a one day hike through some villages, mountains and it was the best possible experience ever (I mean in life and in Srilanka). Ruwan and his friend were reliable, friendly, responsive .. I actually could not wish for anything more. The hike was quite hard, the weather was hot and humid, but it was exactly what we wished for regarding the scenery, hike in general, we got to know the locals etc. I really recommend Ruwan and his services for trekking on Knukles.

I had such an amazing day!! Lots of fun, breathless views!! Ruwan was very patient and carefull assuring that I was ok and safe!!

Amazing day of hiking with Ruwan and his team! Private tour well organised and full of lovely views in the Knuckles! All the day was awesome, front the collection in Kandy to the end of the activity. Ruwan was really knowledgeable about the natural around the mountains, fauna a local plantations. We did have a lovely chat about how the local communities, and how they have developed in the area and we have a lovely swim with Picnic, surrounded by nature, monkeys included! It was a pity that we did only a day hike, as the knuckles can give definitely more if they are visitors for a few days extra!
