Knutsford Court Hotel

Yo, I love what they have done with the hotel. Summit Kingston is a whole vibe. If your looking for a place to hang out with friends, family etc. then this is it. Plenty of games and seating available. Food vendors are usually on the lawns on Thursdays and Fridays. Thursday is Games night by the way. Plenty of parking. Only issue is the bathrooms - I think the restroom facilities can be improved.

I did not stay at the hotel. I used the conference room and the restaurant facilities offered to the general public... it's average, so nothing specular or special that's worth highlighting as at the time and day of the visit for late breakfast in early to mid-Jan 2025.

Located in Kingston and very central to getting around town, breakfast, lunch and dinner service was good no complaints. My room was located towards the garden so I was able to watch multiple nuptials. The banquet are space is great for parties and weddings. Other than an ac malfunction when I was there no complaints would stop over again

Great for business travelers. Not as family friendly. Somewhat dated. Clean,quiet and a good value. Room Service could be improved. Overall was a little less than average but the property was kept clean and looks beautiful in the courtyard.

I have never stayed at this hotel which has now been sold actually and will be developed into a commercial centre. It previously catered primarily to corporates and would house conferences or meetings; those I have attended multiple times. The lighting, audio and ambiance were good. On this visit our office Lyme was held at the Summit House with games, food and music being featured. The Jerk pork was succulent and the Jerk chicken was moist and deeelish! The music was a but too loud for me but then that's me🤦🏽‍♀️ Recommended.

I was just here for a friend's baby shower. The room we were in, (one of the downstairs meeting/banquet rooms), was lovely. Bathroom was clean and updated. Great ambiance overall. 3 stars simply because the food was underwhelming. Multiple dishes were very greasy. Some guests were seen using napkins to dab up oil. Staff were friendly and polite.

The service was great and the environment was quiet and clean. The servers at melting pot restaurant was fantastic the housekeeping staff respectful and friendly and polite. The front desk staff were professional, helpful and polite. The life guard kept the pool clean and made sure everyone at the pool side was taken care of he was very professional and friendly and also helpful. Overall this hotel is fantastic and the location is just right.

Convenient and friendly. Rooms were clean and staff always friendly and helpful. My 9yr old son and I felt safe at all times and unstressed, rooms secure and quiet. No loud music even at weekends. OK yes it is a good quality and serves local clients more than tourists, but to us that was a ++ Recommended without conditions.
