Its a small little shop with no indoor dining but it's inside the Veranda shopping center which is phenomenal and has several small shops like this and offers several area to eat outside including a grass (that high end fake grass) where you can have a picnic. The staff was nice and helpful and the items we purchased were delivered quickly and responsibly priced.

Everything is good, except the size. It locates next to the theater and the water fountain. Since it is a small shop, they do not have room for indoor dining, while outdoor has a lot of seating, which shares by all the business in the area. I ordered S-cup(korean pork with rice), and K-cup+egg(like popcorn chicken with rice). I cannot say they are the best, but good enough. Kinda disappointed due to the size, but around $10 buck, what can you ask for more in these days (inflation is crazy high). They tasted good, nothing surprised. If you are a person eat a lot, then one cup may not enough for you. They may have different size? They have two little utilities stations inside, so you can add sources, napkin, utensils, etc. Staff was friendly. Serving was fast.

Google
In a nutshell; ok food to just chill while hanging out in the nice plaza. The bulgogi cup I got was fairly decent. Good amount of bulgogi, egg was ok, good amount of rice. The fries are bit of a disappointment though, I paid for bbq chicken add-on and it was very dry. The fries itself are ok, wasn't too greasey but thought it'd be better. Wasn't difficult to get a seat, plenty of chairs and tables around. Nice plaza to just relax and eat at. Overall ok place to just stop by if you're looking for some easy asian/korean food.

Google
This is definitely one of my favourite restaurants in the area. My go-to is the B-cup. No indoor seating, but the plaza has so much seating, you likely won't have any trouble finding a place to sit. They also have lots of fun and unique Asian soft drinks

Google
Bibimbap was rice heavy - but a surprisingly large serving and very tasty. If you like spice, you'll have to bring your own! Even the spicy meats and sauce were pretty mild. But I just reheated leftovers with a fried egg, and it was delicious. And I probably have at least two more breakfasts in the leftovers!

I live an hour or so away from Concord and am always looking for an excuse to come down here so I can get myself a B cup from KO Cups!! One of my favorite food stops to go to! Beef is so flavorful and the vegetables taste fresh. Their sauces are AMAZING. Staff is very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Yelp
I go here every time i'm in Concord. What can I say? Their B-Cup never fails to pleasantly surprise me. I've never left this place unsatisfied. The rice is sticky, hot, and fresh. The japchae is seasoned to perfection. The meat is juicy, tender, and flavorful. The corn is sweet and crunchy. Everything is just-amazing. Totally recommend this place to anyone who hasn't tried it.

Yelp
If you're looking for takeout or dining outside of the plaza, this is a must try! Amazing service and friendly service!

Yelp
Cute little spot we passed by and decided to try. We ordered the fries topped with bulgogi and egg, and it was pretty good! My favorite part is how they have their sauces available for self-serve, so you can grab as much as you like.

Yelp
Bibimbap is life I always come here and like to add their meats to my bibimbaps :P'!! Service always good and the store is cute

Yelp
Such an awesome concept! Delicious Korean barbecue in a hefty little bowl aka "cup". I dig it! I was hanging out in the Veranda one day and decided to grab something quick for dinner. I realized that I hadn't yet tried Ko Cups and decided to give it a whirl. First off, I love the fast casual vibe! Many of the Korean bbq spots around these parts are larger sit down restaurants that are primarily meant for larger parties to dine in at. While there's absolutely nothing wrong with that, it makes it difficult for solo diners to enjoy a casual and lest costly meal. With Ko Cups, you get the same Korean barbecue taste but without the pricey cost and sit down experience. When I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff. Told them that it was my first time there and they explained the ordering process. You choose a cup of your choice and customize the sides to your liking or keep them as is. I ordered the B-cup which contains grilled beef ribeye bulgogi with rice, corn, lettuce, and japchae noodles. There are various sauces on a counter in the back that you can choose from to top off your bowl. I topped mine off with mild gochujang mayo and sesame mayo. It was so damn flavorful! The bulgogi was tender and sweet. The combination of everything went so well together. It's like a mini Korean bento squeezed together in a bowl. I truly enjoyed it. For the price, you really get a lot of food in that bowl! The bowl will run you about $10 which is an absolute steal for dinner these days. Plus, you can enjoy your meal while relaxing in the outdoor space in the Veranda. I can't believe that I didn't try this place sooner. This will without a doubt be a regular grub spot for me when I'm hanging out in the Veranda now.

Yelp
1 star for service. 5 stars for food, if done right. (bulgogi is good, chicken is dry) We usually love this place - food is very delicious. We get the bibimbap cup with bulgogi added. We either go in store or order thru yelp. It's fast and quick Korean food, and my kid likes the dumplings there, loves the beef bibimbap. I ordered thru yelp/grubhub so I could do order pickup as I was in a hurry and in transit, and left a nice tip on my order. Unfortunately, one of the cups was wrong and since we don't like chicken, couldn't eat any of the dish. I called the restaurant who basically said, SOL, you can get a free bulgogi with your next order of the bibimbap cup. I heard the person's name but didn't write it down. We tried to eat the cup but it didn't taste the same ( you need to mix all the items together), so I called back and they said since the meat is added at the end, it doesn't affect the taste. We are not vegetarians, we like meat (beef) in our bibimbap. The chicken was super dry. I asked if the manager could call me and they said sure but didn't take my number. I asked if they could write down my number. I asked for her name and she gave me a name that was different from what she said on my last call. She refused to give me the manager's name. I highly doubt they will call me. If the manager calls, I will change my rating for this place. I contacted grubhub and they refunded me for the dish.

Yelp
I've been coming here regularly since I work and go to school nearby, and I have to say, the service is always fast, and the food is fantastic. It's become my go-to spot! If you're looking for recommendations, definitely try the ko wings or ko fries. You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
My husband and I ordered the bibimbab bowl. We got two for ourselves, husband got vegi while I had dumplings to go with mine. When we received it, we were excited to try since bibimbab is a favorite of ours. Unfortunately we felt underwhelmed by it and it felt too plain. Husband tried different sauces to go with it but it didn't fix the bowl for him. I was disappointed to see only two dumpling pieces when remembering that I paid an additional three dollars for it. Husband also saw that I got cucumber with mine and found they skipped his. Overall it was not at all what we expected since we saw great reviews; it just wasn't our taste. The mozzarella hotteok was small but tasty. The single piece was not worth three dollars but did provide a good palette cleanser to cut through the bibimbab.

Sang L.

Yelp
I'm Korean and I was excited to try this place with my wife and daughters. So we ordered several different kinds of cup-bab. But the beef and chicken are dried and doesn't taste right.

Yelp
Foods was very tasty at a fair price. You have site outside, if it is not cold, the spot is nice. Lots of tables to sit.

Yelp
Food came out super fast. The flavors were amazing. I got the K Cup and it came with lots of chicken on top. I think I would've liked it a little better if there weren't so many cabbage in it and if the japchae wasn't cut so small. It was a little hard trying to pick and slurp them up when they were cut into bite-sized lengths. The store is also located in a very busy plaza, so you might be driving around for parking for a while. Despite that, it is VERY worth the wait.

Yelp
This place gave me food poisoning and I've vomiting nonstop for two days. Don't come here.

Yelp
I don't normally like to eat out for Korean food unless it's all you can eat. It's simply more economical and enjoyable. I still ate here with my family regardless though because it looked interesting and it's local. In the end, Ko Cups did nothing to change my mindset about eating out for Korean food but that doesn't mean it was bad. It was just fine. I got a B Cup with a fried egg. The bulgogi was flavorful, as most bulgogi I've eaten. Having half rice and half japchae was also nice. The unfortunate thing was that the fried egg was overhard. I prefer my eggs to be fried while retaining the runny yolk. I'll probably have to tell them that if I eat here again. My cousin and sister shared their order of fries with me. The fries were not very good. They were soggy, not at all crispy, and I'd even go so far as to say they were undercooked. Most unfortunate and incredibly disappointing. I liked that they had what I'm assuming is an all you can drizzle sauce cart thing that customers can use for their orders to their heart's content. I liked the gochumayo. If doing so weren't unsanitary and a total prick move on my part, I would've drank it out of the bottle. Overall, Ko Cups is okay. It's far from the best non-AYCE Korean food in Concord. I'd prefer Plus 82 in Sun Valley Mall over this, which is also significantly easier to park at. In a pinch though, this suffices. But parking at the Veranda is a total pain so it's unlikely that I would actively seek this out again anytime soon unless I was already shopping in the area.

Yelp
I was craving Korean food last week and I wanted something fast and casual. I searched my trusty Yelp app and found Ko Cups. I got a Combo Cup $9 which comes with two proteins of your choice, rice, lettuce and noodles. I got an additional fried egg on top for $1. I chose the bulgogi and chicken bites as my protein and both were very good. I asked for a lid for my food and a to-go bag since I didn't think I'd be able to finish it. Surprisingly I was able to eat it all which is rare for me. Perfect for a quick, yummy meal. Ko Cups is located at the Veranda right in front of the theater. There's no indoor seating but there's plenty of outdoor seating. The day I came, there happened to be a live band at the Veranda so I got to enjoy my food with some entertainment. Great place! I'll be back for another meal soon!

Yelp
The food here is delicious. Quick service to go. I went in and people are friendly . Food is served warm and ready to eat tasty. The place is located in a shopping village area so parking during holidays gets super busy.

Yelp
Love Korean food and love this place!!! The staff was friendly and gave us friendly suggestions when we were unsure of what to get.

Yelp
Was craving some wings for dinner and my daughter wanted ko cups so we swung by before catching a movie. I also decided to get the fries with the bulgolgi at the last minute bc I didn't think the wings would fill me up. I was wrong cause the portions are bigger than I thought, which is a always a plus for me! Both dipping sauce that came with the wings were flavorful and the wings were crispy and meaty just the way I like. The K cup my ordered was "very good" according to my daughter bc they always give lots of toppings and there is also a self service sauce bar, we got sesame Mayo and gochujang, both super tasty. Aside from the food being good our little dinner spot was nice which was right next to the outdoor fountain which also had heaters to keep warm on a wet winter night.

Yelp
Good value. Nice place to get a quick meal while enjoying the fountains in Veranda. Place was clean and portions large.

Yelp
Need a Korean food fix? COME HERE! The food is super tasty, and there's a lot of it for only $10! I usually order the B-Cup which consists of: beef bulgogi, lettuce, glass noodles (Japchae), rice (white or brown), corn, and yellow pickled radish! Of course, the sauces are a MUST. Mix all the ingredients together you got--a bite full of flavorful beef/noodles, crunchiness from the lettuce/radish, sweetness from the corn, and the base component of rice. You won't be disappointed. My go-to order: B-Cup drenched in their mild mayo gochujang sauce!

Yelp
KO cup is a my go to place for Korean comfort food. They are located in the Veranda outdoor mall with plenty of outdoor seatings. The actual place inside is small with no seatings inside but there are bunch of seating outside in the common area. Service is always quick when I go there since everything is already premade and all you do is choose your toppings. Food: I ordered the combo cup which comes with two meat option of spicy pork and chicken bite. I enjoy both of the meat especially the chicken bites. I enjoy the flavor of the chicken as its sweet and sour. The spicy pork was also pretty good but a bit on the drier side which is why I am giving it 4/5. It also comes with sauces that you can choose from such as mayo and gochujang. I recommend going with the house Mayo sauce. Each KO combo cup cost about $12 which is pretty cheap consider that inflation on food has been on the rise. I recommend this place for anyone looking for quick comfort food and at a very reasonable price.

Yelp
Quick "fast food" Korean food located in the food court area of the Verandah. We love the B cup and the bibimbap with fried egg. You can choose your own sauces /toppings, the portions are plentiful, and the food arrives quickly and is reasonably priced for what you get. It's not fancy but it doesn't need to be.
google avatar

Winston L.

Yelp
Came here for a quick late night snack and got a B Cup with a fried egg. This place reminds me of Halal Guys meets Korean food (a bunch of delicious things thrown together with some sauce). The cup had a little bit of everything - beef bulgogi, corn, japchae, rice, and pickled radish. On the side you can dip into three sauces of your choosing so that every bite is a little different. We will be coming back next time we're looking for a quick and tasty meal or snack.

Yelp
Consistently good food withput breaking your bank. Everything is made to order amd service is quick.

Yelp
Girls night... we come here. If it is a hot day in the way east bay it seems like a group of us gather here for our meal! Why: Super friendly staff Guilt free menu with the option to load it up with heaps of guilt. The shop is clean. The staff managing the mall keeps everything clean exterior clean. The food comes fast and it is always tasty. If you're lucky there will be a cute and super sweet doggie seated near you outside.
google avatar

Isabel S.

Yelp
Probably more of a 3.5ish to me. I love the concept, and I enjoy having lots of sauces available to top my bowl. I also think this is a great price. I think the food is not my favorite, my stomach seems to dislike it (T-T) probably not anyone's fault, my stomach is just it's own person.

Yelp
Ko Cups is located in The Veranda along with a series of other food locations like Pressed Juicery, Popbar, and Silverlake Ramen. On my way back from Martinez, I decided to stop by for a to-go lunch and was not disappointed! Although there was a short line of about 4-5 customers, it moved fairly quickly! Menu: In terms of the menu, it's pretty small with only about 6 different options, but if a rice bowl with some meat is what you're craving, then this is perfect for you! I was tempted to try the K-cup as it seemed like some sort of fried chicken tossed in sauce but ended up getting the combo cup with bulgogi and BBQ Chicken. They also let you choose which type of rice you would like (white or brown) and pulled out a menu of the other items that come in the bowl to ask if I had any allergies or didn't want anything in the bowl. Food: Once I got the bowl itself, I made myself 3 sauce cups (teriyaki, mayo, and their house soy sauce) and headed home! The bowl came with corn, radish, japchae, and brown rice in addition to the meat. Overall, it was pretty good, but I have to say, it's nothing that you couldn't make by yourself at home. In a pinch though, this place is a great option when you're craving a home cooked rice bowl and don't have the time to make it yourself! Price: The total for my combo bowl was $10.98. I didn't add an egg, but that is also an option for an extra dollar or two.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is consistently great! When you order here, you know you're going to get tasty food. I've tried all the different meat options and my favorite is the spicy pork. The chicken is a close second. The beef has been more hit or miss for me. Thr last time I visited which was over the weekend, I got the C-cup (chicken bowl) and it was delicious. I love their japchae. I like that they put corn in the bowl which is a little unique topping that I don't see at other places that do something similar. The chicken was just slightly overdone, not enough for me to be disappointed. The sauces they provide on the side are great and really elevate the meal. I like mixing gochujang and teriyaki sauce or going for the mayo mixed with gochujang
google avatar

Ariana A.

Yelp
The last time I had Ko Cups, I'm sure the under cooked pork gave me food poisoning...yet here I am getting a bulgogi bowl. There's corn, japchae, rice, radish, and of course, the beef. Ko Cups is always a good option in the Veranda for quick meals where you don't have to wait too long.

Yelp
I love korean food and when I saw that this place had a unique way of presenting korean food, I had to give it a try. Located in a plaza it was easy to locate and quick to order. I do like that this place does give the option of ordering white rice or brown rice for those who are trying to eat healthy. I do wish they offered more than just 6 options, but oh well. They have grilled ribeye beef bulgogi, korean style chicken bbq, bibimbap, korean style spicy pork, korean dumplings and korean chicken bites. Each cup ranges from $7-$9 most expensive being the beef bulgogi and the dumplings being the cheapest. You can also add fried egg, kimchi, dumplings a la carte (4pcs) or change the rice type for an additional $1 each. I ordered the k-cup which is the korean chicken bites, sweet and spicy with brown rice, lettuce and noodles. It also was topped with yellow radish, sweet corn and sesame seeds. The chicken was crispy and had a nice sweet/sour flavor to it. I really enjoyed this dish. My fiance ordered the beef bulgogi bowl and unfortunately what past reviewers wrote about the bulgogi being too salty is true. It was also overcooked and I would not recommend it to anyone. Overall, the place is good but wish there was more variety.

Yelp
Come see Ko or Dennis and they'll take care of you. I've been coming here for years and these guys are the best and the food taste great and service is fast. All their employees are so friendly and knew me by name and had my order ready before I even ordered it!!! I highly recommend their food ! My favorite was the A cup and b cups!! Thanks Dennis and Ko!

Yelp
My fav is the grilled ribeye beef bulgogi; very flavorful! It comes with rice, japchae (noodles), corn, egg and lettuce. The service is quick and I like how there isn't a lot of choices on the menu. It's really straight forward. There are different sauce choices and you can put it in the little containers or on your meal. Take your meal and enjoy it by the fountain. After your meal, you can get dessert nearby. :)

Tommyboy B.

Yelp
Ko Cups is a great place to get your freshly cooked to-go Korean fried chicken fix at a good price, about ten pieces for about $12, with a large number of sauces that you can choose from "to your heart's delight", along with a pleasant covered outdoor eating area to-boot...such a deal.

Yelp
i alwaysss go here for lunch during work and my god, it NEVER disappoints !!! the staff are nice, food comes out FAST, and for such a cheap price too!!! the waiting area gets quite packed during rushes because it is quite a tiny building, but other than that this place has to be given at least one chanceee

Yelp
Quick delivery and large portions! Love the melon side too! Saucome is how I describe them sauces!

Yelp
Ko Cups is a super quick, convenient "Cup of Korean Goodness" (as their wall says )! Located in the Veranda plaza, Ko Cups is a super yummy and affordable place to get some super bomb Korean food. B Cup: This was super yummy and the portion was very generous. I came here after the gym and still had leftovers to eat later! I love that there is sooo many components packed into one bowl! The bed of glass noodles and rice was topped by bulgogi, corn, and lettuce (love the crunch it added)! Everything goes perfectly together and the bulgogi is yummy and flavorful. I added an egg just to elevate it and you can even add dumplings and kimchi! They have a variety of sauces to top any of your food as well. Ko Fries: These were okay and could have been crisper. It would've been cool to have a more "loaded fries" kinda thaaang goin on like have it topped with a sauce drizzle and add other components to it. If you're just looking for a simple side these will do! Overall, Ko Cups is super delicious and I can't wait to come back! I love the convenience and their staff was super friendly and kind.

Yelp
Extremely consistent. Extremely delicious . Always amazing service. Definitely recommend

Yelp
The first time I went here I was drawn in by the affordability of the food. The service is pretty simple and good as you order from the counter and pick up when your number is called. However during my visit i asked for white rice but I got brown rice as the white rice was cooking. I took it back and the owner quickly put in a new order for me without question so major props to the customer service. Ambiance was great as well and many do enjoy eating outside near the fountain.

Yelp
I didn't expect too much out of a store in the middle of a shopping plaza, but KO cups was quite good and I'd come again! Food: I got a chicken bowl with added kimchi - Cost/Amount: My bowl was ~$13 after tax and tip and well worth! The size of the bowl made for a very filling single meal, or could have probably become 1.3 meals. - Flavors: The white rice was cooked well, chicken flavorful (if a little dry), and proportions of each item (the bowl also included some lettuce, corn, and radishes as veggies) were reasonable. The japchae was the best, very fragrant and flavorful! All items in the bowl went together well, especially with your choice of sauce from the sauce bar. I liked the teriyaki, mild mayo and sesame mayo. Service: Friendly, kind, and speedy. We got our orders within 5 minutes, despite there being a steady flow of customers. Seating: Outdoor seating is plentiful in the little plaza, with a playground for little ones and umbrellas available when sunny

Yelp
Made a pit stop to The Veranda Plaza for a brief break on our way home to SJ. Yelped local spots and my 8yo wanted Korean food. Staff was friendly and provided quick service. Small menu made it easy to order. Not overwhelming trying to choose food. Food was yummy, light, and just the right amount. Ordered and ate outside as there were plenty of outdoor tables within the location.

Yelp
Very delicious!! The best thing is the PRICE! I can't believe this humongous bowl piled with ingredients was only $10!!! SO worth the price. K-Cup - 10/10 - the Korean fried chicken with sweet and sour sauce was SO tasty!!! The outer layer was so crispy but so tender inside. I was pleasantly surprised! Went very well with the included corn and japchae and rice. Combo cup - 8/10 - we got half bulgogi beef and half bbq chicken. The chicken was a bit dry for me taste, but still very very delicious! Super tasty and a large portion as well. Outdoor seating area - 100/10 - absolutely beautiful sitting area outdoors (with overhead cover/ shading umbrellas) in an elevated food court setting. Lots of open air next to a cool fountain and fake grass area to lounge on. No indoor seating, even without the pandemic.

Yelp
Okay, this spot just hits it right for me. Not only they are affordable, but they give you enough to have leftovers for later (for me anyway). I don't eat rice anymore (unless they're in sushi or korean food), but if I crave for it, I will drive here to satisfy my rice craving and it never disappoints. I always get their K-cup which consists of chicken bites and you have the option to get it savory or sweet/spicy, and you could never go wrong with the latter option. Always get egg and drizzle them with their mayo gochujang and spicy gochujang. They have yummy sauces so you could never go wrong with whatever you dress them up with. Prices are also affordable for these so I mean, It's always a win-win.

Yelp
Decided to give this place a try on my way to West Wind Drive-in to watch a movie. No line on a late Sunday afternoon which was surprising since the Veranda is usually packed! Maybe because the of the rain, people decided to stay home. It's nice for a change! ;) Anyways, I ordered the combo cup with the spicy pork and sweet & spicy chicken bites. I also opted for everything in the cup which comes with corn, lettuce, jap chae, rice and a slice of the yellow pickled radish! All for just $9!!! What a deal!!!! Really can't find a meal for $9 anywhere else and can fill you up as well (aside from fast food chains) So the food got cold before I dug in (completely my fault for waiting 1.5 hrs before digging in). I did not get to experience it when it was fresh, but I can honestly say the spicy pork was still really good. The chicken bites unfortunately was soggy but it was still good with the extra gochujang sauce. The lady taking my order was really nice and explained each sauce and told us their most popular ones: sesame Mayo and gochujang Mayo! She gave me a packaged container of each and I definitely suggest both if you ever visit Ko Cup! For all the French fries fanatics, they now offer fries dosed in an array of sauces and choice of protein! Kind of reminds me of the fries from koja kitchen! I will definitely come back next time to try the fries!

Yelp
Wanna get a good "bang" for your buck? Get a C-cup. No, really let me explain... This joint opened at the Veranda in Concord on March, 16, 2019. Whenever we went to the Veranda, it really didn't pique our interest since they have other food options to choose from, and it wasn't on the top of our list. One day, we decided to give it a try and to our surprise, it wasn't that bad....it was actually pretty good and enjoyable. As the name of the business implies, everything comes in a "cup" or more like a bowl. I guess "Ko Cups" has a nicer ring compared to "Ko Bowls." Well, the "Ko" is shortened from Korean, and they offer Korean-style BBQ served in a cup of bowl. For a combo meal ($9), you get a couple of proteins on top of rice (white or brown) and noodles. You can get additional toppings of fried egg and kimchi for a dollar each. You want more rice, just pay a dollar fifty more. And if you want more food, they also have dumplings (4) for four bucks. Well, that's a dollar a dumpling if my math is correct. They have a set menu to choose from and all are under ten bucks. B-cup ($9) is grilled ribeye beef bulgogi, C-cup ($8) is Korean-style chicken BBQ, S-cup ($8) is Korean-style spicy pork, M-cup ($7) is Korean dumplings and a bowl of Bibimbop ($9) gets you a bowl of mixed veggies and eggs. You can add as many extra items as you want for an additional fee. It comes in a perfect vehicle and you can get it to-go as is. Especially during this pandemic, it's the perfect take-out food as it doesn't create any extra waste. Keep in mind, this is not gourmet food but more like Korean comfort/fast food. For the price you're paying, it will fill you up nicely and satisfy one's craving. A solid 3 1/2 for me. #YelpChallenge2020 review No. 28

Yelp
Wanted to give this spot a try. Got there and the place is so busy and not much handicap parking so I had to park far and lucky my friend was meeting me there and helped push me to the location but then the ramp for wheelchairs is only on the side where the 1 handicap parking space was so we had to go all the way around which is so inconvenient it's like they don't like disabled people to visit this spot because I would have left if I didn't have a helping hand. I really like bulgogi from a food truck I go to so I thought about trying this out. Bulgogi here was not good like it turned me off. If they find a better recipe to cook their bulgogi they might get retuning customers. The lady taking our order was nice but I feel that their food needs work. If ever I'm in this location again, I might want to try their bulgogi fries but who knows it might not taste good too because their bulgogi has like no flavor or it was just the wrong... I have no clue. I have no words but to say fix the bulgogi. They have a cute selfie stand station and they present the food well but the food needs work

Yelp
After reading the reviews, I was expecting a great meal for lunch. I didn't look at the menu (my fault) and ended up ordering the Mozzarealla and Cheddar Cheese Corn Dog and the Potato and Mozzarella Corn Dog, accompanied by a sparkling Calamansi lemon drink. The Corn dogs were visually appealing, but the flavors were uneventful and covered with sugar. I imagine that I ended up ordering a kids' meals since the food left a lot to be desired.

Yelp
Stopped by the other day looking for a quick snack. They had a good menu which included bibimbap. YUM! We only wanted something small so decided on the bulgogi fries to hold us off. So glad we did! It just comes with the meat and fries, but you can add other stuff in for an additional cost. Next time we will definitely add more. I love that they have their sauces off to the side so you can add how ever much or little as you want. We definitely love the sauces, and these guys had some great sauces to pair with the fries. Make sure to grab one of the sodas too! We will definitely come back if we want a quick bite while shopping.

Yelp
I love Ko Cups. I hate dealing with the Veranda parking lot but it's worth it to grab their food. Prices are decent when you're craving Korean food and don't wanna hurt your wallet. Staff is always friendly serve you super quick and easy.

Yelp
My second time going here so I had to leave a review. Customer Service: The man at the encounter (looks to be the owner) was very polite and courteous throughout the order. Did not interact with him much more than that, but he was very patient throughout the entire time. Location: It is in the Veranda. So of course a popular spot and it's in the middle of the left side of the complex (top down view). Plenty of parking and seating around the area. Food: I had the Bulgogi cup last time and it was delicious (first visit, no review). This time, I got the Spicy pork and it was so flavorful. It wasn't too spicy and the amount of food there was made me feel very satisfied. The fried egg was a complement to this dish and I love how the yolk oozes out when you break it. The sauces were also amazing, and this time, I got a helping supply of their Mayo Sesame sauce. It has the right amount of tang to balance with the spiciness of the pork. They also have a nice supply of Korean drinks (I got the mango soda last time and it was a good treat), but I did not get one this time. Overall: A wonderful experience. Good food, prices are reasonable (~$10 after tax), and amazing ownership. Will come back :)
