This hotel was amazing! The staff were wonderful- I think that they were the most friendly and helpful that I had on my entire trip to Thailand. The grounds of this hotel are absolutely beautiful- lush and green. Breakfast every morning was delicious and offered a variety of Thai options, as well as some options for Western breakfast. The pool was great after a long day in the sun. The rooms were charming- and comfortable. There are also a variety of cats that roam the complex to greet you each morning and evening. The location of the hotel was perfect as well, situated in the middle of the Old City (only a block off from the great Sunday Night Market!) I would 100% stay here again.

We loved this Hotel. The staff at reception was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and very comfortable with full amenities like tea and coffee making with water supplied everyday, shower caps and all that was needed for a comfortable stay with a safe in the room. There were two golden bath robes and two pairs of golden slippers for us to use. The garden was beautiful with a two level swimming pool.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were completely disappointed. In fact, we left early despite losing money because he couldn't bear to sleep in these terrible beds. The pillows and completely compressed and lifeless, and the mattress was hard as a rock. Our toilet ran constantly and failed to properly flush. The shower had a scalding hot pipe exposed that I burned my arm on. There were dead cockroaches in our closet. The pool had noticeable green algae buildup in the corners and was not clean. Pros: the staff were incredibly friendly and tried to be accommodating by offering us another room however we felt too uncomfortable and grossed out to stay. The location is great but this did not outweigh the cons. I wanted this stay to be the highlight of our trip and it sadly ended up being a nightmare. I would AVOID staying here and would not recommend it.

Wonderful place, nestled in a corner in central Chiang Mai. Such a relaxed environment with incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Really reasonably priced, great location, lovely rooms, beautiful relaxation areas, good facilities, lovely and clean (other than the ledges on the walls in the main lobby which were very dusty, but insignificant compared to the rest). Breakfast was standard but enjoyable, but it would have benefited greatly from some variation/improvement in the quality of coffee served. But this place was a wonderful find and one of the only hotels that I would say I’m unlikely to stay anywhere else if visiting that city again. Definitely a brilliant option if you’re looking for somewhere in central Chiang Mai.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this gorgeous hotel, this place was the opposite of a cat fish, it looked quite nice in pictures but it’s even more beautiful in real life, especially the pool area where it felt really relaxed and a hidden oasis. It’s in a a great location right in old town but the rooms were very quiet in the night and very spacious too. The staff are excellent here and all very friendly, helpful and want you to have the best stay possible. With the prices we paid it felt like a steal because they were great for what we got, we were very happy with our stay here and the free breakfast had many options and they changed it up a bit every day too.

e hotel is like an oasis, with flowers decorating the common areas. We loved having breakfast outside next to the pool, a wonderful start to the day. There was also a lovely open lounge area downstairs, very relaxing and beautiful. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. We liked the traditional decor with wooden furniture. The mattress was very firm which took me some getting used to. My husband slept as usual, no issues. The location in the old town is great, easy to walk around and explore. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The personnel was incredibly courteous and kind. And the house cats were friendly! The only thing I did not like was the so-called gym. It has four pieces of cardio equipment, one of which (the bike) did not work and one of the two treadmills was sagging in the center. It's a small space with a glass wall facing the morning sun. No AC, water fountain or gym towels, no spray & paper to wipe off the equipment. Other than that, we had a wonderful four-night stay.

Wonder staff, whole interior is very peaceful with connecting pools (water spouts noise cancel outside and soothing), little areas to sit for semi-privacy, and meander around to discover a variety of unique areas... my room has a glassed in patio with chairs and little table, some rooms have open-air patios. Breakfast is included and delicious omelets are made to order and perfectly cooked. Shower hot water is great. Daily maid service. In 30 years of visiting chiang mai, I've found the best

Very beautiful hotel, we went with our lil kid and she loved the whole staff, so much kind attention, it was a great experience. We can very much recommend the hotel, also the location is perfect. You are in a middle of the old town with a lot of restaurant options, cafes, laundry service and the tourist attractions. The breakfast was huge, a lot of variety but also some new appetizers that you can try, definitely worth its value. All in all you cannot go wrong with this hotel and you get a lot for your money.
