Extremely Unprofessional Experience I scheduled a spa party on November 15th for my cousin and a few of her friends. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. First, the scheduling was mishandled from the start. I clearly communicated that our services needed to begin at 2:30 PM, yet the spa didn’t start until 3:00 PM based solely on their own preferred timing. I also explained that our group needed to leave by 5:00 PM for a dinner reservation, but that was ignored. Instead, the staff insisted on taking pictures before letting the group go, showing no respect for our schedule. Several service issues also occurred. My cousin, who is pregnant, shared that her massage therapist’s hygiene was noticeably unpleasant—completely unacceptable in a spa environment. Customer service was equally disappointing. When my niece arrived to handle the remaining payments and gratuity, she was not even allowed inside and felt she was treated rudely. In previous spa parties I’ve done here, guests were allowed to sit or wait in the lounge, so this was shocking and unprofessional. Communication was poor as well. I called multiple times to update the spa about additional reservations, and no one answered. The only return my call after the scheduled appointment time had already passed. On top of all that, the payment policies are unreasonable. Requiring guests to pay upfront for services they haven’t received yet is unprofessional. Forcing gratuity for services that were not adequate makes it worse. And requiring the entire group to pay on one card is inconvenient, unreasonable, and clearly only benefits the business—not the customers. For a place that hosts group events, this policy makes absolutely no sense and reflects very poor customer service. Overall, this spa party was an unpleasant and frustrating experience from start to finish. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this spa to anyone. I truly hope they take feedback seriously and improve their professionalism, communication, and customer service.

Talk about an amazing visit! My wonderful mother in law booked a spa day for me and my sister in law. The foot soak was amazing! Everything about it was perfect! But before I mention the foot soak… I want to mention how I was pleased with the sizing of the robe! I’m not a small girlie and the last massage I got (from another company) the robe was entirely too small. Could barely close. The robe Koffee Day Spa provided literally wrapped about me almost twice! Made me feel so secure while being undressed! I love a place that can accommodate all sizes of women! The butter making class was amazing as well. It was the perfect time for me and my sister in law to bond even more. The massage was perfect. They followed my pressure level that I chose to a T! I will definitely be back! The owner is amazing!!! Relatable and very professional. Thank you for caring for us with such kindness!

We came here for my best friends birthday celebration and got facials and massages and everything was amazing! Thai and Destiny were absolute professionals and their services were so relaxing and soothing. Loved everything including the boutique decor and ambiance!! Definitely will be back!

Absolutely loved my experience and time at Koffee Day Spa! Had a private spa party for my best friend's 30th and she absolutely love it! It's such a great and relaxing vibe. The owner, Thai and her staff, are so lovely and made our time there so enjoyable!! Part of our spa party included 3 mini services, the facial and massage were the best! Not too short or rushed through either. Can't wait to come back!

I was gifted a spa package for 30min steam session, jelly foot spa and full body massage. Upon entering the ambiance is absolutely calming and peaceful. I enjoyed the decor throughout the spa. I received a robe and some slip on shoes which I thought was a nice touch. Your belongings cannot be locked up anywhere so only take with you what is needed. There was only myself and the young lady who answers the phone there however, I did not know she was my spa person for services. I started with my steam session. If you are shy don't do a steam session it is out in the open next to the pedicure area and there are no partitions to separate it for being naked getting in the pod. The pod was uncomfortable for me the way u sit in it was just not comfy. If your hot flashing, it may be a lil unbearable I made it maybe 15min lbs. The jelly foot soak was nice it was different. My massage was okay. It seemed like the young lady (as sweet as she was) was new in giving massages. I had a full body package but she only massaged my hip area up to my neck. My paperwork stated I needed concentration on those areas as well as my lower half/feet. She never went below my hips so no full massage was provided. On her defense she was the only one in the spa (I'm guessing it's 1:1 service) but there should be a more experienced person providing the massages. Over I rate a 3 b/c the massage was the 1 thing I really needed as a nurse on my feet all day. I would have loved to rate higher but it wouldn't be honest. Hopefully they will provide a more experienced masseuse it will definitely provide higher ratings for people like me needing the massages.. Please try it out for yourself, you may have a different experience 🙏

This place lacks professionalism. They do try, they just fail. Their receptionist is not knowledgeable about the services they provide. Their website is not user friendly, so you have to call then when you call, IF they answer you have to speak to someone who is not knowledgeable or wait for her to put the manager on who likes to remind you that they’ve been in business for 26 years with a defensive tone. I bought a gift card for my mom who went maybe 10-15 years ago with her sisters and she had such a good experience, but I had a hard time from the very beginning. From what she told me the experience is completely different. She told me food and wine was included when she went back then, now they tell you you can go to the businesses next door if you want those things. There were male masseurs, now they contract out for them so they aren’t always available. My mom only wanted a male masseur, but was told if a man isn’t available they would have to continue the service with a woman as opposed to re-scheduling. However, she told her if for example, she only wanted a woman and one was not available they would cancel the appoint…Very odd. They ask for your gift card at booking and tell you to bring it too…you have to call and book and talk to someone who can’t answer questions who then has to get the manager on the phone who is UNNECESSARILY defensive in her tone, and I reiterate this because my mom and I always speak to people in a courteous tone so to get that in response was confusing. They offer services that are not on the website, but that doesn’t matter because the receptionist doesn’t know what the services or prices for the services are on the website anyway. It’s very disappointing experience for someone who wants to support black owned businesses. I will not be recommending this establishment. By the way mom was not able to use her $260 gift card because they couldn’t accommodate the services they advertise.

What's not to love? I am so grateful for my Koffee membership, worth the investment. I love that the owner operator, Thai, knows me by name. She and her staff provide excellent care that us unmatched. I get the feel of a large spa without the commercial elements. It is chic, modern, upscale and the perfect element to my mental health and overall wellness. I haven't regretted my monthly investment for a second. The price points are comparable to any upscale spa yet you get way more attention to detail in your services and care. I love that there's a variety of options and the owner creates organic goods to maintain my peace and skin at home. I love the product line and the Education u receive in my skincare regimen. Thai is extremely knowledgeable. My favorite is relaxing in the steam capsule, my yoni steam and ending with a two-hour facial and peel. You get what you pay for and after this experience, I decided there would be no more skipping my monthly spa appointments. I'll be celebrating my 40th with a girls spa party.

I found them in a time crunch and they exceeded my expectations from the start!! They made our company party a blast. The atmosphere, services, drinks, and food was all so perfect. We will defiantly be back. Thank you Ty for making this possible for our girls here at Dallas Maids and Emily’s Maids. I am super grateful.
