Today me and my roommate were looking for some new fresh coffee, because we ran out (as one does) and we, although total rookies when it comes to all things coffee, wanted to get something else than your typical, boring Douwe Egberts supermarket coffee.
We had no idea where to go, however our friends at Google recommended the 'Koffiestation' and we thought what the hell, it somehow is on the route back from IKEA, so let's just stop by real quick. We didn't check until what time they were open and hence arrived half an hour after official closing time...
As we were about to hop onto our bikes we heard a voice "Come on in, we are still open even though it might not look like it". Pleasantly suprised we went inside and were given a extensive tour through the production process in which the amazing owner told us everything we could possibly want to know (and more) about all things related to making the perfect roast.
It was very insightfull and the owner was happy to tell us about everything and even advised us nicely on which sort of blend we should buy, just to make sure we have the best experience possible. Overall I would highly recommended everyone who enjoys drinking coffee, beginner and advanced drinker alike!
