Koh Tao Royal Resort

Great room right next to the beach. The rooms were quite good compared to other similarly priced hotels in Koh Tao. The AC and electricity were working well. The washroom was quite large, but not the cleanest (not bad at all though)

Rooms are cosy, our mosquito net was too small and the shower didn't work but the staff fixed the shower immediately! Close to beaches, restaurants and shops

Beachfront hotel in good location within walking distance of Koh Tao ferry pier. Rustic 'old school' wooden bungalows set around hillside gardens with basic bathrooms and small verandahs with hammocks, ideal for chilling out. Bar area is beachside but no food or drinks available. The place is a little tired but still good value for the price and the owner is nice and friendly. Would recommend to anyone who isn't over fussy about their room.

Great location right on the seafront, bungalows are nice but it’s such a shame the hole place is run way down. In its splendour the place must have been really nice. No restaurant, no real service. Very basic. Worst of all it’s right next to one of the best resorts on the island- such a contrast!!

Great stay away from the noisy areas but still close enough to walk to restaurants, bars and 7-11. The bungalow is very basic, but had everything you needed and a very nice balcony with a hammock. AC wasn’t very good and the mosquito net above the bed had holes in it (you need it because you will get a fair amount of geckos and mosquitoes in the room). All in all, a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Loved my stay here. The room has everything we needed including a fridge freezer which was really nice for us. The bed was comfy and the location was great. The beach was gorgeous and we loved sitting on the hammocks there. A 3 minute walk to the dive shop that we used which was amazing. Really lovely place to stay

It was soon cool I love it but It's not for people who don't like cats or don't like itchy suits. I looooved the breakfast but there should be a different one for once. This is my second review though

We loved the location. One of the most beautiful beaches at Koh Tao. Direct walkable access to everything. And thank you Jida for welcoming us! You are adaptable and always ready to help. We extended our stay even. The bungalow and the bed sheets must be cleaner. Cleanliness is unfortunately below the standards. We really enjoy this stay! The bungalow are not cleaned enough, but for the rest it was well above our expectations. Thank you Jida for your adaptability!
