Rooms are good , comfortable, big hotel but understaffed. Room service very poor, check in and check out is also problematic. Nobody to answer your concern, housekeeping also needs improvements. Restaurant on site is small, but the food is ok.Overall look for a better place.

The hotel is conveniently located. The food is also nice. Banquet is good for conferences but not that large for weddings because its capacity is 250 to 300 pax.

Kohinoor Continental is a very good service provider, thank you on behalf of me and my entire family. Your room was very beautiful, service was also very good, I will come here again whenever I come again.

The Restaurant has absolutely rigid & inhuman policies, just to reserve a table for dining that too well in advance.The Restaurant Manager is totally unreasonable & applies no logic or common sense. He is in a robotic mode,blabbering.|According to this RIGID UNREASONABLE GUY...you have to book the table at the time they say even if 40% vacany of reservation is still available.|I request senior management to train their front line staff . Otherwise old clients like us , would stop coming to visit.As it is the food quality has come down post Covid days.But services were pleasant.Now that also detoriated.|Please think twice before going to this place ,especially if you are visiting with family.|Don't know about others, but this is our disappointing experience.

Terrible stay… rooms are smelly, aircon is extremely cold inspite of turning off the aircon there is a continuous blow coming in from the hotels exhaust, tv channels are almost non functional, bathroom is very small for the price paid. This is all about the hardware, now about the software, the front desk staff is not courteous, no manager presence. This hotel was flooded with merchant navy staff who are on a transit out of Mumbai I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone even if it’s for free

We had an event recently and had very bad experience with them..... Quality of food horrible even though we had taken a high package... Information regarding money was not given to us initially and later on once the event was confirmed they demanded unescessary money from us.....Certain promises were made to us which they did not fullfill by saying that it cannot happen now.... Overall very bad services were provided in all respects and would not recommend this hotel to anyone for an event

Rundown. Needs serious maintenance. ||Service team has been trained to say “no”. ||Rooms are old. ||Gym doesn’t even have a functional AC and is suffocating. ||AC fluctuates. ||Bathroom is small and dingy with poor lighting. ||Only and only location comes to the advantage but at the price , this is a pure let down.

Rooms Wing B room condition is much better than Wing A. I'm surprise to see the Wing A room condition. Please expect to see some rusty accessories especially the bathroom and you will always never expect, there's 2 steps down from the bathroom. It is prone to fell down if you are not careful. Also the room soundproof not good, when there is function at the hall, you can hear it and it is like almost everyday they do have function when I was there for 2 weeks. Service The receptionist (include the manager) and the lobby's dining area waiter is very rude and show you with their black face, just like you owe them money. Another surprise that I had with my stay of 2 weeks, your room key got deactivated for 5 times, with an average of 2days once. I'm fine with the deactivation but the staff response caught me unexpected. The staff response was: 1st day card got deactivated. Are you 1st time travelling? Didn't you know that the card cannot near to any electronic device? My question to you Mr.Manager, how did you know that my card is near to my device? Do you have any proof? And what has to do with 1st time travelling? 3rd day again got deactivated and it lasted me for total 5 times, so what more reason than you have? 1st time I fine with that, but 2nd, 3rd and 4th time... still the same? I'm not stupid at all. The last day got deactivated again. This time best part, why did you swap the room with your colleague and without informing us? Hello! It is almost my last few days and why do I need to swap the room? If I were to do so, I would have do it earlier and all your room are the same, so what's the point and how valid it is for me to swap the room? However, I have to mentioned the security service was tip top. They ensure the safety and have all scanning before you enter the premise. Well done! Location I would say overall ok, it is near to metro station but warning to everyone, please ensure you don't hold any food & beverages with you. You will never expect you will got rob by the pooor kids just right outside the hotel. So just becareful.
