I recently attended a party at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The entire staff was exceptionally polite and professional throughout the event, which really added to the overall atmosphere.The food was absolutely delicious every dish was prepared perfectly and tasted amazing. The quality and presentation were top notch. The ambiance of the venue was equally impressive, creating the perfect setting for our celebration.From start to finish, everything was well-managed and the hospitality was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel for parties and events. Great job to the entire team!

I recently visited Kohinoor Continental for a business meeting held at Ruby Hall, and my experience was very smooth, professional, and worth sharing for anyone planning corporate events or gatherings here. Although I did not stay at the hotel, the quality of the event space and the service provided made a strong impression. Ruby Hall is spacious, well-designed, and ideal for meetings, conferences, and seminars. The seating arrangement was comfortable, the ventilation was excellent, and the hall was maintained at a pleasant temperature throughout the event. The lighting setup is bright yet soft, which makes long meetings comfortable without causing strain. The inbuilt audio-visual facilities—projector, microphone, speakers—worked flawlessly and added to the professionalism of the experience. The staff support at Kohinoor Continental deserves special mention. From helping with registration setup to quickly assisting with any technical adjustments, the team was attentive and proactive. They ensured water, tea, and refreshments were refilled on time without any delay. Their polite behavior and readiness to help contributed to a seamless event flow. The location of the hotel is a big advantage, especially for corporate meetings. It is close to the airport and easily accessible for attendees traveling from different parts of the city. Parking and entry arrangements were also well-managed, making the experience hassle-free. The food and refreshments provided during the meeting were of excellent quality. The snacks were fresh, flavorful, and presented neatly. Coffee and tea service was equally satisfying and maintained consistently throughout the session. Overall, Ruby Hall at Kohinoor Continental is an excellent venue for professional events—clean, well-equipped, and supported by a highly efficient staff. I would definitely recommend it for meetings, conferences, and corporate gatherings.

Good place for party / wedding upto 250 to 400 people, the food is good. The staff was supportive and courteous. The rooms are very nice for staying . Close to the airport too.

I think this is the worst 4 star hotel near the airport. The rooms are smelly and mouldy the reception staff are rude the management is bad. The food is also very bad.once you check in you will notice there's no people staying at the hotel. They make their own policies to extract money from the customers. When you try to check the policies online you will find find nothing. They print their own policies on a piece of paper and show you here it is. When you confront them they won't have any answers, only answer they will have sorry this is the hotel policy, we have made it just now for you and now you will have to pay extra or you forget about the payment which you made. So before looking at the fake positive reviews which they have paid for it and book this property please reconsider.

This hotel doesn’t quite live up to the “star hotel” label. Just outside the property, there was a pile of garbage that resembled a dumping site, which seriously impacted the impression. Being close to the railway station, the hotel also lacked any pleasant views. We stayed here during our trip to Mumbai. One positive aspect was the security checking system at the entrance, which seemed well-organized. The check-in and check-out processes at the reception were also smooth and efficient. However, there was no real sense of guest hospitality or welcoming culture. The rooms and in-room amenities were basic and not up to the standards expected from a star-rated hotel. On a better note, the restaurant area was pleasant. Although the breakfast spread wasn’t very diverse, the food served was quite tasty. To truly uphold the reputation of a star hotel, the management needs to make significant improvements — a sentiment echoed by many other guests in their reviews. Instead of offering scripted or generic responses, focusing on genuine service improvement would make a meaningful difference. Thank You.

Had a wonderful stay at Kohinoor Continental. The hotel is well-maintained with clean, spacious rooms and a pleasant ambiance. The staff is courteous, helpful, and ensures a comfortable experience. The location at JB Nagar is excellent—close to the airport and metro, making travel very convenient. The food is delicious with a good variety, and overall, the service is efficient and professional. A great choice for both business and leisure stays

Seafood had variety but taste was was average. Portion size is enough for two. I felt the restaurant was a bit short staffed as there were only 2 people tending to 8-10 tables.

The staff at reception needs more training for coordination with each other. I wasn't having any booking on 30/10/25 due to immergency travel to Mumbai and telephonically requested to a lady at reception for availability of two rooms at night by 9.15pm. She replied me that with a great difficulty she is arranging two rooms of king size but can't reserve on telephone unless,I go there and book it. It took me 45 mins to reach there through heavy traffic of Mumbai. Then a gentleman at reception told me that one room is already booked on-line and only one room is left and asked to wait. For half an hour there was no response and after follow up told me that the room available is smokers room and asked me to wait and check the room. Iwas kept waiting again for 30 mins with family and the gentleman at reception vanished. Then the lady staff spoken to me came and told me that not a single room is available. It was almost 11.30 pm by that time making a inconvenient situation for me coming from other city. It seems that there is lack of communication/ co-ordination within the reception They should firmly tell whether room is available or not without waisting customers time.
