Very clean and well organized! Close to eateries and South Hills Shoppes. Many brands representing. Kind staff. Self checkout. Customer service is over the top Great! Back to School stocked. Clearance items all the time. Sophora inside as well!

Pay attention. I didn't. Was looking for different jeans in a rush, so needed to actually try on. Found some that fit, BOGO second pair maybe %25 off I think. Walking out struck me the price was too high for two pair $115.82. First pair was way overpriced ~$70, second pair still not a deal ~$50... same Levi's online $45 each. Return policy said lose %15 if returned. They advertise like it's a deal, but it's misleading terms.

No nice dresses in the plus size section. Needed a fancier dress for an upcoming event but all the dresses in the plus size section were for basic wear (Spring and Summer). In the women's section, the nicer dresses were smaller too.

I am sick of driving to the store and wasting gas to shop in person then told my coupon doesn’t work on items I selected. Also, hate the date restrictions on Kohls Cash…if I’m on vacation, Kohl doesn’t care. I have been a Kohls customer for over 30 years and remember when this company cared about customers.

Drema at Sephora was incredible Very knowledgeable and helpful I left a review the last time I was there, but I made the mistake and said her name was Emily? Did she help me again and it was definitely dreamer and definitely a good visit

The sales associate noticed my presence right away and offered assistance. She was respectful of my desires ( and budget) and offered alternative products.

Google
Good sales but only sizes that the average person isn't, such as size 0 in women's and 18-19 men's tall button down shirt, but excellent stocking stuffers reasonably priced.

There should be more store associates throughout the world as helpful and friendly as the one I met today at the RHL Blvd Kohl’s. Her name was Ashley. She was extremely helpful and patient in her attempts at helping me find what I was looking for.

Yelp
Unfortunately for relaxed out-of-towners like myself, South Ridge's hectic nature likes to spike the blood pressure in every shopper. That meant Kohl's was as crowded as a gas station the night before the Powerball numbers are called. The department store itself is clean with tile floors that are so hard that I got tendinitis in my knees after five minutes. The ties are expensive, but the workers didn't seem too miserable stocking them. I'll be back once West Virginia stops charging sales tax on clothing and footwear.

Yelp
I agree with several of the posters that the staff is limited and that there is not a lot of cleanup or assistance in the clothing with some disorder to the products which makes the rack shopping experience scavenger-like for clothes however I still give it a great rating as I felt the quality of the clothing was very high, especially for the price. also the lady at the checkout counter Was very nice and there was no checkout line. Go at a non shopping season off hour when you have some time to bargain shop and you could find some great deals. Where else can you get high end clothing brands for this cheap?

Yelp
I was in your store on a Wednesday evening. I was shopping in the men's section but looked at several different sections. The store was a mess. There were wadded up shirts everywhere. There were hangers and trash on the floors. The shelves had size on them but none of the sizes matched the labels. It was very difficult to find what you where looking for and a very bad shopping experience. I like Kohl's, I hate to see it end up like Kmart.

Yelp
I was in Kohl's last to purchase a pair of jeans. I had a 20% coupon and presented it to the girl at the checkout. Upon presentation she informed me that they do not honor discounts on certain brands. I then began reading the back of the coupon. While doing this the cashier flung a copy on the counter and stated it's right there! I told her I was going to complete my reading of the one I presented to her. She then said in a rude and condescending tone that she could read it for me! Now I've always said to not judge a book by its cover. I am a biker and look like a biker. However, I'm an educated biker with a triple major BA and two MAs. I can read fine. This young girl was rude and condescending. The policy for coupons need to be made well known and in larger print.

Yelp
I loathe this place. I quit shopping here. BEFORe covid I would just shop til 11pm on weekends cuz it's last store open. Not now, Gabe's is, they close at 11pm. My parents house is in so chas where I grew up so Kohls is close when I'm CLOSE. Kohls is nuts over the masks with an attendant and will blow up if u don't have one. I do the rules but I don't wear it right and I don't gaf to. I have been vaccinated fully for quit some time. Let the meth head shop lifters wear them! This store is a mess. Nothing is order. The management acts like this is Louis Vuitton boutique and stuck up. As someone that travels the eastern seaboard that is comical. This is south Charleston West Virginia. How about you get your store in order before you judge people appearances around clothing voucher time. I've seen it happen. The merchandise quality is terrible. It's like quality of a Ross or Burlington. Sorry, by chaps is not chaps lol. The original pricing is laughable for example a sweater in juniors that cheap So brand will have an original ticket saying it's $40 but on sale for $14. Ha! That's because the quality and visual look is $14! You are not saving anything. Kohls makes profits yearly and they prey on people that can't do math and that do not travel out but down the street. Genius for them. I would rather shop at Gabe's in this area or tjmaxx or even target has better trendy items and cheaper stuff. Nothing is ever clean in this store either. The fit rooms when open would have clothes piled up like 5o pieces each room, so that's not one day uh uh. Shelving units stirred up like a clearance rack at Walmart. Look how nothing has changed in the last 10 years with the reviews. SADDDDD AND ANNOYING.

Yelp
Used to shop here all the time, but now the ladies' department looks like a tornado blew through. Clothes are not separated, capris hanging with shirts, and the hangers are mislabeled ALL THE TIME( you take a size 12 on the hanger into the dressing room and it's a size 16). Clothes on selves are just scattered, nothing folded and stacked. Other departments look more organized, but if you want something in the ladies' department, look online.

Yelp
I can only do sales with coupons. Their a bit high for the quality you get. They have great sales but I don't understand why they can't lower the prices and sell a lot more than always marking it down before a person can afford it. The extra bucks is a joke. After spending a lot your coupon isn't good until the following week for only a week. Should at least have a couple of months before they expire. Oh but then we would get the discount as we should. So they really don't want you to be able to use the "cash"! What a gimmick.

Yelp
Great clearance sales racks but the regular prices are super expensive.

Yelp
I don't shop here often and when I do I usually only look at the clearance. The clothes are of inferior quality and the prices are twice what you would pay somewhere else. I always come with a coupon and only buy discounted or clearance items. Also there is never any employees around to answer questions.

Yelp
My experiences with Kohls have been quite different than a few of the posters here. I find the staff quite friendly and available; in fact, I called the store yesterday to ask if an item was in stock, and the associate gladly checked its availability and got back with me quickly. I like the clothes and with their generous Kohls bucks program find the prices reasonable as well. I would like to see a greater selection of petites though. The one stop shopping aspect of the store really appeals to me as well.

Yelp
The store is a mess clothes on the floor, falling off hangers, and thrown on the shelf. It's a scavenger hunt trying to find anything. The staff is always new and unknowledgeable very few cashiers are friendly. Management is extremely rude. Would rather drive to Barboursville for better service and a cleaner store.
