I went there because i forgot one of my bag.So I went back there to get it stood in a long line which is fine.But I get up to the counter, and then I told them, and the lady goes to get my bag and then the cashier looks at me and goes, can you please step aside?And I said, where because it was crowded and she goes, oh I mean, step back. And then the lady comes to the counter, I have to walk all the way back to the counter after walking back because of that rude cashier, like, why couldn't have?I just stood there for 3 secondsI waited in line like everybody else, I should have been able to wait for my bag to be brought back to me she was rooed from the get. And every time I come here, I am treated so well by everybody else.I even brought my friend.That is handicapped up in a nice lady.Even brought her out a wheelchair and pushed her in while I parked the car sweetest people ever.I don't know why this lady thinks she can treat people that way when everybody else is nice as pie.I've never had a problem with an employee there ever

I just discovered Kohls last year making an Amazon return for my wife. I made the return and they gave me a 20% off coupon to use. I can’t pass up a good discount, so I went looking around. I arrived home and my wife asked me if I made the return, and I said “yes honey, but I’m going to need some help bringing the bags in from Kohls”!! I’m an ultra casual dressed guy, and Kohls Sonoma brand is my one stop shop for a lot of my wardrobe now!! Thanks Kohls!

The checkout/customer service/Amazon returns system is ridiculous. Amazon folks can only go to one register and it is not at all clear if you are to wait in the regular line (which I've been told you must do) or go directly to the Amazon counter when entering the store. So, you have people coming in directly from the street getting in line while some are waiting in the regular checkout line. People are confused and annoyed when it seems someone gets in the Amazon line as soon as they come in. Also, the woman at the Amazon return line is VERY unfriendly and acts as though she is annoyed by the whole return process. I mentioned once that Amazon keeps them hopping and she said "I applied to work at Kohls, not Amazon". Her distaste is very apparent. Today (10/17/25 around 11 AM) she ignored us while moving boxes around. Kohls needs to figure this out. We did purchase something (regular register) and that lady was extremely nice.

You need to train your employees better instead of having the roll there eyes and throw there stuff around for me exchanging at item that I was told I could without the receipt or tag that I would get in store credit for , when I spoke to someone about it this morning

I went to buy a vacuum. Kohl’s consistently false advertised products that are “on sale” but when confronted about the sale signs and how misleading they are, they refuse to honor peices posted and will not price match from their website. It’s dirty business. I have tried multiple times to get ahold of the store and district manager. Employees on the phone give me the run around. I do not recommend shopping at this location because they will lie to your face.

This review is for the lady that works at Sephora (Moline). She has a horrible attitude every time I go there! And refuses to help the customers. I've gone in there twice and asked for assistance for an item I was looking for and she just says it's over there and I can never locate the item. Also another customer was standing at the register and asked her could she pay for the item there and she just ignored her. I just walked out the store and took my business elsewhere.

Everything is neatly placed and in order so everything is easy to find. It is the most clean store I have ever seen with great employees all around. Target and Walmart can suck a fart compared to these stores.

Yelp needs to fix the star rating so we can leave a no star review. Went into moline Kohls looking to buy some shoes for my daughter for back to school, the only person working in that department was an older woman that was avoiding customers all together. When approached she seemed to have the biggest attitude as if she hated her job as well as her life! I asked her if I didn't find the size could she check another store for their inventory, I got redirected to go use the kiosk in the isle. First of all if I wanted to do all that I'd work here!!!! zero customer service at that location after looking around for someone else I became frustrated and just left only to walk by four employees standing around not doing anything!!!!!! Took my business to another place where I walked in and received more customer service in one minute than I did the 40 minutes I was khols....DO NOT SHOP HERE, spend your money else where or order off the internet....

I used to love Kohl's because they were very reasonably priced, and carried a wide array of different clothing options. I still love their prices, but the last few times I've been there it looked like a tornado went through. Everything was very disorganized and nearly impossible to find the size you are looking for, or if they even have it at all. Their kids' clothes are cute but once you get up into the girls' sizes - not so much.

Went Black Friday shopping and purchased a few things that had decent deals. When walking over to an area to check out I was ignored nearby the jewelry station. The lady that helped us later had better customer service.
