Kohl's

I went into Kohls looking for a portable vacuum and some toys for my son. The vibes of the store was chill and very spacious for my son to walk around and look at toys. Once we got to check out the lady there was rude, as if she hates her job. Didn't greet or anything she just started scanning our items. When I asked her " I have a coupon, can I use it " she straight up said "No" without even looking at it. And proceed to ring me up. To be honest she could of atleast looked at it and scan it. If it goes through great if it doesn't oh well. But simply no effort. I just paid and left. Poor customer service.

Easy to make Amazon returns. Great clearance prices. Good selection for kids. Employees are kind and the store is very clean. AYSHA helped me at checkout. She was kind, efficient, and helpful.

Kohl’s in Natomas matches most other Kohl’s stores in the Sacramento area. It is clean, easy to navigate, and has very helpful and enthusiastic employees. The store has most of the stuff for household items and clothes for men, women, and kids. All the sections are easy to understand, and shop for what you're looking for there!

The only 2 times I've ever returned an open box item (from Amazon) not in the original packaging, I've had issues with Amazon saying they never received it back! They can track the box as being received, but say the item wasn't IN the box. Then Amazon wants to charge me a second time for something I dont have because I returned it at the Amazon Kiosk in Kohls. RETURN YOUR AMAZON SOMEWHER ELSE!!

I have been shopping at this store for over a decade but since the Sephora was added, I can no longer shop there. I am extremely allergic to fragrances. The entire store now smells like perfume because of the Sephora addition. And I mean the entire store. I bought a new comforter set from there and it stank of perfume and I had to wash it several times in vinegar to get the fragrance out. I bought earrings from there and they stink as well. It's just permeated into everything. There should be something they are actively doing about that. When I go into the store I break out in red itchy hives all over my neck which is exactly how fragrances get me. If you are at all sensitive, I recommend you stay far away from this place.

Very pleasant experience for customers however, an employee I know had mentioned the management is AWFUL! The employees are only given hours if they sell a certain amount of credit cards; and the managers are just cruel in general. I would avoid giving my business to them.

Not really a fan of Kohl's in general - I find it to be overpriced considering the poor quality (you're lucky if clothing lasts through two or three washes). But this location wasn't clean at all. See attached photo of the women's fitting room floor: those are clumps of dust, hair, etc. Hadn't been swept in weeks.

Clean, well lit, & semi organized children's area (to be expected) there were a lot of misplaced items. I went before closing so I'm sure it was hectic during the day with so many people misplacing items. Prices are reasonable, name brands are expensive but that is to be expected. Nike products are always good quality. Employees were helpful. I came here twice within a week and they were helpful and easygoing. The second time I came here was to exchange a damaged item and the returns lady who helped me was very nice and quickly assisted me and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes.

I usually come here to do my Amazon returns and shop around. I hardly buy anything and they have pretty good deals. The lines are sometimes really long and it's hard to find an employee if you have a question!

If I weren't more reserved I'd have been more upset. But LET ME TELL YOU!!!!! My patience has grown as thin as a cheap pair of Costco underwear. I stood at the Sephora counter for 25 minutes with India. She had the nerve to tell me my card wasn't going through so called Citi bank and they said no transactions had even been attempted. I tried 6 times. So I whipped out cash and saw her face drop for a $200 bottle of cologne. She swore up and down it smelled so good and all this and that only to find out she never swiped my card. And it kept saying see associate. Turns out they are having a 35% discount for employees tomorrow as he wanted to buy it. Yaaaaaass ma'am YO man will be walkin round smellin like booooot ae cuz ya won't be buying the. Spoke with second in charge whose name is Shawn and he didn't seem to worry about it but he did apologize. I told him what she was attempting to do and that I was going to leave a comment. I would Avoid This store at all costs if the employees are going to behave this way. I'm so editor her. And the cake makeup didn't help. No need in being catty... especially with no claws

Let's see how this plays in a couple weeks and then see how the season plays up and up in a few months if you want me too to get a little bit of feedback from the coaches on how we are doing it so yyyyyyy

Went in for an Amazon return and to do some Christmas shopping. The checkout line was long, as expected, during this time of the year but it moved quickly and the staff were friendly and on top of their game!

As a national brand, the store reflected all that I expected. However, I tried calling twice and was ping ponged from one department to the next. So I came in, rushing, but, pleased with what I saw online m, was waiting for me to purchase. 8 minute speed shopping at its best! Then I get to the register, and the possible customer service problem from the phone calls before, is now at the register in person. After waiting moments, I watch the cashier explains to her co-worker, that she has to change the register tape. Other cashier busy, but looks for another cashier... I politely tell the tape changing cashier , I'm in a hurry and don't mind a faded printed receipt, since my purchase was nonreturnable. She looks at me and says, in the most condescending tone, and smirk, that she'd be right with me... Aww, not today. I left. My speed shopping turned out to be a waste of time. Customers first I've always felt. Always, or they'll move on with so many choices. My purchase was more than her hourly wage, but not a lot to lose for Kohls. But my experience is valuable. They'll teach this employee that, and for this pleasure, time well spent. We have to insist on better, when spending our time and money.

I had a visit 6/13/24 and came across a rude cashier. This cashier in a nutshell made me feel as if I were changing price tags. I handed her three shirts which all came from the clearance section. One was price very low so I thought what a deal. She proceeded to inform me at checkout the price is wrong, scanned the item and pealed the tag off. I replied back ooo....ok then I'll pass on the shirt. We have to do better as a people and in customer service. Not a great visit.

Kohl's has quickly become my favorite place to shop. And I mean the deals...Family Day, 20% off Day, $50 Kohl's cash come back another day, I mean what's not to like! I was not previously a Kohl's shopper, and had come to make some Amazon returns. I browsed a bit on my way to the return area and well the rest is history! Affordable prices, variety of brands to fit numerous budgets and the staff and is very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to shopping at Kohl's tomorrow....need more goodies!

This Is a department store that we got when the Raley's shopping center many moons ago. Based in WI. They have become a very large corporation chain and have expanded quickly through CA. Iam not a big fan of it as the styles don't appeal to me or younger types. It resembles a Sears. Styles a bit dated. My gals like the store to shop at times but have lost interest lately. I went in to save a $5 earned certificate expiring and to use a $10 GC that day I went. I needed some jeans so I checked clearance racks and found one in my size for $15. 75% off $60! So I had $15-$15 and just paid the tax only! Good deal. The lines can be long often and it is very understaffed. It is hard to find anyone to help. I would only come here when a need is pressing or to use earned bucks.

I suppose all Kohls are pretty much the same in general. Same products, same layout, same lack of sale items...so what "might" differentiate one location over the other? Well, that's what I'm here for! This store has ample parking, is exceptionally clean, and the cashiers are super helpful ( and have a good knowledge of the overly convoluted Kohl's promotions). I know, it's not a gold standard, but when visiting big box stores, these things are important. On my last trek through Kohl's to pick up an order, the store was so nice and neat I ended up walking through and adding some nonsense purchases. It was a very clean store! The location has a variety of other stores nearby, lots of fast casual restaurants and grocery store, so as it's a longer drive for me at least there are options around it. Note: You can drop off Amazon returns here, convenient for those who live nearby.

My husband and I stoped by this afternoon and notice the big jewelry sale Kohls was having. Let me tell you Kohls has been rocking it with the great sales. We were assisted by Julia today at the Jewelry department. She was so awesome, very caring and patient. My husband can be a-little indecisive at times, but she was so understanding. Continue the great service Julia, one if not the best sales associate we have been assisted by.

I was looking for the Elf Christmas Advent and kohls.com said they had a few left at Kohls Natomas. We drove 30 minutes to the store and couldn't find it. There was a very male sales associate putting out toys and said that they don't have any. It was a waste of gas driving 30 minutes. Listen learn just buy it online and pay the shipping...

Service was ok at best all shirts sizes where out of order they didn't have extra medium in stock but my real complaint is that the restrooms had no toilet paper how unprofessional and stalls where too exposing and why so many mirrors in stalls WEIRD!!!!!!

I am rating for my curb side/online pick up experience. I literally left the parking lot 10 minutes ago and felt the need to compliment one of the employees that assisted me. Andrew went above and beyond to get my orders. Apparently one of my orders ended up being an "in store pick up" and my other was curb side. He gave me my curb side pick up order while I was in my car and he went back in to retrieve my other order. He didn't have to do that but he insisted. That helped me tremendously since I did not want to go inside the store. So thanks Andrew!

I have a love and hate relationship with this Kohls. First, I am thankful that we have this Kohls for nearby shopping and Amazon returns. However, this Kohls is almost always out of sizes that I need and when they do have the size I need the lines are SUPER long. I've noticed since the pandemic they only have one check out section open and the other side is always closed. I'm sure like most places they are short on staff making it hard to find an associate. This past Saturday, everyone must have had 40% off because the line wrapped all the way back and down the women's apparel area. I thought of trying to check out at the jewelry area but overheard someone say you had to purchase jewelry to check out there. Generally, the staff is friendly at returns and check out but they really need more people to help get people out faster. To avoid the chaos and struggle of finding what you need, the best thing to do is order online for in store pick up.

I love a bargain! Who doesn't? Kohl's is a great place to find bargains throughout the year. Especially, if you luck out with one of their 30% off coupons. Even their 15% and other coupons are helpful. Kohl's is a great mini department store that can be one stop shopping when looking for bargains. They offer a variety of choices in all sizes in the women's department, men's department, and they have a fairly extensive kids department. If you are in need of adding to your kitchen items, they offer a variety of namebrand kitchen appliances for your countertops, dishes, towels, and kitchen items that will help you make any prepared meal. Their home section has a nice variety of table top, bedding, and other items that you might need for your bedroom, bathroom, and general household goods. I tend to shop at this location out of convenience, but this would not necessarily be my go to because it tends to be on the smaller side compared to some of their other locations. The customer service at this location is always hit or miss. I've shopped in the store when it's been busy crazy and have received Great customer service, and I've shopped in the store when it's been practically empty, and customer service is nonexistent. Displays are not always kept refreshed and restocked, which makes shopping frustrating at times. Especially in the shoe department. If you hit the sales at the right time, you can grab some great bargains, and as I said earlier, use one of their coupons for extra savings. It makes digging through clothing racks etc. worth the effort. Shoppers tip- get on their mailing list, so that you get those extra savings coupons mailed to you.

Some reviewers are overly critical. We live near here and go in frequently. There is plenty of parking. The store is always clean. There is always a sale. The staff is always friendly to us. If a reviewer is always finding poor attitudes on staff perhaps, they should look at the common denominator. Staff is always happy to suggest ways to save money and happy to help us sort the best coupon. It is well lit; the store is organized, and it always meets our expectations. rlw

She sized us for a ring and gave us some background on how they carry only size 7 women's in store, but made some great recommendations. The best part of the interaction was her recognition of our upcoming same-sex wedding without even being prompted. Thanks Hailey for a great experience this evening!

Love the store. Love the kohls cash. Is it just me? Or have other people been harassed by the kohls card lady at the register? Her: do you have a kohls card? Me: No Her: would you like to apply for one, it'll give you 35% today. Me: no thank you. Her: continues for 5 extra minutes about kohls card Me: (thinking) can we just be done so I can leave and the next person can get harassed. I finally get away. Her popping up in my back seat... "you know if you sign up, it's $5 off your purchase. Me: throws myself out the car. Lady at the front harassing me for a kohls card! Please leave me alone!

Seriously!!!!! I had an event today and needed this shoes so i ordered online and pick up in store. Has soon as i got the "ready to pick up" email i hurry to the store to pick them up. I got home, open the package that came with the box and to my SURPRISE as you can see in the picture i got WRONG SHOES. Like what the heck!!!!! First photo: what i ordered. Second photo: what i got. A spur of the moment decision to shop gave me the opportunity to introduce my friend to Kohl's. Ive always been able to find really cute casual clothing at Kohl's whenever I've ventured forth to brave the whole shopping experience. I'm not big on shopping might I add. There were plenty of options in our size and I was quite surprised to find Vera Wang clothing added to their offerings. Good call to go along with the Jennifer Lopez line that accommodates "Bodacious Babes" such as myself. Quinne was super helpful upon Checkout! Love Kohl's cash! We bought stuff a couple days before our Kohl's cash coupons are activated. I found out from another cashier that since we planned on returning to shop for more items we could bring our receipts in and get credited for the cash discounts! Yay us! My only wish is that they would offer Military Discounts to their shoppers. I've spent close to 20 yrs as a Military spouse and the discounts we receive on base beat other stores hands down. However, that being said, I'd like to expand on my options as I'm sure many other military spouses would.

I (used to) love Kohls and shop there very often. On 10/30/22, my mom came to visit and we went to Kohls to look for some walking shoes. We shopped in the clearance section and both found shoes we really liked. When we got to the register, the sale price was not applied. Not a big deal, but when we pointed this out, the cashier was not helpful and argumentative. When the manager (Roslin or Rosalyn) came by, she made the experience AWFUL for us. She was extremely rude. We walked back to the shoe department and she snatched the sign and said, "sale over." My mother and I were calm and polite and her attitude was very uncalled for. He demeanor, tone, and attitude the entire interaction was baffling to us. She was hostile and plain rude. I am so disappointed with the staff at the Natomas location. The woman in customer service was so polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I did not get her name.

I went to this particular Kohls to purchase a specific pair of shoes. Never mind that this location was the only Kohls in a 50 mile radius with that shoe so I was already irritated coming in I wanted to do curbside pickup but that was nixed by the website saying my 1 pair purchase "exceeded the limit ". I get in the store and OF COURSE the shoe is not even on the sales floor so OF COURSE I have to find an employee. I told the VERY IMPATIENT employee that the shoe is here but I can't find it. I also showed her the actual Kohls site image of the shoe which shows the shoe. She for some reason she was already irritated and demanded that I show her the "SKU" from the page. I didn't feel the need to scroll through my phone and find it, so I said you can hold my phone and find it . Her response was "I am not going to hold your phone. " Why was she not going to hold my phone when I specifically gave her permission to hold it ? Oh wait, I get it ! She was assuming that my phone was somehow INFECTED WITH COVID! So by this time I am irritated with her and I just put the phone down and Waited for her to look for the " SKU" First of all , don't expect me to know what a "SKU " is. OH WAIT IT GETS BETTER ( WORSE) ! Somewhere over the course of this conversation she tells me DONT GIVE ME ATTITUDE "! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Are these places training their employees to say that to customers???? At least they had the shoes I wanted :/ I don't know why I bother with writing these reviews anyways. Most times no one from the store will ever respond. MY INVENTED KOHLS RESPONSE: Sir , we appreciate the 20 minutes it took to type out your concerns on your MOBILE PHONE. WE HERE AT Kohls would like to extend our deepest apologies for the treatment you received from our sales clerk. We hope that you will continue to consider Kohls in the future . I feel better. No thanks to you Kohls!

I used to buy clothing at consignment and thrift stores but came to realize why buy used when you can buy new at about the same cost? Kohl's has quite a number of their own brands of tops and pants with really great patterns and styling that you can't find elsewhere. I love their cute pajama sets too. I've also purchased linens at Kohl's. The towels I bought years ago are still holding up great. With sales and reward coupons one can save quite a bit of money. The Natomas store is kept in better order than some of the other Kohl's stores I've been to.

I hope you don't plan on using Kohls for their Amazon Returns they are pushing. The lines are crazy because supposedly it's one line for returns and Amazon returns. They have one line for everyone but say that they take one Kohls return and alternate to a Amazon return with the priority being on Kohls returns. UPS does the same thing with Amazon Returns and you won't spend 30 minutes or more in line. The Kohls return area is so unorganized with things just puked and thrown on the counter. I wouldn't trust returning anything expensive to Amazon through Kohls for sure. As for their store. They play the discount game. Offer what seems to be good coupons and promotions, and sometimes offer Kohls cash to get you to come back. But many times by the time you remember it's already expired. They will have a plain T-shirt on sale 90% off, but when you see the price it's like $8 after to 90% off discount making the generic shirt regular price like $70 or $80. You can sometimes find a deal if you play this game but it's pretty sneaky and dishonest imo.

Where do I even begin Kohls more like Stole's since they stole my phone while I was trying on a blouse in the fitting room. The worker with red hair and a big tooth refused to give it back, really?!? I will never shop at Kohl's again because target is better anyways lol better prices I guess. Anyways, I'm giving them 2 stars because at the end of the day the blouse was fire and made my ass look fat af damnnnn lol. Idk, just venting at this point, peace .

I normally love Kohl's but today you get 1 star! I'm not sure who's idea it was to have Aggressive Amy harass people about opening an account while we wait in this long line. Not okay! No means no, Woman! She was super aggressive with several people in front of me so when she got to my mother and me I said no immediately. She was about to proceed and I had to give her "the look." She then moved on to badger the person behind me. I complained to the cashier who was very apologetic and stated they've been getting complaints about her. Please stop this practice! It makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience.

The store had a wide variety of products, especially women's clothing. There were also some great deals and many lines were very chic, like the Lauren Conrad line. The employees were helpful and attentive, but one employee tainted this experience. Before coming in, I'd read 2 reviews about an employee that badgers people about signing up for their reward club. I am here to report that it's as bad as they say. The sales associate came up to a customer near me and began a ~5 minute spiel about joining the rewards program, not taking "no" for an answer. It was painful to watch. Then finally the associate moved on and tried it with me. I had to cut her off and say that I needed her to leave me alone and that even if I had been interested in signing up before, I definitely won't be signing up now. As I mentioned, the store itself is pretty nice (but dressing rooms were trashed), I just cannot look past the salesperson's behavior.

Went in today to drop off Amazon return items. The young lady at the Amazon drop off was very rude. Won't be using this location to drop off my items anymore. Didn't even give me my receipt for my return!!!

Crystal was very helpful when I was in crutches. Unlike most stores, she actually helped me when she saw that I was having difficulty carrying my shopping. Thank you,

Love shopping here, but the lines are out of control. Pre-Covid, during COVID, post Covid , non holiday seasons, weekdays ..... lines are outrageous. They have a thousand registers and 1-2 open. I had to call the store while in line and ask for checkout assistance They have the same excuse of being short staffed for years.... over it.

I like that store it has good stuff and beautiful for men and women , but they are little expensive.

The customer service was terrible; maybe I caught them on a bad day. Either way, it was the worst I have ever experienced.

Horrible customer service..... what's the point of having customers line up in a single line when anyone can walk up to the register (without having to wait in line). I was ready to check out and waited in line for the next available cashier. The lady at register 1 calls me over. I walk to the register and another man walks in front of me and puts his items on the counter. I look as the cashier and she ignores me. The I stated "you have a line and you called me over, how is it that he gets to cut me". She ignores me. So I got back in line and paid at another register. If not for Kohls stupid cash I would have left. I walked out and asked if there was a single line but she refused to turn around and acknowledge me. This is going to be my last time there. I expected more from you Kohl's. Keep it up and you'll end up like Sears and JCP. Out of business.

Worst customer service I received!!! My friend and I went to Kohl's Store Natomas today on Del Paso Road for shopping. The candles near women's cashier has sign "Buy One Get One 1/2 Off" and underneath it says "$14.99". This sign was on top of the candles. When we got to the cashier, the cashier's lady said that it did not ring up as "Buy One Get One 1/2 Off" so she called on the walkie talky to check up on the price. The manager came up to the cashier and wanted me to show her the discount sign, so I walked her to the sign, near the Women's cashier. She saw the sign and she admitted that the sign was misleading but we're going be taken care of, meaning she would honor the "Buy One Get One 1/2 off". So I walked back to the cashier lady that the sign was misleading but the manager said that we are getting taken care off. As the cashier's lady try to calculate the 1/2 off price, she could not do it, so the same manager came up and now she said different thing. The manager said that the price was $24.99 and Buy One Get One 1/2 Off of that price of $24.99. Wait a minute! First of all, we weren't there yesterday, why did she even mention about yesterday's price? She had a nerve to ask us if we want to pay $24.99 and the other one is half of that price, from $24.99. The sign clearly says, "Buy One Get One 1/2 Off" and underneath is $14.99. A moment ago the manager said that the sign is misleading and that she was going to honor that price, but when she is at the cashier, she did not honor it. So She LIED to us out loud!! This is unacceptable!! Why she LIED? As a manger of the store, she is a LIAR then. She's Latino lady with long black hair about 5' 3" to 5' 4" tall. I should have gotten her name, but it's not worth of my time!! But this is the worst customer service from Kohl's Natomas on Del Paso Road. She should fired since she's a LIAR! If she lied to customers, What else she lies about then?

Just got off the phone with Kohl's manager, Micheal, after explaining that the date was past on my kohl's cash and they would not honor it BUT I was told when I received it that it would be honored past the date by their EMPLOYEE cause I was leaving for a three week vacation and the dates would be past. He was an ass and rude, long gone is customer service. There are plenty other places to shop and I will be going there instead!!!!!!

One checkstand open and a line about 50 people long. I don't think there is much more to say really.

I was amazed how fast Kohl's mailed my purchase. It took just a few hours after placing an order online, to get a notification saying that my order had been shipped. Bravo Kohl's, especially during the holiday season.

I usually go to the Kohl's in Elk Grove but I have been to this one a few times since my husband work in this area. This Kohl's is decent, but a bit messy all the time esp. in the shoes section. Kohl's have "sales" all the time but they really aren't true sales in that the sales are just discounts off super unreasonably high regular prices. Overall, I like Kohl's and it is a higher end store you can go to get your basic clothing and home items without having to drive all the way to the mall. This particular Kohl's, though, for some reason, maybe the neighborhood(?) is more messy than most other Kohl's I have been to.

If you absolutely must visit this location, be prepared to wait! Every single time we've been here, we've spent 15-20 minutes shopping and 20-25 minutes waiting. Maybe they are understaffed... But I also think that maybe there are too many customers trying to stretch their dollar with rewards and coupons! Can they just have their own line so the rest of us can get on with our lives?!

Had to get some dockers for work. It was easy to get to and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was clean inside as well. The selection for dockers was a little less than I thought but still a decent place to shop.

I'm trying to support Brick & Motor stores during COVID19 shutdowns. I learned that Kohl's was offering curbside order pick up. There were 9 items in my order to be picked up at Kohl's in Natomas. Only 1 item was available so they automatically shipped the other eight items to my old office which is now closed. I have zero opportunity of ever getting these items. I tried to reach out to Kohl's to redirect the delivery and of course there's no one there but an automated system who cannot help. The one item I did pick up didn't fit so I tried to return it. It was then I was told due to COVID-19 fears we can no longer accept returns in order to protect our employees. When things get back to our new normal you can bet your A$$ that I will remember the absolute lack of customer service and how I was "Thanked" for trying to support them

I was not able to use a coupon even though I found it on their website. That is called false advertising. And their items on clearance aren't even that cheap. Like they are average price. I also think that it is annoying how I cannot use some coupons on any items I want, such as Nike or hair products. What is the point of having them then?

I love finding deals here especially in the kids' clothes clearance, it's just sometimes a terrible mess. Clothes strewn everywhere and sizes completely mixed up. On the other hand, I never have to wait in line for very long. Maybe I have yet to go to Kohl's when it's busy; I usually wait to go until I have a coupon or there is a big sale. I found a bathing suit online that I liked and went to the store to buy it but they only had the top in my size. Someone at customer service told me about the kiosk which would have it shipped to me for free if was determined there were no more in stock there. Most of what I've purchased there was a pretty good quality. I certainly do not recommend paying retail. Stick with the sales and try to get a coupon.

I have shopped here for yeaaars! The secret to this store is the CLEARANCE RACK, signing up for their coupons & sales days. I never buy the full price stuff here although i love it! I just wait til its marked down lol but you can get really nice stuff here! Ive ordered online for in-store pick up, super simple! Also, yesterday i bought a shirt at the arden store that was a little too big so i looked online and seen that the natomas store stocked the size i needed...so i came in today and was easily able to exchange it for the size i needed.

Well I won't be going back to this Kohls! Lady in front of me was nice to give me a 30% off coupon. I get to the cashier.... and she goes "I'm not going to let you be too happy cause you cant use this on your item" she then chuckled rude and continued "no discounts for you today" very rude! Christmas eve I'm already having a crappy day just to have a non friendly associate. I use my Kohls card all the time and go to Kohls all the time this was the 1st bad experience!

Clean, organized, and well stocked location. There wasn't too many people in the store which is great when you want to take your time and not have to wait in line at the cashier.

I went to Kohls in Natomas this Saturday afternoon. I had the most horrific, terrible experience with the cashier. Fist let me preference this by saying there was no salesperson in the bra department. If you have been here you would understand that they have strewn the bras all over this section including the panty section. I looked but couldn't find a salesperson. I then went to the womans section were it is very difficult to figure what is on sale. Again no salesperson even in the children's section. I took the extension pole and pulled down my shirt I initially wanted, with a sale sign at the register it wasn't. I then proceeded to the check out line. The lady at the register asked the poor lady in front of me if she wanted a credit card. The lady told her no. She asked her again and said you can get a discount. The woman explained her husband had a card and she didn't want one. The sales lady again said "are you sure" and the poor lady said no she didn't want one. She finally wrung up the lady's purchases. Then it was my turn. I told the register lady 5 times I didn't want a card. She asked again and I very loudly send "stop the hard sales I don't want your card". She had the balls to ask me again. That made 7 times I said no. I asked to speak to a manager to discuss this problem. When the obnoxious manager finally came I told her my experience of telling the register lady 7 times I said no. The manager said "the is the register girls job to ask." I said one to two times ok but not 7 and when a person says stop that should be respected. I asked who the store manager was and the supervisor said Josh but he doesn't work Saturdays. Be sure I will call on Monday and fill out Kohls feedback questions on line. DON'T SHOP NATOMAS KOHLS. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!
